I do 25 August 2022: before sanam can see the new bride, ahil steps in, and says that they should avoid the commotion, and send the fruits to the caretaker. the new bride gets up and leaves. Ahil and sanam talk while she says that they have arranged for a cab, and thanks him for the wodnerful hospitality. He relents, but she says that she cant take any more favour. She then asks for his number, but he doesnt find a paper to write on. She asks him to use her hand, surprising him. he complies. Shaad comes from behind and says that he too was thinking of getting ahil’s number. they leave off. Ahil stands watching them leave. He is upset.
The new bride, when denied food, then takes to stealiong money, but is caught, and she runs for her life, and accidentally collides into ahil’s car, and falls unconscious. He is shocked to see her, as he remembers telling the lawyers to arrange the fake auction, to make her go through an iota of the torture that she had out him and sanam through. But when he ehars a doctor inspecting her, and telling that she is pregnant and hasnt eaaten anything in two days, and how the child is being unnecessarily tortured. He feels guilty.
Scene 2:
Location: Ahil’s residence and Hotel room
Whuile gazalla and latif enjoy their new found freedom, they are shocked when they find ahil coming in tensedly along with the new bride. they are stunned, and he informs them of her condition, while she staggers. they are scared of the new bride, but comply to ahil’s demand of taking care of her. He tells them that he cant be cruel unlike others. He leaves. In his room, ahil thinks that he may have taken a big risk by getting her back, but if the newbride is evil, he cant turn to her level. he says that soon sanam shall be back, and the new sanam shall have to accept dfefeat and go. He eys sanam’s pic, and then thinks overwhelmingly about her.
he gets her call just then, asking if she didnt disturb him. he blurts out that he was thinking about her. She is boggled. He asks when would they come home. She says that she shall talk to shaad, and then invites him for a meteor shower after 21 years, and that she believes that he shall get his sanam back. He is overwhelmed, and she says that people who love shouldnt ever lose faith in its power. He promises that he shall come. She then turns and finds shaad, watching the news. he gets a cal, and is informed that shashi is planning a huge tragedyHe wonders if shashi ios here to try her luck in bhopal. she tells shaad that she invited ahil, but he is so preoccupied that he doesnt acknowledge. she is boggled.
Both get dressed incidentally in each others’ fav clothes, while ahil remembers sanam’s words. While dressing up, she finds ahil’s reflection in the mirror, telling her that she looks bful in white. she turns around but doesnt find him, and wonders whats happening to her, and why is she thinking of ahil. She looks in the mirror, and finds shaad now complimenting her, and saying that he waits for her outside. he leaves. She is still tensed.
Later, Gazalla and latif suck upto the new bride, to avoid her ire and attend to her every need. She chides with them, taunting them as to how they got a shock of their life. She says that she shall forgive them this one time. The new bride asks gazalla and latif to do exactly what she tells them to. they are more than eager to comply. She asks them to find out where ahil went, and what he got hold of, that made him such a huge hearted person all of a sudden. they rush hastily. The new bride wonders that ahil couldnt have left the chance of being rid of her so easily. The screen freezes on her face.
sanam looks at the star lit sky, and thinks that today she hopes all gets correct in her life, and that she unites with the one she loves. she turns around but doesnt find shaad behind her and gets tensed. Meanwhile, at another location, in the ground, Shaad finds a child, trying to go towards a desolately kept teddy bear. He gets suspicious and tensed, if its shashi’s plan. he immediately rushes and takes him aside. He startss crying, and it attracts the mother’s attention, who is reprimanded by shaad for her recklessness. She says that its his toy, and hence he went back to get it, and she had her eyes on him all along. She reprimands him and then leaves. he is tensed. Shaad thinks that jannat is being neglected due to his obsession with shashi kapoor, and that he should get back to her.
Scene 2:
Location: Ahil’s residence and Hotel room
Ahil leaves, while gazalla stop him to ask where is he going. he says that he is going to see the stars. They are boggled. the new bride comes and warns them if she doesnt grab ahil today, she wouldnt spare them both. the doorbell rings. The new bride opens the door, to find saif dishevelled and distraught. She says that she isnt interested to talk to him. But he insists. She asks him to stop being immature, and childish. He says that he is now becoming the father, and that he cant spend life without her. She thinks that he is drunk and she would have to get rid of him soon. she complies to his statements, and says that he can be angry and that she forgave him, and expects him to do so too. He says that he wants her to be pleased with him.
She asks him to shush as nazia might hear. he says that she can hear, as he doesnt care for nazia, and cares just for her. Nazia hears this from a distance, and is shocked to seee them. She hollers to saif, while the new bride turns around, shocked herself. nazia asks whats going on. saif smiles drunk. The new bride tries to cover the situation, saying that saif feels she is angry at him, and that after what happened recently, ahil specially doesnt want her to attend the marriage. She says that saif wants her to take all responsibilities of marriage. Nazia asks saif if its true, and to the new bride’s relief, he complies. Nazia gets happy and complies to his wishes too. The new bride agrees. nazia takes saif inside, and tells about the meteor shower, and its significance. The new bride gets alert when she hears this.
Scene 3:
Location: Open grounds
Sanam gets a tap on the shoulder, and she turns around presuming its shaad, but then finds ahil, asking when did he come here. Ahil says that he was right here but she went far away, addressing her as sanam. she corrects it as Jannat. he apologises. she doesnt mind it. he asks about shaad. She says that she cant find him. Ahil points out two stars, as Dilshad and Rashid, sanam’s pareents, and she sys in surprise, that she too sees these two stars everyday.Ahil and sanam look at the moonlit sky, while she is tensed where shaad went. just then, ahil spots a shooting star, and then points it to her excitedly, and holds her hand instinctively, asking her to make a wish.
She wishes that true love is rare to find, and asks the lord not to keep him away from his true love for long, and that she wishes he finds his sanam soon. He opens his eyes, to find sanam praying with closed eyes. he prays that sanam brought happiness in his life, and nothing matters to him now more than her happiness, and hopes his prayers are accepted. Shaad comes back and notices them together hand in hand and is upset. They both open their eyes, and then she notices their hands together, and takes it off. She says that she wanted to see this bful moment with her husband. She says that she wanted to see this with shaad, and Shaad smiles. Ahil thinks that she is actually seeing this with his wife. he leaves from there without turning, and hence doesnt see shaad standing behind them.
Shaad thinks that the reason he is so insecure about jannat is because he has himself formed the relation on a lie, and hence his insecurities reflect in the relation. he decides that he would have to tell jannat the truth. He progresses towards her, while recapitulating how his relation with jannat was. he takes the taveez in his hand as he comes in closer.Just then, the new bride arrives there and comes face to face with ahil, who is shocked. They both are oblivious that sanam is standing behind them only at a distance. She asks him whats he doing here. he says that he came just like that. she taunts that she doesnt believe it, as habit would have it, even though she wants to believe.
He says that its her problem entirely. Ahil turns away and leaves, with the new bride in tow.Shaad taps on her shoulder. She reprimands shaad for having missed the bful view, of shooting stars, and that he should have been there, and frustratedly asks where was he. he sternly tells her that there’s something that he wants to say. She hears intently, saying that they can talk, but first they should inform ahil, as he is searching for him, and she wasnt even polite. she moves ahead. he apologises to himself for not being able to bare out his heart today and that he shall do it the first thing tomorrow.
The new bride and ahil are in the car, while she is tensed for ahil’s reaction regarding her, and how he hasnt been hollering at her, and is happy. The new bride asks ahil why he didnt run away, when he so easily had the chance to, and asks him the reason behind it, and wonders if sanam is behind this. She says that she saw sanam in Pakistan. She wonders what could be more important than sanam is ahil’s life. She is determined to find out.
Location: Ahil’s residence and Hotel room
Latif is enjoying delicacies, while she is tensed for the new bride’s reaction towards her. She shwos the new bride the cake that she has prepared for the new bride, on her behalf, for apologising. She throws it away and asks her instead to find out where and whats ahil doing. she hollers at him, while latif instantly complies.
Shaad and jannat are extremely tensed as to where and how could they lose a bag at the airport terminal, and holler at the bellboy for it. He asks her not to worry. The bellboy apologises to sanam while shaad gets busy on a call. He comes back later, and asks her not to be tensed, and that they shall find it. He asks her to think that maybe its not her destiny. She says that she doesnt have much, and once she decided to start afresh, she didnt realise another hitch was in her way. She laments at her destiny. He is worried.
While he is immersed in sanam’s thoughts, Shaad calls ahil, and tells that one of jannat’s bag is misplaced in the car, and it contains some very special things, particularly her Statue of Buddha. ahil says that he shall check out. he thinks that love definitely finds a way to reach the heart
