Hariprasad asks her to ignore people’s talks. Bimla asks her to forget. Vidhi hesitantly tries to tell them about her feelings for Dev, when someone comes there and informs that Kalumal’s daughter is in hospital. Hariprasad leaves with Vidhi for the hospital. Kalumal cries and asks Hariprasad if Suman will be fine. Hariprasad asks him to have courage.

Dev comes out and sees Golden sitting on Vidhi’s desk. Golden says you gave me job on Vidhi’s place. He says your job profile is different. He asks Arjun to sit on Vidhi’s place and give his place to Golden. Arjun says I am going to branch office. Dev says I will go there and asks him to switch his place with Golden. He thinks if I meet Vidhi then will she get wrong message. He then asks Arjun to go to branch office.Vidhi thinks she can’t talk to Dev about it and thinks there is one person with whom I shall share my feelings, as she is having the same pain. She calls Amba and says I want to meet you.
Vidhi thinks she can’t express her feelings before anyone, not even with Dev Sir. She decides to talk to Amba and calls her. Dev thinks of Vidhi. He imagines Vidhi coming there. He offers her water when she gets hiccups. He then thinks he is thinking about Vidhi as he scolded her and feeling bad. He thinks to call her and asks about the new dept. He then thinks he don’t want Vidhi to think anything. He then imagines Vidhi saying that he is having less confidence. Vidhi asks him to call her and asks about her. Dev recalls Vidhi’s love for her. He says I don’t want you to have any feeling which is not possible. Vidhi says it is not just in me. You would have said once. He imagines her again and asks him to sign the papers after reading it, reminds lens of objectivity.
Kanika asks Amba what is her relation with Dev. She says I came to know that you are not Mrs. Dev Raichand. Hariprasad asks Kanika who gave you address. Kanika says Arjun, he is my son. Kanika tells Hariprasad and Bimla that Arjun loves Vidhi very much. Hariprasad and Bimla are surprised. Kanika says I was surprised too, but hearing Arjun’s feelings for Vidhi, I was happy that he loved her. She requests them to think about Arjun, if they are searching alliance for Vidhi. Amba insults Dev and says it is easy for him to step down, but if she can take a step up. She insults her and says you are lower middle class girl, don’t forget your limits.
