This is fate 16 September 2020: Preeta says to Karan that she is really happy he is getting married as she would be then free to live her own life, Preeta walks away while karan starts to weep, Maira comes asking karan what the matter is, she is left shocked seeing him crying, he leaves her standing.
Prithvi asks Sherlin what she is doing, she explains that she will expose him if he agrees to marry Preeta, Prithvi tries to explain to her that everything is alright but she is not convinced and then warns him that he will be alone if he agrees to marry Preeta, she orders him to refuse to Sarla, he thinks why she is trying to ruin his dreams as he always wanted to marry Preeta but she is trying to ruin his plans.
He is trying to explain the entire situation but she does not understand then says that if he agrees to marry Preeta then she will also come after him, so when Sarla will see her she will have the same feeling that anyone gets when they see a girl coming out of a boys room, he pleads that she calm down and not do anything of the sort because he cannot say no to Sarla rather just explain that he cannot marry Preeta at the present time,Sherlin slaps him
Janki sys to Sarla that she feels someone has been slapped, se wonders who is in the room and is about to go and check but Sarla stops her, Prithvi asks what it was and why she slapped him because he was going to do what she wanted, she says that she ahs come to know that he is in love with Preeta and wants to marry her, Prithvi ttries to make her realize that he only loves her and she is the one who is in her life, Sherlin asks that he refuse to marry Preeta but Prithvi says that he cannot do this because he ahs always pretended to be a nice guy and so has to accept the fact that he cannot marry Preeta.
Sherlin calms down and then they both are hugging, Janki opens the door but is not able to see them oth as Sarla takes her away warning that it is not right to look into someones house, Prithvi comes after them he is thinking what excuse he will make as they would have heard the nise of the slap, he explains that it was his mother who got angry when he asked for her permisiion to marry Preeta that she slapped him, Sherlin is in the room wondering what they are talking off as she is not able to hear anything. She thinks of going out and checking what is happening,
Prithvi explains that she had a lot of dreams regarding his marriage but they were all decimated when the marriage broke, Janki asks if the noise of the slap that they heard was from his mother, Sarla responds by saying that she knows his mother would never agree to get them both married but is it possible that she meets with his mother just a single time. Prithvi is left stunned, then he says that she is really mad at them but if Sarla agrees then he can ask her.
The Luthra’s are having a lot of fun with Ramonica and then she explains that she thought that the person she was marrying was Rajesh Khanna, they all are having a blast, Maira and karan come into the house, they all greet them then Ramonica says that she saw karan when he was really like a child but now he is al; grown up and is about to marry her daughter, karan is left confused, then Rakhi asks him the matter, Maira explains that she went to talk with karan about the dress but he got angry and then she got mad so went to the under construction site and got in an accident but was saved by Karna and Preeta.
The Luthra’s are left shocked hearing Preetas name, Maira thinks that she ahs taken Preetas name on purpose so that Karina can make sure that she never comes into her life, they all start looking at him, he explains that she is the physiotherapist of his team but he only goes to play cricket and has no reason to worry about her.
Ramonica asks off Preeta but Maira takes her inside, Karina explains that she is relieved as Maira took her mother inside, dadi says that she is really happy with karina as she ahs always taken the best decision.
Prithvi takes Sherlin aside then says that she must like his mother because the slap that she gave him resulted in Sarla and Janki becoming suspicious, so they have to lie, then she asks him to make an excuse. She gets a call from her friend who invites her to her party and then when she asks Prithvi, he gets the idea that he will send her and then arrange a party for himself, she goes to the washroom.
Ramonica is left stunned when she comes to know that karan is married, her friend also hears this, Maira mother says that she will make sure that they do not get married but Maira tries to convince her to let them both get married as she is about to marry her first love, She also says that she wants that Zonya attend her wedding as a friend but not like this.
Prithvi comes to Sarla and apologizes that his mother is really mad with him Sarla agrees that they can understand and should leave. Prithvi thinks that it is the time for him to execute his plan of marrying Preeta.
Sarla is about to leave but Prithvi stops her then he explains that his mother is really upset but it is the matter of his entire life and he knows that there is no one better then Preeta for him, he assures that he will arrange everything and even his mother will not say anything
Sarla does not understand then he requests that she eat the sweets of the wedding as they will surely marry, Sarla has some conservations regarding his mother but he explains that she is only angry but will allow when she comes to know that he is making the right decision, He pleads with her to arrange their wedding as soon as possible rather in just three days,
Sarla is stunned by this request, Prithvi explains that his mother is going out of the city but he wants to marry her as then when his mother comes back then she will not be angry with him anymore. Sarla agrees to marry them in three days, she asks Janki to follow her as they have to prepare for their wedding, Prithvi enquires if she ahs also asked Preeta but Janki explains that Sarla has not talked with anyone and Preeta is not aware of the matter, Sarla says that she will talk with he, Prithvi explains that he will wait for her call confirming that Preeta has agreed to marry him, He also sees them out of his house.
Karan is in his room, Maira comes explaining that she has made a mistake, she explains that she thought everyone in the family knew about that Preeta also works in his training, Karan mentions that he has no problem and does not care of Preeta, Maira agrees then also presents him with her ring for the engagement explaining that she was told by Karina that it is a ritual and he is going to buy the ring so she wants that it be perfect, Maira leaves while karan is still confused.
Prithvi is in his house celebrating that he will be married to Preeta, that too in just three days and all his dreams will come true, Sherlin comes from behind asking why he is so happy, Prithvi responds that he is really happy because he rejected Sarla who insulted him in the Mandap and he has gotten really happy after insulting so she should also makes her eat the sweets.
Prithvi asks Sherlin how she will go to the party, Sherlin explains that she will go there by road as she likes long drives, he explain s that he will go with her the next time even if he is not invited, she after seeing the time leaves because the luthras will have a lot of questions if she gets late so she will go after shopping so they are not curious.
She leaves, Prithvi thinks that he will marry Preeta, while Sherlin will leave for Puna tomorrow and when she will come back then will get busy in karans engagement while he will marry the girl of his dreams so he will have a blast.
Bi jee is really worried for Sarla, Shrishti explains that she will come back and she doesnot have to worry, Preta also explains that Janki is with her so they will be safe together, Shrishti explains that she is really strict and no one can harm her, BI jee is still worried, Preeta explains that she has prepared for sweets for them and so wishes that she eat it and forgive her for going to the Luthra house, Sarla meanwhile comes back saying that she cannot forgive Preeta for going to the luthra house till she agrees to marry Prithvi, she explains that she cannot marry again as karan is her husband, Sarla explains that she is still worrying for someone who is getting married to someone else. Preeta explains that she will not marry as she has accepted that karan is her husband and so will not marry anyone else.
Karan is going when he meets with Rishab, he explains that he wants him to get the ring for his engagement, Rishab refsues to bring it saying that it is his engagement and so he will not go for shopping, Rishab says that he can refuse for the engagement but cannot make other do his shopping, he asks that Rishab should not go if he doesnot want to, he ahs other people who can do his work then orders Sameer to bring the ring but he agrees.
Sarla is really angry saying that she is always thinking off the benefits of her daughters but they never listen to her as they think that she is the bad person, Sarla gets really angry and then starts shouting so is not able to control her heart beat, they all try to make her calm down but she doensnot listen forcing Preeta to agree on marrying Prithvi she then hugs her mother so that she can remain stable
Maira was booking bridal makeup salon, she wished to look pretty as Mrs. Luthra. Her mother says she hasn’t yet spoken to his father, she wonders how he would react. Maira tells her not to speak to him yet, he is already in London. Her mother says some day he would find out about Karan’s past marriage. Maira convinces her not to share it with him now.
Prithvi sat in the temple corner of his house and complains to God for the silence. Sarla promised him, but Preeta still didn’t call him. He wonders what if Preeta had said a no to marriage. He gets a call from Sarla and was excited. Sarla says Preeta has agreed for the marriage.
Prithvi’s hands tremble, he requests Sarla to wait for a moment while he showers flowers over the Gods for answering his prayers. He shows his elation towards Sarla. Sarla was worried about his mother. Prithvi assures Sarla he made her up for marriage, she is now ready. Sarla was happy. Prithvi was in a state of disbelief, then victory over Karan.
He dances around the house in celebrations. His mother comes to the hall and inquires the reason. Prithvi asks his mother to go and shop new dresses, her son is soon marrying. Her mother asks whom? Prithvi replies its Preeta. His mother reminds him of all the insult he had to bear last time. Prithvi convince his mother that Sarla herself brought the proposal. His mother complains she didn’t come to his mother, as she is the elder. Prithvi was assertive that he is the most eligible bachelor; would she accept Sherlin as her daughter in law then.
His mother says Sherlin is already married. Prithvi says Sherlin is still in love with him, and would love everything on a single phone call. His mom says alright, she wants Preeta as her daughter in law. Prithvi tells her to go and celebrate, their wedding is after two days.
Shrishti comes to Preeta and asks why she is marrying Prithvi. She notices Preeta had been crying. She convince Preeta to say a no, there Karina is ruining their marriage and here she agreed to marry Prithvi. There are differences between them, but still Preeta is married to Karan. Preeta cries helplessly, as Sarla’s health is deteriorating because of her. Her marriage brought pain and tension for Sarla. Shrishti inquires if Preeta realizes what will happen to her. Is she Mrs. Karan Luthra or not?
Preeta replies yes, she is married; but tells her to leave her alone. Shrishti asks why Preeta said yes to remarry. Janki was standing at the door and hears this. Preeta replies to Shrishti she won’t marry Prithvi; she only said a yes to Sarla because she was in ill health. She will go and speak to Prithvi and convince him to back out. Shrishti nods approvingly. Preeta was hopeful that Prithvi would agree, and Sarla would heal in time. Janki was relieved at Preeta’s decision. Shrishti asks if Prithvi would really back out. Preeta says Prithvi is a nice guy, he would understand that she is already married. Everything will be fine.
The next morning, Prithvi gets a call from Sherlin. She was leaving for Pune and had to say a bye. Prithvi asks if Luthra’s didn’t inquire her about her visit. Sherlin says Luthras are extremely tensed because of Preeta and Karan’s remarriage. She only told Rishab and he agreed at once. Prithvi tells her to keep safe and have a good journey. Prithvi thinks it’s fantastic, Sherlin isn’t here till tomorrow evening. He decides to go to Luthra house now and give them the news of his marriage with Preeta; this will burn the hearts of Karan and Rishab. He makes a call to order an immediate wedding invitation call.
Prithvi comes to Luthra house. Karan asks why he came to his room. Prithvi tells Karan to forget about the past, he wants to hug him today. He got a good news for Karan. Karan shouts at Prithvi to leave and drags him outside. In the hall, Prithvi convince Karan to let bygone be bygone. Rishab also comes to inquires why Prithvi came here. Prithvi says he came here for Gandhi-giri. He has decided to forget everything that happened in the past. Rishab asks what Prithvi needs now. Prithvi says he needs nothing. Rakhi passes by. Prithvi goes to touch her feet and demands her to bless him, he is about to start a new chapter of his life.
