If you were there 27 June 2023: Abhimanyu throws something to the receptionist asking her to charge the full payment, he explains that people tend to think of doctors as Bhagwan because they save their lives but when people like him start sucking their blood at the time of taking the fees, a mother can even beg someone for the life of her son, he cannot bear that anyone disrespects a mother,Saira exclaims Abhimanyu has even guts as he stood in front of Dr Aanad, she accepts him under any circumstance.
Abhimanyu going to Niyati asks her why is she working with such a person who did not even let her complete her statement as he is emotion less and heart less, so if charity is done either at admission and discharge what is the difference, Abhimanyu even asks the people standing there, he calls Dr Aanad as Mr mosquito, asking if he knows what they call people like him in their UP as he is called as a mindless person, the guards come running, Abhimanyu stops them mentioning if he makes a single call to UP, he would own the entire hospital and Dr Aanad would not be able to find any sort of work, Abhimanyu even dials the pin, his uncle on the mobile asks for the name of the hospital and then informs Manaroma that the credit card of Abhimanyu was swiped there so they should immediately go there.
Abhimanyu goes to the lady mentioning she must not be worried as all of the bill has been cleared and now no one would stop her, she tries to touch his feet, but he stops her mentioning she is like his mother, Misses Dixit blesses him, explaining that his mother is really fortunate to have a son like him, his mother requests her brother to drive a little fast.
Abhimanyu walks to Niyati mentioning how she would be impressed by him as he is rich and also possesses a good sense of humour, Saira leaning to Niyati advises her to see that Abhimanyu is trying to say something, he explains he would now come straight to the point, he confesses his love of Niyati infront of the entire hospital, he explains he has a lot to talk to her but cannot stay here much longer so would wait for her at the same location where they usually meet, he calls Niyati as Twinkle but then corrects his statement and leaves.
The staff at the hospital start to gossip about Niyati, wondering if Abhimanyu is her boyfriend which is why they were talking like this but then they say however Niyati was not answering to him.
Manorama enters the hospital with her brother, she asks the receptionist about the location, Abhimanyu walking down the stairs sees her, he immediately hides and then when his mother leaves, he thinks that he is sorry for causing pain to his mother, but he cannot let this go on.
Dr Anand sitting in the office thinks that he has not been able to reveal how he loves Niyati for so long but that Abhimanyu said this to Niyati so easily, there is someone at the door and Niyati walks into the cabin, Dr Aanad asks what is going on as she has made the hospital a lovers point which he would not bear as he cannot let anything wrong happen,
Niyati receives a call from her mother, she tries to seek an excuse when he explains that he was getting curious about her so he told everything that happened to her mother, Niyati leaves in a state of tension she tries to explain everything to her mother but she questions what is going on in the life of Niyati as she can make a fool out of her father but not her.
Manorama walks into the cabin, Dr Aanad gets angry saying that he will not tolerate this behaviour because he is a doctor, Manaroma explains she needs his favour because they want to find the person who made the payment of six lacs, Dr Aanad questions what do they have to do with him, Manaroma explains he is her son and has run away from the house, they have been trying to find him for six months, Dr Anand asks them to sit mentioning he doesnot know where her son would be but he can tell her how she can find him, he reveals Niyati is an excellent nurse at their hospital to whom Abhimanyu proposed in front of the entire hospital. Dr Anand advises them to come back tomorrow when they can meet Niyati.
Niyati on the call is trying to explain to her mother how she doesnot have any relation with Abhimanyu but she is not trusting her, Saloshana says she will not trust her anymore because she lied to them, she can explain each and everything to her father.
Abhimanyu is sitting in front of someone explaining how he knows she will be really mad that he revealed his feelings in front of everyone but his love is true so he said it in front of everyone, she should not feel bad about it, he also said how he needs to explain something else it is that their love story cannot move on from it but there is a problem, the Chotu explains the problem is that he is rich while she is poor, Abhimanyu says these things are of the past but the Chotu desires to know it now, Abhimanyu mentions how he is going to reveal the entire truth about him so he will also know, Chotu leaves after calling Jai Matadi, Abhimanyu turning to the Mandir exclaims it is said that she listens to everyone so when will she listen to him.
Niyati is with Saira in the auto who asks Niyati to not be angry so much, Niyati explains that it is one thing the parents are angry with them but to lose their trust is one thing and she feels that Abhimanyu has made her mother not trust her, she fears what will happen if even he father doesnot trust her and that Abhimanyu, she sees him standing in the rain, the auto stops while he is standing looking at the Mandir. Niyati starts walking towards him, he smiles after seeing her, she goes to him,
he asks that she would have now believed fate as he said that their meeting has a purpose and it is love, Niyati asks him to shut up, Chotu is also tensed seeing this.
Niyati asks what does he think of himself as he is not a hero of a film who will come and reveal his feelings to a girl who will fall in love with him, ever since he came into his life it has gotten out of balance, she is a normal girl whose life revolves around going from her house to the hospital, her mother’s trust was broken, he claims to know a lot about it so did he ever think how she would feel, Abhimanyu requests Niyati to at least listen to him since he really loves her, she then slaps him.
Abhimanyu looks at Niyati, taking a step further he starts panicking, he explains he will not come in front of her anymore as he has made a mistake so would punish himself, he starts slapping himself exclaiming he is really a bad person and has inflicted pain to a lot of people which is why he is running from his house, he exclaims he has hurt her so he starts slapping himself, he leaves mentioning he is not like this but a really bad person,
Abhimanyu goes to the stand of Chotu exclaiming he is a really bad person, he mentions Maa would be really angry when she comes to know about, he starts thrashing the stall exclaiming how can he hurt her, Niyati is not able to see him in so much pain, he walks past her over to his motorcycle and taking the helmet he rides off.
Saira asks Niyati to go away, Niyati asks if she saw how he was behaving because he hurt himself while in reality, He should have slapped her but he inflicted self-pain, Saira exclaims that she thought he was the most charming person but after what she has seen, she is also shocked so requests Niyati to come with her, Niyati however once again turns back to look for him.
In the heavy rain of the night, Abhimanyu stops his motorcycle at a phone booth, he starts checking his pocket but is not able to find any change, going to a beggar he asks for a coin after offering him a note of two thousand rupees, he calls his mother who greets him as Munna, she asks what is the reason he is crying, Abhimanyu asks is he really a bad child,
Manaroma exclaims he is not at all bad however Abhimanyu explains he has hurt them all by causing them pain, Abhimanyu mentions he has hurt Niyati, he called her to reveal his truth but she instead slapped him without even listening to anything which he had to say, she requests him to tell her his address as she will come to meet him, he however ends the call saying he doesnot want to meet anyone, she even sits on her bed crying.
Sulochana asks why did she slap him, Saira coming explains it was necessary as otherwise he would never have left Niyati so she had to do something, Niyati recalls how he was the one who helped her get back the umbrella and even mentioned he doesnot like the disrespect of a mother, then she recalls how he thrashed everything exclaiming he is at fault, Niyati’s father comes mentioning she faced such a situation which trembled her so she slapped him,
Sulochana explains he was worthy of being slapped because he made a mistake, Niyati replies this is not the case because his reaction after she slapped him is the reason she is worried because he started hurting himself, which is why she believes he is ill, she is worried he might do something to himself so they have to find him,
Sulochana asks if she thinks of herself as a police officer because there are other people who can take the responsibility in this city, she must do her work, Niyati replies she believes he is ill as this is her job, her father agrees to go and search for Abhimanyu but Sulochana asks where would they search, her father replies they will search for him until they can, as then Niyati would be relieved that she tried her best, they both leave without listening to Sulochana.
Abhimanyu stopping his bike goes inside a Mandir, he is standing prays with his teary eyes, Niyati along with her father and Saira reach the market, where they ask Chotu if Abhimanyu returned however he replies that he did not come back.
Abhimanyu then goes to the Dargah where he prays, Niyati is still searching for him in the auto while Abhimanyu goes to the Gurdwara, he finally enters a church, Niyati starts asking about him, Abhimanyu accidentally drops the wax from the candles over his hand, so he leaves.
Niyati is standing outside searching for him when he walks to the other side, Niyati is still looking when she suddenly hears the tone which he plays on his harmonium, she starts running when her father stops her asking for how long would they search for him as he might have gone someplace far away, Niyati replies that this sound which he plays, her father replies he has not heard anything, he explains it has gotten very late and they must return as Mumbai is a really big city.
In the morning Niyati is with Saira, who requests her to not be worried about Abhimanyu since he is not her patient, Niyati explains even then he is ill so it is her duty as a nurse to help him, Niyati is said that Dr Aanad is calling her to the board room, she peeks into the room but is not able to see anyone, she enters the room where a recoding of the birthday celebration of Abhimanyu starts playing, she starts smiling when suddenly the lights turn on and someone touches her shoulder from behind, it is Manaroma who mentions she is the mother of Abhimanyu and she is the only one who can help them, she doesnot know that her son is ill,
Niyati explains she realized it last night, Manaroma asks what happened, Niyati explains the entire situation and how he started slapping himself, she mentions that after that slap something inside him changed as before that he was smiling but after that it felt as if something wrong has happened, she tried searching for him last night but was not able to find him.
Manorama questions if he said Good bye to her, Niyati says no then she replies this means he would surely meet her once again when Dr Aanad explains it is not right to think of etiquette from a mentally unstable person, Manorama replies that it is a thing of habit, Dr Aanad explains that just as Manaroma said, Abhimanyu would try to meet her and when he does she just has to call them and they will come to capture him, Manaroma says he is her son and not an animal, Dr Aanad replies now he is just a patient for him, Manaroma asks Niyati if she would help her, to which Niyati agrees.
Niyati is feeling worried at the hospital while Abhimanyu is riding the motorcycle, she goes to the tea stall where Chotu asks if she would like to have the tea which he makes as Abhimanyu says that it tends to end the tension, Chotu brings two teacups when Niyati asks if he is going to make her drink the tea of Abhimanyu, Chotu replies why when he will himself drink it, she turns and is shocked to see him waving her from his motorcycle, he coming exclaims that it is good as she ordered a cup for him before he even arrived.
He starts drinking it when Niyati secretly sends his location to Manaroma, she very excitingly asks her brother to drive fast as she is with her son. Niyati mentions she came to apologize to him about what happened last night, Abhimanyu replies there is nothing to be sorry about as he hurt her feelings in front of the entire hospital so she slapped him but he doesnot keep anything in his heart and felt a strange feeling for Niyati so revealed it, however this was not according to her desires so she slapped him,
which angered him however now everything has ended between them, their short love story and even friendship, Niyati questions why do they have to end the friendship, Abhimanyu explains it is because of the mixed feelings which they will have for each other as he will keep loving her while she is just going to consider him as a friend, he doesnot want to live like this so has found a simple solution, Niyati questions about it, he exclaims he is going to leave the city which shocks Niyati, she just keeps staring at him.
Manaroma asks her brother to stop the car as this is the location which Niyati sent, she will finally be able to meet her son, Niyati is still not able to believe that Abhimanyu is leaving the city.
