My desire 25 August 2022: Sharda tries to explain Kirti that her father must have pulled off her mother’s life support machine plug unable to see her pain. Kirti says she is lying and will get punishment of her death if not her mother’s. She tries to jump from terrace. Sharda tries to stop her, but Kirti overpowers her and pulling her away falls down laughing at her. Sharda holds her hand and tries to pull her up, but Kirti scratches her hand and falls down. She panics and thinks of informing police. Out of flashback, she tells Preesha that she tried to save Kirti, but she forcefully fell down and killed herself; she called police as unanimous called, but didn’t know Rudra will be alleged wrong. She relaxed seeing Preesha saving Rudra and reminisces the incident. She further says her skin tissue got into Kirti’s nails when she scratched her and her earring was left in Kirti’s hand, she had gone to hospital to get her ear stitched when Preesha saw her; now her DNA sample will match with the one in Kirti’s nails and police will arrest her.
Preesha says if she goes to forensic lab and changes DNA sample with someone unknown person’s, Sharda won’t be caught. Sharda tries to stop her, but she leaves. Sharda then rushes to Rudra and requests him to stop Preesha from going to forensic lab and change DNA sample, else they will be in trouble. Rudra asks her to tell exactly what happened. She explains him whole incident. Rudra rushes behind Preesha in his car thinking he will stop her.
Ahana gets CCTV footage clip from manager and downloads it. In hospital, Rahul requests Neerja to wake for his and their child’s sake and promises that he will repent for his sins and reunite Preesha and Rudra after confessing his sins with Rudra. Yuvraj hears him. Rahul goes out to call Rudra. Yuvraj alters Neerja’s life support monitor after a long blabbering and informs Rahul that Neerja’s condition is worsening. Rahul rushes to Neerja and calls doctors. Doctors get tensed seeing Neerja’s condition and asks him to go out. Preesha’s car gets stuck in traffic. Rahul calls her and requests to come and save Neerja as her condition is worsening. Preesha says she cannot now. He pleads that Neerja will die. She agrees. Rudra reaches hospital and not seeing Preesha there thinks she hasn’t come there yet and he will change maa’s DNA sample.
Rudra comes to the lab. Security guard stops him and asks for ID. Rudra leaves for now and thinks of a way to get in the lab. He sees bunch of IDs and PPE kits in a room. Rudra wears a PPE kit.Preesha arrives at hospital. Rahul asks her to save Neerja. Preesha goes in the room. Doctor stops her, but she says she won’t go anywhere until she saves her friend. She talks to her and says she won’t let anything happen to her. Neerja gives up. Rahul cries. Yuvraj smirks. Doctor and his staff give up, but Preesha pushes them to try and bring Neerja back. Preesha tells Neerja that she will have to come back for his daughter. Neerja starts breathing again. Yuvraj says how she did this miracle.Ahana and Mishka receive full footage from manager. They see Yuvraj, but think he doesn’t have anything to do with Keerti. They continue watching footage. They now see Sharda and they are shocked.
Security guard lets Rudra go in the lab this time as he has dressed like a doctor. He searches for DNA samples that police gathered at his home. He’s about to switch Sharda’s sample, but another doctor comes and asks what he’s doing. He says they need to send samples for fast track results. Other doctor says reports are there already. He gives all the reports to Rudra and from their discussion, Rudra finds out that Preesha is not Saransh’s real mother. He can’t believe, but other doctor shows him report and says science never lies. He says he married Preesha only because he thought Saransh is his brother and Preesha’s child. Who is Saransh’s mother, if it’s not Preesha? He says she suffered so much and did so much for Saransh.
Only a real mother can do that. He says he will think about that later. For now, he has to save Sharda.Doctor thanks Preesha. Preesha says Neerja is very brave. Soon she will fully recover. Rahul joins hands and thanks Preesha. He asks her to punish him, but forgive him. She asks what that will do? Will Rudra start trusting her? Will her life be like before? He looks away. She tells him to take care of Neerja and leaves. Rahul is feeling very bad. Yuvraj thinks Preesha always ruins his plans. He will have to do something before Rahul tells everything to Rudra out of guilt.
Rudra tries to switch DNA samples, but other doctor catches him this time. Rudra leaves from there with Sharda’s report. Preesha finds out from Sharda that she sent Rudra behind her to stop her. Sharda is afraid that Rudra might be in problem. Preesha goes to the lab.Keerti’s father demands police to go to Khurana’s home and arrest Keerti’s murderer. Police officer says they don’t have any proof. Once DNA reports come, they can do something. Officer gets a call that reports are ready. Keerti’s father says he will also go with him.Rudra tears the report and thinks how to change Sharda’s DNA sample. Just then he sees Preesha and tells her everything. She says they will have to destroy DNA sample. He says he’s waiting to get in the lab. She says she will also go with him.
