Our perfect place 29 March 2020: At the Police Station, ila’s children go to file a missing report, the police says that its too early, but still they would ask their search team to find out about her. they are tensed. as talks about kidnapping surface, they are tensed if the same has happened to ila.

The police says that they need to be prepared for the worst. rahul requests to be told what to do. the police asks them to go home, and relax, and if she is still missing, then they can come back tomorrow. they ask if they should simply wait by then. the inspector says that he knows its tough, but thats the only option. as they get going, the constable comes and tells the inspector of an accident. Later,the police later informs them of an accident on the highway, involving an elderly woman, along with a truck, in a hit an run case. they are aghast and petrified.
Scene 2:
Location: Highway
Govardhan and his sons are on the road, searching tensedly, when govardhan remembers their fight. he blames himself, saying that for the first time, he fought with her, and uttered such words, that would have traumatised, and maybe she did something. niranjan tries to calm him down, saying that it must be someone else. they arrive at the site finally, eyeing the area tensedly. Niranjan explains everything to the inspector, and he tells them, that she was unconscious and rushed to the nearby hospital. they rush there.
Scene 3:
Location: Hospital
Govardhan rushedly arrives at the hospital, with the family, and find the doctor coming. the doctor tells him that the lady succumbed to the injuries, and is dead, and her body is kept in the morgue. they are aghast and distraught. as they proceed towards the morgue, he is reminiscient of his time spent with her. they make him sit down and gulp some water. they finally arrive, and stand in front of the dead body. rahul is about to take off the sheet, but govardhan stops him. with much courage, he finally lifts the veil over the dead body and is releived with shock that its isnt his wife.
Scene 4:
Location: Haveli
As govardhan and his family waits tensedly, they find a car coming in. ila steps down from the car and all rush towards her. they are releived to see her alive and healthy. he rushes and hugs her tight. Meanwhile, Parimal arrives, stepping out of the car, as govardhan and ila have a happy reunion. he is shocked to see parimal, who is visibly tensed and after taking his blessings, he meets the rest of the brothers.
In the room, govardhan and ila get talking. he starts talking apologising about the way he behaved with her, but she says that she couldnt see him like that. both are in tears. smiling through them, she says that she forgives him, but whatever happens, he shouldnt talk about leaving her. he cups her face and caresses her, saying that he loves her galore. As expected, parimal starts commenting on how his room was taken by niranjan. nirajan says that its a casual comment, and that the house is everyone’s. parimal taunts him. a verbal scufflew ensues. rita comes and asks whats going on. parimal leaves. they both are tensed.
Later, at night, govardhan is told by ila, that she gathered all the sons together, and now he needs to tie them down. meawhile, while drinking alcohol, they start behaving totally inebriated and drunk, while dancing carefree, in the gardens. the wives and ladies are amused, while govardhan and ila are tensed. she is tensed of his reaction. he asks whats she thinking. she says that they were so easily united, without much effort. he says that he sees everyone uniting. she starts taunting him, while he nostalgically comments, that he can see a glimmer of hope. she says that this means, to unite them, they either have to turn the house into a bar or disappear everyday. they amusedly banter and have a good laugh.
The next morning, when he wakes up with a heavy hangover, Gayatri serves him tea comments to parimal, that she has never seen him drinking so much. parimal accepts and says that its good that only they saw, atleast the parents didnt, and that he had gone to stop them, while he himself started indulging, when old talks started, and weak moments started. she eyes him tensedly. he is shocked and embarassed too to know that govardhan and ila saw him drinking. she eyes him tensedly.
Location: Haveli
As ila wakes up, she finds govardhan ready with her breakfast. she is touched by his gesture, as they both wish each other a very happy anniversary. he gives her a necklace and they share some nice romantic moments. this is intervened, by the grandkids who tease their grandparents while they are flustered. then the entire family comes and wishes them, and gives them a gift of their portrait size wedding picture. they ask ila and govardhan to come down, dressed up soon. Later, as ila descends down, dressed as a bride, she finds the courtyard set for a Mandap. govardhan stands as the beaming groom. she stands in front of him. Govardhan proposes to ila and asks if she shall marry him again. she happily complies. they both remarry, while their family showers blessings on them.
Later, in the evening, they all sit down for light entertainment. ila gives them chits, that contain some tasks that she wants all of them to perform. they are amused and comply. the grandkids recite. Gayatri dances, niranjan’s wife, acts, while parimal after much coaxing, sings slightly. all clap. before ila can ask someone else, rita comes and tells that they wish to see her dance. Govardhan asks her to comply. finally she does for her children. all have a good time.
Later, at night, they both talk to the sons, that they wish to stay with all of them, and while they can pay the intial downpayment of 3.5 crores, the rest and the installments the sons can manage. he says that they shall all purchase together. he talks about the entire installment plan. it sets everyone aback, and they are speechless, while govardhan is excited. the youngest denies, and says that he cant afford the installment. rahul asks if its only monetary issue that stops him. he says that he responded to what govardhan, and rahul neednt meddle in it. rahul says that this is the problem, neither one wants to listen nor talk. they bring out his alcohol issues. finally, ila shuts him up saying that she forgave him the other day, as he was drunk, but not today. rahul on face, denies that he doesnt want to come to live with them. they are aghast. parimal says that except for devoted, niranjan, noone would accept. niranjan starts fighting.
parimal points out how his manipulative business strategy must be working right now. niranjan refuses saying that he wouldnt come to live with him. she says that she knows what everyone wants. but still its a formality. She asks parimal whats his response. he says that everyone knows he and govardhan dont get along. she asks him yes or no. he gets tensed and responds in negative.
As ila bids a farewell to all of them and govardhan watches frm the balcony, he is reminded of their conversation the earlier night, and gets depressed. in the solitude of his room, govardhan has a severe heart attack. he clutches at his heart and falls on the bed.

ila comes and finds him like this, unconscious and screams for the helpers, and begs him to open the eyes. she hollers for the doctor, and he comes and informs that he suffered a heart attack, and asks her to give proper meds and take care. she complies. then the doctor leaves. Later, she calls and informs the sons.
After sometime, all the sons come and they all rush to him, while the sons express their apologies, saying that they had no clue they were loved so much by him, and asks him not to take it to the heart ad that everything that he wants shall be fulfilled, and that they shall live together as one happy unit. govardhan is overwhelmed but then gets jolted, as he realises he was hallucinating. later, while listening to old songs, he sits tensedly, as ila comes and shuts the music, while he secretly wipes the tears. he talks about the hopes he had on his sons. she remembers that the sons refused on some pretext or the other. they both are apalled at the callousness of their sons. she tries to assure him, that they shall set everything okay.
he gets agitated and asks how is this okay, as which son behaves like this, hearing his father’s heart attack, and then blames it on himself, his nature towards them, when they were young, and his upbringing. she thinks that he always has played self guilty and he shouldnt be bothered himself, and take stress for the ingratuitous nature of their children. they realise that they may have made some shortcoming. she asks him not to blame himself. he says that now its time for him to start his life afresh with his family, and now the motive of his life shall be, that they are one happy unit. she is determined that they shall get their sons back. she gets to caring for him and getting him hale and hearty yet again.
The next morning, Govardhan’s brother, Ramesh calls up from the car, saying that he arrived just now from singapore, as he left right after he got ila’s call yesterday. govardhan says that it wasnt needed. but ramesh says that it was, since he couldnt rest properly. govardhan thinks that they both are tensed, but dont know how it will get okay. he is incredibly tensed as to how to fulfill his promise to his father, and unite the sons, and get them together to live as one family. he says that he always sought his father’s help to solve issues, and today he needs him the most, and begs for a signal, as then he shall get the power to fight.
as he closes his eyes and joins hands, he feels someone’s reassuring hands on his shoulder, and he is overwhelmed that his father is still with him, in here, and shall always be. he calls for ila, and explains it to her. she is boggled. he says that now he is sure of their success. she is still boggled. he asks her to get snacks ready for Ramesh. she happily complies. Finally, ramesh comes.
Ramesh comments that he cant believe his sons talked back like this. Govardhan says that when he first started seeing the signs of his sons wanting to move out, he should have known that they werent leaving the house, but were leaving him. he was always playing laxman when he played ram, in Ramayana’s enactment. he says that he couldnt get out of this role at all. he says that he became his Laxman, but his own people got left behind. Ramesh hears this tensedly, and apologises. govardhan asks him not to blame himself, as he has always considered himself as his brother, and it was his shortcoming, that he couldnt handle all the relations properly.
ila comes with snacks. ramesh gives them the good news, that the plot adjacent to their haveli, has been sold to a car making company. she asks how is this good news. he talks about the prices of this haveli too have gone up, to almost 22 crores. they are shocked. he thinks that its due to his father, and reminds this to ila. she hears tensedly, and asks what he plans to do. he says that they shall sell the haveli. she is surprised. ramesh explains how this haveli has their memories. but govardhan is adamant, that if this haveli stands in the way of his unity with the sons, then he wouldnt clutch at his memories.
ramesh talks about his memories here. ila says that she likes it too. ramesh talks about how he has realised the importance of this haveli, now being trapped in the materialistic city. Ramesh asks for one chance to help him out. places a proposal to govardhan that he should take the haveli that he has gotten newly made, and sell him this haveli instead. both hear tensedly. govardhan is set to thinking
