I do 24 August 2022: While sanam prays with her dupatta on her head, ahil too comes by the same monastery and begins to pray right by her side, oblivious of her presence. While sanam prays, ahil too prays alongside, and then turns to go. He then stops instinctively feeling something, and is boggled and disturbed, and turns around to see the lady praying, and is shocked. Overwhelming emotions surge through his body, as he recognises her as sanam. he is unable to believe what fate has landed him, as sweet and sour memories of their past flash before his eyes. He turns around yet again in bewilderment, still unable to believe this, as emotions ovberwhelm him, as he thanks the lord, in humble gratitude, for having brought his sanam back to him.
He wipes his tears and composing himself, he once again turns around. Sanam finally opens her eyes, and turns towards him. Sanam and ahil finally confront each othwer, while she is oblivious of what ahil means to her, who in his world, just got his life back, as her. She too has a smile on her face, as she progresses towardshim, and then to his horror and shock, passes by him, and to shaad, who welcomes her with open arms, and then caresses her face lovingly, while ahil is in a state of shock. he wonders how is this possible, as his heart says that its his sanam, then how can she be someone else’s jannat. She asks shaad about him and Mr. Qureshi there. Shaad says that he is right there. Ahil immediately controls the well of tears storming in his eyes, and then comes to her, as she asks if he is okay. He says that he was just reminded of someone.
Scene 2:
Location: Ahil’s residence
The new bride desperately awaits for food, as she is hungry. sthe doorbell rings and she rushes to go and see. the pizza delivery guy first asks for money, while she is enraged, and asks if he knows who she is. The guy says that the whole Bhopal knows that she is reduced to the status of a beggar, and thta ahil has left her, and she doesnt have anything. Sher asks him to give the pizza. He says that he wont give till he gets the money. She hands him the earrings, and then takes the pizza. She hungrily eats it, when she starts getting severe and insistent hiccups. She is handed water and she gulps it down immediately. She then turns to find that its her own mother, who she had insulted and thrown out of the house. the mother says that she must have insulted her, but she cant turn away from her child, when she is in trouble.
the new bride hugs her and apologises for what she did, and that she is being punished for it, as she is devoid of all happiness, relations and money, as ahil didnt even think of her. the mother remembers that she had given ahil this advise, and tells this to the new bride. The new bride asks how could as he not think of her daughter and her happiness. She says that ahil wonbt get what he wants, as his love is very far away. she asks her dfaughter to understand the true power of love. The new bride says that she wont let it happen, as ahil is just hers, and she wont let him be someone else’s. Her mother tells her to stop screaming, as she knows her magic is useless till the next No Moon night, and she can only use it to destroy others’ life. She asks her mother why she made her learn this magic then.
She said that she did it for her good, not to destroy others’ life, and just wants to explain to her, to understand what path she should tread on. She begins to leave. The new bride gets on her feet, saying that she needs money, as she doesnt have anything to eat even. She hands the new bride a packet, and she thinks that its wad of notes, and thanks her profusely. She says that being a mother, she can only give this to a child like her, and asks her not to expect anything else from her. she leaves. The new bride hurriedly opens thinking that its money, wbut is shocked to see that its a pair of footwear.
Scene 3:
Location: Dhramshala
Ahil identifies snama’s hand those are clenching, and asks if they are married, then why no ring. shaad says that they dont believe in such rituals. He says that there’s a ring mark which looks pretty old. She tells that she lost her memory in a tragic accident, and she doesnt remember anything before that, nor the ring or her marriage. he asks if she got married before or after. She says before. He asks how does she remember this. she says that shaad told her. Shaad teases that ahil is interrogating like an army officer. She asks ahil if she can ask something from him. he says that she can ask anything. She says that she wants to know who is sanam, as he is always ranting her name.
he is apalled at the irony of the question from her. He wonders how to tell her that its her only. His reluctance makes her leave the matter. shaad asks them to come out, and then they can chat. He whisks her away, while ahil is left dazed and speechless, and is sure that this is his sanam, and he wont let her go far away, and take her back to their world of love. The screen freezes on his face.The whole family is ready for auction, while the new bride is shocked. She asks why she didnt receive the notice, while she is told that they didnt have the money to receive it, when the postmaster came.
She is apalled, as she finds everyone turning their back to her. She finds her jewellery and her clothing also being brought down. She resists saying that its hers. But he says that eveerything thats brought with ahil’s money shall have to be on sale, and these too are rightfully ahil’s. he says that everything that ahil’s money brought shall be put to auction, even the clothes and jewellery that she wears. She is apalled. She dresses up in plain clothes, miserable at her plight, remembering her journey till here, in a full circle. She breaks the mirror, and is distraught, as to how ahil brought her back to the old streets of the past, from where she came. She screams in dismay.
Scene 2:
Location: Dharamshala
Ahil, along with saanam and shaad, takes a stroll, in the valley, while boggled, and trying to get every look of sanam. Shaad excuses himself for a moment, Sanam and ahil are left alone. he calls out sanam, just to see her reaction and she stops instantly, and then turns around. She then asks who is sanam, as he and his thoughts are only consumed by her, and wants to know. he begins to bare out his heart about sanam, and how her personality is beyond words. She listens intently, as he describes her only to herself. Meanwhile, shaad finds a pendant in a souk, and thinks that jannat has brought him to a new life, and that she maybe just his presumed wife, but he shall ignite love in her heart.
Sanam when she hears about ahil’s love, says that she too is just like he explains her. he eyes her overwhelmingly and then tells her that if she doesnt mind, then he would like to tell her, that not only character, but her face too matches with the person. he is unable to complete, when shaad comes in. She is boggled and tells how sanam was finally talking. Shaad takes sanam away, talking. Ahil is distraught thinking that he shall get her back anyhow, even beyond destiny.
In the restaurant, sanam assures ahil, that if sanam is in pakistant, shaad would definitely find out about her. he too assures the same to ahil. He then goes to give the order, for sanam and himself. Ahil barges in saying that she loves mango Juice. Shaad asks if he talked about jannat. Ahil says that its sanam’s. Shaad then leaves to place the order. Ahil asks if he can ask something. She complies. he says that he finds something wrong in shaad and sanam’s relationship. ahil asks sanam her first meeting with shaad, and she is stumped as she doesnt have any answer. Ahil hopes that his question might lead to sanam regaining her memory, and knowing that she’s sanam.
Scene 3:
Location: Ahil’s residence
As she comes down, she is taunted at her plight now, as all buyers ridicule and mock her. She is shocked to find gazalla and latif suckling upto a prospective buyer, of the haveli, to be able to ensure her place. the buyer asks the new bride, to let go of her aristocracy now, and get coffee for her. The new bride is mortified. She gets a cup nevertheless. she eyes the buyer angrily, and then splashes the hot coffee on her face, shocking her and everyone else. She then reprimands, the lady, as she falls on the floor, to slap the new bride. The lady takes sanam by the arm, and then asks how dare she separate the old sanam from ahil, and she got qhat she rightfully deserved.
The same women strangulates the new bride, and then throws her out, and tell her that this is what she deserves. She is mortified. They then ask her to leave bhopal, to escape anymore embarassment. She thinks that this is all due to ahil, and she might kill him, but she needs his help right now, and wonders where is he. The screen freezes on her face.Sanam is stumped by ahil’s question and says that she doesnt remember anything due to her memory loss. Ahil keeps pestering sanam with questions, that lead her to being boggled of her marriage, and then asks where was her family at the time of marriage.
his insistence to remember anything or the cause of the accident, that led to memory loss, causes sanam to go into a dizzy spell, with a splitting headache, falls unconscious. Ahil rushes to her, and calls her as sanam. Shaad rushes to her, and reprimands ahil when he gets to know that he was asking questions about the past, and says that jannat cant take stress. Ahil apologises, and sanam too apologises for his rudeness. Ahil wonders how can she not know her ahil, and then thinks that Bhopal shall remind her definitely about their love life. Ahil suggests them to go with him to bhopal, as he is the Nawab there, and also a lot of good doctors are there for Jannat’s condition. Shaad says that he cant as they have to go back to Pakistan. Ahil thinks that if she goes, he would have lost his only chance. Shaad gets an urgent call and leaves to take it.
Then ahil apologises to sanam, while she says that she doesnt know how it happened. he thinks that he knows, as her brain might have wiped him out, but her heart cant, and hopes for god’s grace and a miarcle to happen. Meanwhile, Shaad gets the info that shashi kapoor is in Bhopal. he is determined to go rightaway. Shaad comes back and ahil again suggests it. He comes back inside and says that he likes the idea. sanam however is tensed when he asks her. Shaad thinks that shashi is here for a big task, and that he shall go to bhopal to get her. Ahil is happy that sanam shall come to bhopal, the land that shall remind sanam of her true love. Shaad says that now he would propose to jannat in bhopal.
Scene 2:
Location: Bhopal
Shashi is in the car, thinking that she is back to her native place, but her parents werent ever there. She passes by ahil’s haveli, and instantly feels a connection, and wonders whats it and is boggled.Meanwhile, Sanam arrives with shaad and ahil, in Bhopal, as ahil welcomes them here. he says that he cant let them stay in the hotel, when he has his havlei at disposal. Shaad says that he wants sanam to familiarise herself, thereafter she shall definitely come to meet him in his haveli, with himself. Sanam says that its ahil’s duty now to get them to see every corner of bjopal. She says that she feels she is related to bhopal, and feels it as her own. Ahil is overwhelmed, and says that she is right, and Bhopal is an amiable city.
Ahil talks about the enarby Matka Peer ka Dargah, where sanam and ahil had their love blossomed. sanam wishes to go, but shaad asks her to freshen up first, as she must be tired, and shouldnt stress herself. Ahil says that sanam always thought that expression of god’s gratitude shouldnt be delayed, and hence stops the car. Shaad is tensed. sanam likes it. Sanam enters the Dargah, with ahil and shaad after her. She smiles at shaad and moves ahead, while also looking at ahil. Ahil looks at sanam while she doesnt look. Shaad stops to buy something, while they both walk ahead. Sanam realises that shaad is left behind, and then goes behind and catches with him. she walks past ahil, while he is hurt, but smiles nevertheless, confident in his power of love.
he follows them. Inside the dargah, shaad gets behind, and ahil and sanama accidentally put the chaddar together. The baba prays to the lord, and blesses the couple to be happy, always and that their relation and love is always unified. Sanam says that he is mistaken, as she tries to clear that they arent a couple. the peer Baba praises them both, ahil and sanam, and smiels at both of them. He says that human make mistakes, not the lord, and that they cant understand His miracles, but they would have to believe in it someday. He asks her to listen to the voice of her heart, as its god speaking to her. Ahil revels in his words. Sanam is highly boggled and tensed to hear this.
She prays that she feels that she lost someone and got her back, and begs for the lord’s mercy, to be able to clear her from this dilemma and show her the right path. Ahil prays that he has always walked in the path of love, and asks him to finish the test of their locve now, and even if sanam doesnt remember anything, and she may not remember but she feels, and that the fact that he is with sanam, proves that he approves of their love. Shaad prays that love is the biggest strength and weakness, and that he was running away from love, but he never got the right person, as god wanted her to meet jannat, which may have started on a lie, but now he is close to her, and she is the biggest truth of his lfie, so that now he is able to love her so much, that it overpowers his lie, and hopes god is with him in this.
In the line of beggars, outside the dargah, the new bride stands in the exhausted attire, waiting for food hungrily, but the food packets are over right in front of her. She wonders how come she is going foodless, even at a place like this. she begs around for food, from people. Shaad recievs a call, while sanam takes pity on the beggars, and asks ahil to get some fruits and he complies. While the new bride asks for food from people, one of them shoves her and she falls on the ground, and begins to curse the lady. A crowd gathers around her, and taunt her, while she is distressed. sanam notices her from a distance but doesnt see her face. She begins to walk towards her, while the new bride is oblivious of sanam’s presence too. the screen freezes on both the sanam’s faces.
