Once there was a king 9 March 2022: Kunwar ji loosens the grip of Swarna’s hand. Gayatri says when a girl is married, parent’s in-laws become her parents, but if parents have to be this way it’s better to be orphan. Women there gossip about Kunwar ji having fallen their eyes. Swarna forgives Kunwar ji, Lakhan says to Rana ji that he loves Swarna and her child to be, he wants their responsibility. Rana ji says this isn’t possible, he can’t give Lakhan the responsibility of Swarna before they are married. They all smile, Rana ji puts Swarna’s hand into Lakhan’s.
Kunwar ji asks Rana ji what he is doing, Swarna is their daughter in law. Rana ji says she was, now he has lost all the rights over her, just the way he lost the right to live. It’s because of Swarna that he is alive, he has already lost his respect now he must not compel him to lose his behavior. Kunwar ji leaves curtly. Swarna joins hands to Rana ji, Lakhan and Swarna bends to touch his feet, Rana ji asks if she doesn’t remember what he had said. They take Raaj Mata’s blessings. Rana ji nods at Gayatri.Gayatri comes to the room looking for Rana ji, she finds a rose on the bed with a note.
She finds a series of notes pointing directions and discover them in the rooms. She comes to a bed setting, decorated with roses. Rana ji spots Gayatri, comes behind her. She is shocked to see him in Dhoti, and laughs. She asks what this is, Rana ji speaks in Savitri’s way. She says this all isn’t needed. Rana ji kneels and asks what this slave can do for her. Gayatri orders the slave to shut his eyes and kisses his forehead. Rana ji shuts her eyes and kisses hers.Kunwar ji comes to Bari Rani Maa in the jail, he says the water has gone about heads. Bari Rani Maa asks him to drown. Kunwar ji gets to her feet and apologizes.
Kunwar ji tells her Rana ji insulted him in front of whole Amirkot, he wants to marry Swarna to Lakhan. Bari Rani Maa tells him Rana ji showed him his place. Kunwar ji says he can’t live peacefully until Rana ji and Gayatri are alive, he will not leave them alive no matter they have to call Kaal or Maha Kaal. Bari Rani Maa gives him a ring and asks him to show it to Kaal, he would understand she called him. Kaal will end Rana ji and Gayatri’s era.Gayatri was getting ready, Rana ji comes and smiles towards her. He corrects his beard, he tells her English photographer has come to photograph them, preparations is necessary. Gayatri poses with him in the mirror.
Bari Rani Maa plays with coal, she marks a cross over Rana ji and Gaytri’s names.
Swarna tells Lakhan there is no black magic. Lakhan asks how a picture gets locked in black light box then, he is afraid of photography. Swarna assures him their photograph would be the best.
Raaj Maata comes to the room and watches Rana ji and Gayatri doing romance with each other, she clears her throat. They both explain, Raaj Mata asks them to hurry up, the photographer is waiting for them.
There was turmeric ceremony of Lakhan and Swarna. Gayatri makes him her brother, he assures to be with her always. Kokilla puts on turmeric over Swarna. Kunwar ji pants in a deserted area.
Rana ji hugs Lakhan while Gayatri hugs Swarna, both Rana ji and Gayatri move towards each other. Gayatri fell in his arms, Raaj Mata was happy to see them together. Gayatri was worried about people around, Rana ji puts on turmeric over her face. She leaves mischievously putting the rest over his. He runs behind her to rub his face with hers. Both smile.Kunwar ji walks deep in the forest, he pants saying he would turn to Kaal in search of this Kaal. Gayatri and Rana ji ask Swarna to look at each other, else they will get to see each other just after marriage. When they leave, Rana ji asks Gayatri to think about the name of their baby to be, Gayatri shies and asks how he knows about it.
He tells her he has a gut feeling it would be a daughter. He says she would be just like her, beautiful and full of morals. He holds her in his arms and swirls Gayatri saying he would hold his daughter like this. Raaj Mata comes there, Rana ji keeps Gayatri down who runs away. Rana ji tells Raaj Mata his daughter will be beautiful but less than her grandmother, and leaves after kissing Raaj mata’s forehead. Raaj Mata prays for the happiness of the palace.
Kunw ar ji reaches a spot where he can see a few people were standing in circle around a long haired man who swirled around knives tied to chains in his hands. He wonders what this animal like human is doing.
Kunwar ji watches Kaal throw the knife just in front of a small child who pee in fear. He says that since he was afraid, now he would get punished; if not him then his father. People around say it’s his own son. Kaal says the child will get punishment. He picks the child up and was about to throw him when Kunwar ji shouts a no. Kaal throws the knife just in front of him, asking who he is. Kunwar ji shows him the ring and throw it towards him. He recognizes it.
Gayatri instructs the servant about decorating the palace till morning. She takes the Thaal of Pooja from his hand, she feels dizzy at once. Rana ji comes to hold her, she says she might not have slept enough. She watches stains on his shirt and was shocked to see blood.
Rana ji says it’s not blood, its kumkum. She hugs him saying she is worried.
Lakhan comes to Swarna’s room, she was getting ready and hide her face saying a groom must not see the bride before marriage. Lakhan holds her towards him and says he has awaited to get her for a long time, he never dreamt of marrying a prince. He promises her not to let tears come in her eyes. Swarna cries and says sometimes tears are of happiness as well. She asks him to go now, it’s a bad omen. Lakhan cups her face and says watching her can never be a bad omen. He kisses her forehead, she pushes him away and ties her chain around his wrist; he must watch it when he remembers her.
They head some noice, Lakhan goes out of the window. Gayatri comes in and says no bride must have been as beautiful as she is.A guard gives Bari Rani Maa the sweet of Swarna and Lakhan’s wedding sweet. Gayatri and Rana ji looks towards each other while bring the bride and groom respectively from the stairs. They take seats.Kaal comes into the palace, fighting the guards, swirling the knives in hands. Bari Rani Maa notices his presence. One of the guards come to slap Kaal but of no use. He arrives in front of the jail Bari Rani Maa was locked into and deroots the gate with single jerk. Bari Rani Maa says there is wedding at home, should they go to bless them and walks out.
The wedding begin, Swarna and Lakhan share an eye lock before putting on flower garland around each other’s necks. Bari Rani Maa headed towards the hall with Kaal and Kunwar ji. Kaal fights the guards on duty. Gayatri feels dizzy at once, Raaj Mata notices while Rana ji holds her. Gayatri says she isn’t fine, she feels dizzy and nauseatic but waits for the wedding to end. Rana ji says this dizzinesss has been in his favor, she used to leave his hand before in shyness but today she has held his hand. Kokilla wonders if it’s about what she is thinking.
The wedding thread break, Swarna was worried it’s a bad omen. Gayatri thinks about the stain on Rana ji’s shirt and was worried. Raaj Mata says it was a weak thread so it broke, she asks Swarna to tie the other. Kunwar ji laughs as Kaal hurts the guards around. Rana ji whispers to Gayatri he wants to remarry watching them getting married. Gayatri stares at him, he says he wants to remarry her because when they had married before he didn’t like her. She asks now? He says he will think about it. He says it’s going to be one year to their marriage in a few days, what about getting married again? Bari Rani Maa says today Kaal is coming with her, its Kaal of Rana ji and his family.
Pandit ji asks who would do the Kaniadaan, Swarna was upset at once. Rana ji stands up and announces he would do it. If a father can’t do it, it’s a brother’s right. Swarna cheers. All at once the fire goes off, windows slap in windstorm. Gayatri goes to shut the windows. Swarna was upset, Gayatri asks Pandit to begin again. Gayatri ties the knot and the wedding rounds begin. Rana ji throws the flowers over Gayatri, both play with each other. Bari Rani Maa enter the hall with Kaal and points towards him. He takes an aim and throws the knife.
