Radha Mohan 12 April 2024: Mohan tells Shekar that the person with whom Damini was talking to had some relation with this case, Shekar says if they can find out who placed the letters in the house of Tulsi then will help this case, he asks Mohan if it is Narmada when Mohan says that she had thought of her as her daughter.
Mohan sees Kadambari walking with the family members so starts arguing with Shekar saying he would surely send Radha to jail, kadambari along with the entire family rush to stop them, Damini asks why did Mohan come wearing this hoodie, he says he is hiding his face because of Radha. Mohan says what would everyone think that a girl made a fool of him, Damini immediately hugs Mohan assuring him that everything would be fine, she says Radha is very clever so would get the punishment for her actions. Mohan says Radha will surely get punished for her actions, the entire Trivedi family is looking at them both, Mohan says does anyone do what she did, he warns to not let Shekar get away.
Damini sees the lawyer Devika approaching, Tulsi is also shocked to see her. Damini asks Mohan to come with her, he is shocked to see Devika and says she s going to have a plus one, Damini whispers what did Shekar think as she also comes with full preparation Damini mentions Devika is the best criminal lawyer of this country and so she is sure there is not any chance that Radha can be saved. Mohan asks Devika how is she, Devika replies she thought he forgot her when Mohan says how can he forget that she was the debate champion of their collage. Mohan is shocked to see Rahul with Gungun so asks why did he bring Gungun here, Tulsi agrees with him.
Devika says that she is the one who called Gungun here, Devika turns to Gungun mentioning they both were together in the collage but then her father became a publisher and she became the best lawyer off the country. Mohan asks Rahul to take Gungun back with him, but Devika replies that she understands it, even when her baby has not come into this world but the motherly feeling is very strong so she can understand how he might be feeling right now, she mentions that it would help them a lot if Gungun stay here.
Damini starts smiling. Devika says Gungun has been deceived so they need her here as the case would get really strong, Mohan says that Gungun cannot stay here, Devika asks him to relax informing that she is a lawyer, she requests him to let her do the work. Damini also asks Mohan to let Devika work because if they have to win the case then listen to everything that Devika says, Tulsi exclaims Damini is using Gungun to take her revenge from Radha. Devika exclaims now even she wants to see who is this Radha that won from everyone including, Mohan, Tulsi and even Damini.
The police jeep stops in-front of the court from which the constable pull Radha, they all start looking at her when Tulsi is shocked seeing her. Radah keeps staring at Gungun and Mohan, Radha starts crying after seeing Gungun so runs towards her, and Gungun also runs to Radha so they both stand in front of each other they both start crying standing apart from each other thinking about how they had formed the relation of a mother and daughter, Gungun is also crying when Radha slowly starts walking towards her, but Gungun pushes Radha away seeing which everyone is shocked. Radha also turns back in shock when Gungun warns her to not touch her and stay away blaming Radha of being a killer, Tulsi says that it is not the truth. Radha also asks why is she talking like this to her, she once again tries to get close but Gungun pushes her away, Gungun says that Radha taught her how they should not hurt those whom they love, she mentions she really loved Radha but she killed mother so Gungun questions why did she do it, Radha mentions that all those letters are false saying how can she kill Tulsi, Gungun blames Radha for lying and being a cheater, Tulsi requests Gungun to at least listen to Radha just once but Gungun says I HATE YOU Radha, hearing which everyone is heartbroken but Devika starts smiling. Radha asks Gungun how can she kill her mother, the lady constables come and take Radha away while she is trying to explain herself. Mohan is really furious.
Radha is standing in the witness box when Devika exclaims it is an open and shut case in which the victim has said it in her letters before she died, Tulsi replies they all are a lie. Devika says Tulsi herself said that she was scared of Radha and saw her standing outside of her house with a Mashal the day she died, Devika exclaims she knows the judge is very busy and she understands that there are a lot of cases in their country, so she is going to request that the case is granted its verdict today and Radha is sentenced to be hanged till death. Kaveri exclaims that Devika has turned out to be a very good lawyer and she feels that her child would become a lawyer straight away.
Shekar after standing up says with all due respect he feels the judge should not be here, mentioning that if the prosecutor says the verdict then what is the need of the judge Shekar says that Devika is considered the best lawyer of the country but she forgot the basic laws that an innocent should not be punished. Shekar says the letters exist but there is a big question about the truth of these letters as Tulsi Trivedi has not written those letters, the entire family is shocked. Shekar explains the letters and its lies have only be written by one person and she is Damini, hearing this she is stunned.
Shekar says the letters do agree but there is a big question about the truth in them, kans tries to sit beside Damini but she asks him to stay away otherwise someone might get suspicious. Shekar argues that Tulsi has not written anything in those letters and it has been written but just one person who is Damini, hearing this she is shocked when Shekar informs Damini has just one purpose in her life and that is to attain the love of Mohan, Shekar says that Damini loves Mohan ever since they were in collage but he has never thought of her more then his friend. Mohan first got married to Tulsi and then Radha but Damini was never able to make a place for herself so now she wants to clear her path by trapping Radha Trivedi, hearing this even Devika is shocked.
Shekar mentions they will talk about the blame of the prosecution, he mentions that Radha is twenty one now and when Tulsi died she was just fourteen years old, so this means that she killed Tulsi after falling in love with Mohan. Shekar explains it can be a good script for a movie but is nothing but a joke for him. Devika exclaims in this case his sense of humor is very poor since this is the truth, which Tulsi has written by her own self in those letters. Tulsi once again says she has not written them.
The judge asks Devika if she can see those letters, Devika agrees informing she has all the documents. Devika explains that she has all the analysis from the handwriting expert and even the copies of the letters which proves that Tulsi is the one who wrote those letters, the judge starts reading the letters.
Dadi asks Ramaveshwar how can it happen since this is all a lie, Ramaveshwar says that Damini made this lie into the truth as she is planning everything.
Devika sitting mentions they have to make their case even stronger for this Mohan has to say that Radha forcefully married him and he does not even like her, Damini says that Mohan will surely say it when Devika asks if she is sure because otherwise their plan might fail, Devika whispers that if Mohan accidentally says that he loves Radha then it would prove very difficult to prove that she is guilty. Damini asks her to not e worried since after what has happened this time he will only say that he hates Radha, Mohan staring at Damini exclaims she is wrong as he only loves Radha, he corrects her ear thinking how he secretly places his phone in the bag of Damini so that he could listen to everything that she is planning.
He thinks he did not want to hide his face but wore this hoodie so he could keep an eye on her every move. Mohan texts Shekar the plans of Damini, Shekar takes out his phone so he can know about it, he informs Mohan it would be very wrong since this entire case will go against Radha but if he says he loves Radha then Damini would find out the truth and try to ruin this case, he suggests that Mohan should leave the court right now. Mohan texts how can he leave from here, Shekar after reading the text, mentions he is Mohan and should think about it as Mohan changed the situation of Mahabharat which he must do it in this time, Mohan replies this is the duty of Shekar.
Mohan wonders what can he do at the moment. Mohan gives Radha a flying kiss seeing which she gets a bit uncomfortable so turning to Mohan questions what is he doing in the court, Radha asks Mohan what is he trying to do but he keeps making weird faces due to which Radha asks Mohan out loud what is he doing. Mohan starts shouting saying that he will not get trapped in the plans of Radha, because he first loved her a lot but she made fun of his love and is doing the same thing right now, Ajeet asks Mohan to relax but he questions Radha why did she do it to him. Devika wonders what has gotten into Mohan.
Radha also asks what is he doing, Mohan says she does the same to him, Damini turns to Devika who does not know what to do, Shekar says to the judge that Mohan is disturbing his client, the judge asks Mohan what is he doing when he says he is doing what a turned down lover does, he asks the judge if she loved anyone who replies she has not, Mohan then keeps acting questioning Radha why did she ruin his life, Kadambari also asks Mohan to not do anything else. The judge instructs Mohan to let go of Radha when he whispers he would not leave her for the rest of his life, he kisses her explaining he will come back after a while. Shekar says it is not good for his client if Mohan remains so he requests the court to make sure Mohan stay away from this court and the proceedings.
Naramada asks Kans where is he going who says that he will only remember Tulsi so he leaves. Damini stops Mohan asking what did he do, he keeps acting emotional and so even wipes off his nose from the saree of Damini, she also feels very weird when Kaveri exclaims she will have to wash it.
Mohan steps out of the court thinking that he prays this drama should benefit Radha, he gets stunned noticing Kans who is eating the samosa. Mohan gets a text from Shekar who praises him but then suggests that he should now find out who gave the mother of Tulsi those letters, Mohan notices that Kans has a very expensive mobile so wonders how did he get it.
The judge says that after reading the report from the handwriting expert it can be said that these letters have been written by Tulsi, hearing this Damini and Devika start smiling along with everyone else while Tulsi is shocked questioning how did can it be her writing.
Shekar questions how did the letters come all of a sudden, saying the truth is that Damini did not fear anyone and was sure that he would marry her but then Radha came into his life and he fell in love with her the proof of which they have just seen here. Devika corrects Shekar saying it was hatred but Radha stops Devika mentioning there was even love in that hatred which she is not going to understand, Damini is very irritated.
Mohan purposefully hits Kans so that his mobile falls down, Mohan says it is a very nice mobile and asks if it is new, Kans replies it is indeed new and tries to leave after taking it. Mohan stops Kans saying he does not do any work and is a burden on his mother so how did he get such an expensive mobile, kans leaves replying it does not concern him. Mohan thinks if the Kans uncle of Gungun is the one who gave those letters to the mother of Tulsi, he gets suspicious of Kans.
