Dinesh tells Sadhna that marriage in three days is difficult and that he wants to conduct Maitree’s wedding grandly. Sadhna thinks Madan is an excellent astrologer to follow and encourages Dinesh by claiming he can make the arrangements. Maitree hears the sound of a beckoning bell.
She proceeds to open it. She is overjoyed to see Ashish and Nandish. She invites them inside. Ashish notices Sadhna’s plans. Sadhna notices Ashish and hopes his presence would not cause any problems. She goes to bring them some tea. Ashish inquires of Maitree whether or not they are attending a wedding.Maitree reveals that she would marry Harsh in three days. Ashish inquires as to when this occurred. Maitree explains what happened. Ashish inquires if she is certain about Harsh. Maitree claims to be certain. Ashish inquires as to why she did not inform him. Maitree claims everything is now settled, and I’m about to inform you. Ashish expresses his joy for her.
Ashish returns home with a bag of candy. He gives candy to his family members. Kusum inquires as to the excellent news. According to Ashish, Maitree is getting married to Harsh. Sona believes that once she marries, our house problems would be solved as well. Nandini believes that being married will prevent her from stealing other people’s husbands. Ashish and Nandini have a disagreement. Ashish storms out of there, furious. Sona questions Nandini about how she is ruining her marriage. Nandini chooses to ruin Maitree’s mehendi.

Maitree’s mehendi begins. Ashish and Nandini arrive. Maitree informs Nandini that she didn’t expect her to appear. Nandini says you’re accountable for my life changes, therefore I’ll be a part of yours as well. Maitree observes. Nandini decorates Maitree’s hand with Mehendi.
Harsh begins to dance. He makes Maitree dance with him, and they both become engrossed in each other. Everyone applauds them. Sachin is set to make an announcement about the next performance. Nandini claims that it is now up to Nandini and Ashish to perform. Through his dancing, Ashish conveys his best wishes to Maitree. Nandini is irritated.
Sona, Kusum, and Om arrange wedding gifts for Maitree and decide to attend her wedding. Nandini meets and speaks with Harsh’s mother. Maitree notices Nandini talking to Kamna and wonders what she is talking about. Nandini tells Kamna that she is brave to accept the unlucky Maitree as their daughter in law. Kamna chastises her and tells her that Maitree will be lucky for them.
Nandini later smiles when she sees the images. She believes that by using these images, she will damage Maitree. Ashish walks into the room. Nandini claims she wishes to reveal a secret to him. Ashish claims he does not wish to listen. Nandini requests that Ashish first view the images. After seeing the images, Ashish is taken aback and inquires as to how she obtained them. Nandini claims she obtained the images from her sources.
Harsh came to Maitree’s house late at night. He makes a commotion near Maitree’s window. Maitree notices him and allows him to enter. She inquires as to why he arrived in the middle of the night. Harsh kneels in front of her and tells Maitree that he wants to be her husband and that he will never lie to her, and he asks her if she accepts to marry him. Maitree nods in agreement. Harsh forces her to wear the ring while kissing her hand. Maitree is shy.
Sadhna invites Maitres to the Haldi ceremony the next day. Harsh tells her that she looks fantastic. Maitree’s face flushes. Sadhna applies Haldi on Maitree and blesses her with the ability to be happy and emotional. Nandini appears and requests that Sadhna preserve some tears for Vidaai. Sadhna smiles and walks away. Nandini applies
Haldi to Maitree and wishes her that her current marriage will not fail like the last one. She inquires as to why Ashish did not come to meet her. She believes he is parking the automobile. Maitree considers what is going through Nandini’s mind.
Ashish attends the Haldi ceremony. He applies Haldi to Maitree and invites her to a private meeting to discuss a serious topic. Maitree says they can discuss when the Haldi ritual is finished. According to Ashish, this is a serious concern. Maitree is following him. Harsh wonders why Maitree is departing in the middle of things. He wants to follow Maitree but is stopped by his mother.
Ashish inquires of Maitree about Harsh. Maitree claims to know everything there is to know about Harsh and his family. Ashish confesses that Harsh’s father, Madan Tiwari, is Sona’s first husband, and I learned about it and informed you of the truth because I don’t want you to face the same circumstance as previously. It’s merely a misunderstanding, according to Maitree. Ashish denies it and gives her a photo of Madan with Sona. Maitree is taken aback. Nandini believes her strategy is working. Maitree inquires of Ashish whether Sona is aware of the situation. Ashish claims she did not, and I told you of the truth; what you do next is entirely up to you.
Maitree storms over to Harsh. Harsh inquires whether she has come to apply Haldi to him. Maitree said their marriage will not take place. Everyone is taken aback. Harsh asks Maitree to explain what occurred, but she walks away without saying anything. Harsh follows Maitree and asks why she is breaking off their marriage and requests that she tell him what is going through her thoughts. Maitree inquires as to why he messed with her emotions. Harsh questions Maitree about why she is criticising him and what his mistake is.
Maitree says you’re a Tiwari, and you’ve kept the fact that your father is Tiwari and Sona’s husband, and your mother is Madan’s second wife, from me. Harsh dismisses it, claiming that his father’s name is Madan pandit, not Tiwari.
Maitree recalls Ashish informing her that Harsh’s father, Madan, was Sona’s first husband. Ashish calls Nandini and invites her to accompany him home. Nandini believes any drama without her husband is uninteresting and exits. Harsh’s mother inquires as to why Maitree declined to marry him and promises to speak with Maitree. Harsh takes his mother inside and confronts her with the question of whether his father is Tiwari and whether she is his second wife. Harsh’s mother discusses her marriage to Madan and how Sona insulted her when they visited the Tiwari mansion, and how Madan backed her. Harsh observes.
Maitree sobs as she sees her mehendi. Sadhna and Dinesh arrive and attempt to calm her. Maitree wonders why this continually occurs to her. Harsh’s mother informs him
that they four can go for Benaras if he marries Maitree and that they have no ties to the Tiwari family. Harsh embraces her.
Nandini decides to inform Sona about the situation. Ashish pulls Nandini aside and asks her not to ruin Sona’s mood by revealing anything. Nandini concurs. Sadhna tells Maitree that Mahadev protected her from going hell and that he will show our Maitree the wonderful groom. They hear a trumpet. Maitree emerges and notices Harsh. Maitree claims she is no longer willing to listen to his lies. Harsh informs her that he didn’t know the truth till now and tells her what his mother told him. Maitree wonders how she can trust him and if he can show it. Harsh claims to be able to prove it.
He swears on his mother and tells her that he has never lied to her, and he asks her not to ruin their future by dwelling on the past. Maitree requests that he pledge to keep them away from the Tiwari family. Harsh promises Maitree that he would not have any interaction with the Tiwaris and will not ask her to see them again. He asks if she is willing to marry him. Maitree concurs. Dinesh and Sadhna arrive. Harsh informs them that everything is in order and that he would return in the evening with Baarat.
Maitree on call informs Ashish of her decision. Ashish inquires whether she is certain. Maitree claims to be certain. She invites him to the wedding. Ashish says his family needs him, therefore he will stay at home, and he wishes her a happy wedding. Nandini overhears their discussion.
Princy instructs Maitree to get ready as soon as possible. Maitree believes she must consult with Sona before marrying. She begs Princy to handle things and promises to return before the groom’s family arrives with Baarat. Princy is tense, but she agrees. Maitree is getting ready to go. When Maitree’s harsh mother spots her, she inquires as to where she is headed. Maitree says she’s going to meet Sona because she wants to tell her about Harsh’s marriage. Maitree is advised not to meet Sona by Kamna. Maitree concurs. Nandini walks inside Sona’s room. She informs Sona that she needs to discuss an important topic with her. Sona inquires as to what it is.
