Abhimanyu is searching for Akshara. He decides to meet her secretly because after the haldi, no one will allow them to meet. In his thoughts, he bumps into Akshara and starts dancing with her. He imagines that their wedding is finally happening while dancing with her.
Neel pulls him back to reality and tells him to stop dreaming. Abhimanyu asks Neel for ideas on how to meet Akshara. Neel suggests he sneak into Akshara’s room. Later, Abhimanyu hears from Arohi that Akshara is missing, which makes him very restless.
The Birla family is getting ready for the haldi ceremony. Mahima tells Abhimanyu to get ready quickly because the Goenkas might accuse them of being late. Neel teases Abhimanyu and tells him to just romance Akshara after marriage. Meanwhile, Kairav, Vansh, Arohi, and Abhimanyu all search for Akshara together.
Both families gather for the haldi function. Mahima tells the Goenkas that, as tradition, they should celebrate haldi together. Parth supports the Goenkas, but Suhasini arrives late and gets taunted by Mahima. Tensions rise between both families over whether the haldi should be together or separate. Mahima demands a final decision, and Manish gets angry at her attitude. In frustration, Mahima cancels the function.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu, Kairav, Vansh, and Arohi check the CCTV footage and find clues about Akshara’s location. Akshara sees Abhimanyu and tries to call him, but the goons stop her. Abhimanyu confronts the goons and demands answers about Akshara. Akshara somehow manages to contact him.
After this, both families decide to hold the haldi ceremony separately. Parth starts making arrangements, but Harsh stops him and assigns Kairav as in charge instead. Manjiri apologizes to the Goenkas, but Suhasini and Swarna tell her not to do that, saying she already tried to support them.
Abhimanyu finally meets Akshara. She hugs him tightly and tells him she was very scared. Kairav, Vansh, and Arohi also hug her. Akshara explains that the goons were troubling her. Abhimanyu gets angry and decides to teach them a lesson, but Kairav says Vansh will handle it. He then asks Akshara to get ready for the haldi.
Abhimanyu insists on dropping Akshara to her room and scolds her for always getting into trouble. Akshara says it was not intentional. At the Birla house, Mahima and the family appreciate Parth for the arrangements, but Parth reveals that Kairav actually handled everything. Mahima insults Parth, calling him useless. Harsh notices Abhimanyu is missing and taunts him for always being around Akshara. Shefali tells Parth to learn from Abhimanyu, while Anand insults the Birla kids.
Abhimanyu gets lost admiring Akshara. She asks him to let her go, and he tells her to promise she will never go anywhere alone. Akshara agrees and asks him to promise that his name will always stay with her. Both get emotional as the haldi ceremony continues.
Manjiri becomes emotional while applying haldi to Abhimanyu, and he wipes her tears. Arohi begins the haldi ritual for Akshara, while the Goenkas apply haldi to her. Harsh also applies haldi to Abhimanyu, and Manjiri feels happy seeing this moment.
Arohi imagines everyone celebrating her haldi, but in reality, she stands jealous watching the attention Akshara is getting. Later, Manjiri asks Neel to call someone from the Goenkas to collect the remaining haldi. Everyone is shocked when Arohi appears.
Suhasini worries that Abhimanyu might get angry at Arohi, but Swarna reassures her. Arohi says she came because the bride’s sister should handle the haldi. Neel accompanies her, but Abhimanyu predicts she will drop the bowl, and exactly as he said, she almost does. Neel takes over the responsibility instead.
During the ceremony, Akshara gets angry seeing a pool girl in Abhimanyu’s selfie and decides to confront her. Shefali introduces bloggers Sunidhi and Nidhi, who are covering the event. Akshara scolds them for getting too close to Abhimanyu, and he smiles seeing her jealousy.
Mahima is annoyed that despite separate arrangements, Akshara still ends up around Abhimanyu. Suhasini clarifies that they didn’t see each other because Akshara was wearing a veil. Parth suggests the families should celebrate together, and both families finally dance together at the haldi.
Later, Suhasini asks Arohi to take the bridal jewellery to Akshara. Meanwhile, Akshara and Abhimanyu both worry when they realize the haldi has left marks on their faces. Neel looks for Akshara and learns from Arohi that her bridal outfit is missing.
Neel asks Arohi to double-check because the lehenga might still be around somewhere. Arohi replies that she has already searched everywhere, but it is nowhere to be found. Neel gets frustrated and calls her irresponsible. Arohi regrets taking the responsibility of Akshara’s lehenga. Neel tells her to calm down and think properly instead of panicking.
