This is fate 25 October 2021: Preeta asks Kritika that she has not told them one thing and it is how she met Akshay and how did it all happen, Kritika explains that it is a long story however she will tell them and it is that he was called as Ranbir Kapoor and he also felt really proud for it but he did not have any girlfriend and did not even talk with any other girl,
Preeta asks how did they both meet as it might be because of a common friend however Kritika mentions that it is not the case as he would not even talk with any other girl, Kritika then says that she got really scared when Akshay was in Dubai because he would not even talk with her nor attend her calls which worried her as she thought that he might end the relation, Preeta tries to console her by saying that she can be married to the original Ranbir Kapoor at which Kritika explains that she only desires to marry her own Ranbir Kapoor.
Kritika mentions that they met in front of the library where they bumped into each other and he tried to leave without even apologizing after which she said this to him and he remarked that a girl who si so weak should stay back in her house which really worried her so she felt bad and then she saw that Akshay was standing beside her car after the collage and then he had roses for her which he tried to present to her but she declined and now she is marrying him, Shrishti think of why is Preeta asking such questions to Kritika as it is really awkward.
Sherlin enters the room when she scream after seeing Mahira, Sherlin asks what is she doing in her room and that she has a gossip for her, Sherlin explains how she saw Akshay and Preeta together on the road because she was inquiring why he was with another girl, Sherlin mentions how she handled the situation but Mahira mentions that she should not have done this however her actions would be beneficial for them, Sherlin mentions that they would blame Preeta for ruining the marriage of Kritika as then she would also start to hate Preeta and even Karan would be against her which would fulfil their dreams of ruining their marriage.
Preeta is walking when she stumbles on a ball and is about to fall but Karan catches her, he asks why does she always come to her hands and then Preeta mentions that she was about to fall because of his own ball, Preeta mentions that she knows he would always protect her so should promise, Karan inquires why is she not thanking him for saving her at this moment, Preeta responds how she was about to fall because of his own ball, Karan sees Karina so leaves as he is nervous, Karina then warns how they never do such things in their family because of a reputation which they have to protect and she should never do this, Preeta asks her to not think like this because karan was only saving her, Karina says that she should not make any excuse as she herself asked for the responsibility of arranging the functions because if she is not interested then Mahira would be given this as she knows how she would fulfil the duties with full attention.
Preeta calls Sarla then after reaching the house explains the entire situation also seeking advice, Sarla asks what she would do after which Preeta says that she has no idea because she knows Kritika is a really nice girl and just like a sister to her, Shrishti gets jealous and leaves them, Preeta leaves after her and in the room explains how she should not be angry because she is her sister and no one can ever take her place, Preeta requests her to talk with her because she cannot stay for the entire day,
Shrishti explains that she feels jealous when Sarla exclaims that she loves Preeta a lot because she loves the same person whom she loves however she would not be able to bear that Preeta calls someone as her sister, Preeta pleads with her to stop crying because she knows Shrishti is jealous at which Shrishti mentions that she is not jealous but cannot say that she is possessive about her because Preeta has always been there for her and raised her like a father and mother because she cannot share her love with anyone, Preeta exclaims then how did she get so angry because even for her she is the most important person and mentions how she explained Kritika as her sister because she would have to understand this because now they are even close, Preeta mentions how she would also be the same for her.
Shrishti asks Preeta to promise that they would work together to save Kritika from Akshay, Preeta exclaims how they would have to first find out about the intentions of Akshay because they are not sure however they must find out and if it is true then they would save her from his.
Akshay is waiting for her Ruchika when she comes, he explains how he has got all the desired belongings for her and she should check, he asks if she would like to have something, Ruchika sees Kritika so immediately hides, Kritika after seeing him immediately rushes to him and getting in the car asks what he is doing here. She sits in the car asking what he bought, Akshay explains that his mother asked him to buy some groceries, Kritika mentions how sweet she is and so he immediately asks if he should drop her off, Kritika asks why he is looking so tensed but he says that it is just the tension from the business.
Preeta brings Shrishti, Sarla asks what has happened however Shrishti declines that anything has happened, Sarla explains how Preeta should not talk with Kritika with anyone as if she would go to Karina then she would not believe her and even if she goes to Rakhi then it would not mean anything as it would ruin her reputation in the family, Sarla explains how Preeta should be sure first hundred percent sure about Akshay as otherwise it would ruin everything, Preeta exclaims how she is true but now she must leave for home.
Sarla says to Shristhi how she always loves her the most, they both hug each other.
Akshay reaches the house when Kritika asks him to come inside however he says that he has some work for which he would have to leave, Kritika agrees upon his request saying that she would not let him leave her sight for even a moment and they would always be together, Kritika gets out of the car and is shocked to see that there is a red cloth from his cloth, Kritika asks why is there a cloth handing from his car, Akshay gets worried so he immediately comes to her and starts kissing her forehead explaining how he would make sure that there is nothing of problem and he would make sure that they live a contended life but for now she must head back inside as otherwise he would keep kissing her, then he gets in the car to ask Ruchika if she is alright.
Preeta and Rakhi are discussing and finalizing the arrangements for the wedding, Rakhi asks her to call Sarla and invite her with the entire family also that she should never make any excuse, Preeta asks if she should invite to which Rakhi mentions that she should invite them as the younger daughter in law of the Luthra family, Preeta wonders how Sarla told her to not say anything about Akshay with the family because then it would create a lot of problem for her, Rakhi asks what has happened and why is she worried,
Preeta inquires about the Rasam of Jhago to which Rakhi explains how it happened in the past that the entire family used to go in the night to give the invitation and so in order to have some light they would place a vase on their head for the light.
Rakhi explains how she doesnot like the modern method of inviting the members to which Preeta exclaims how she also doesnot like it and now they would both fulfil the Rasam with all their might. Karan comes asking why Preeta has not come to their room, Rakhi and Kritika also gets amazed when he says that he is having a headache and so desired that she massages it, Karan says that he is grateful because Kritika is not able to live without Akshay as she has called him for the marriage proposal and now Akshay would take Kritika away from their house, she tries to catch him however he runs away, Preeta sits down however they both ask her to leave and be with Karan.
The next evening when the function starts, Sherlin comes to Sanjana and Ramona asking what is she talking about to which Sanjana asks why did she not tell her about the pregnancy, Sherlin pleads with her to not act as Ramona already knows that the child is not of Rishab, Ramona warns her to not be so loud as even the walls of the Luthra Mansion have ears, Sherlin asks her why did she not tell anything about the pregnancy to Rakhi even when they are best friends, Ramona asks Sanjana why did she not tell her daughter to not drink in this state as then she would not joke like this.
Sherlin tries to explain how it was just a joke but Ramona leaves in anger, Mahira asks why she talked with her mother like this, Sherlin tries to explain how she was just having a conversation and it is just a joke but Mahira doesnot believe her saying that she should never talk with her mother like this because she knows that Rakhi is no longer her best friend because of Preeta, she also leaves.
Sanjana tries to explain how she should not talk like this in front of anyone as when she tells them the truth about their character it angers them, Sherlin explains how she knows what to say and doesnot need her advice.
Everyone is talking when Akshay comes with his parents they all greet each other, Karina asks him to not take her blessings but rather hug her because she believes him to be her son and not son in law, Akshay is searching for Kritika when Karina explains how she has been getting ready for the past five hours, Dadi mentions that she should not say things like this because it is her wedding, Akshay’s parents explain how they are shocked that Akshay has been able to marry such a lovely girl and they feel blessed, they feel that it is because of some good deeds which they might have done in their previous lives, Karina also mention how she is grateful that her daughter is going to be part of their family as they consider Kritika to be her daughter.
Rakhi orders Sherlin to get them something however Mahira mentions how she would bring it.
Preeta is helping Kritika in getting ready for her wedding, Preeta asks what she would do if she asks her to refuse from this marriage which shocks Kritika who asks why is she asking this question to which Preeta mentions that she wants to know the reaction but Kritika says that she knows why Preeta is saying this because she really loves her just like a sister and wants to say that if she ever confused about the marriage then should come to her and say anything that she feels, Kritika explains how she feels Preeta is worrying because of her marriage however she is sure that Akshay is best suited for her, Kritika explains how she is talking just like her friend who tried to stop her elder sister from marrying and even made her delay the wedding just so that she could spent some time with her.
Preeta mentions how she knows that they have not been able to spend much time together, but she is being married and it is a big moment for her however she should just remember her promise, Kritika asks a question from Preeta that why she married Karan even if she could have married someone a lot better.
Karan says that he would place the tika on her but then realizes how he doesnot have the mascara then turning to Preeta he is not able to take his eyes of her, Kritika asks shim to focus on her so then he performs it but when they are about to leave he hugs Preeta mentioning how he desired to do it, he says that they must leave because everyone is waiting for them asking Preeta to also come as they are also waiting for her, Preeta think of how she first met Karan and the incident that took place.
