Imlie 6 June 2023: Malini calls a magician to entertain Cheeni. Magician emerges a doll. Cheeni asks who is it. Malini says Imlie’s future. Magician disappears doll and turns it into an ash. Cheeni to her rudest self shouts what did Khali Mali/Malini do with Imlie. Malini says not yet, but if Cheeni doesn’t obey her, she will see her mother’s wrath. Narmada tells aryan that she doens’t have any strength to handle the issues at home and hence Aryan should handle it. Aryan says if it was a storm, he would have changed its direction; if it was a thunder, he would have held it in his hands; if it was a famine, he would have torn the earth and got water out of it; but its life where Imlie enters his life repeatedly and breaks his trust repeatedly and he feels helpless.
Arpita says he let Imlie go this time without realizing that Imlie must be doing all this under pressure.Aryan says he is just treated like a character in Imlie’s play, he feels suffocated and wants to breathe free now. He wipes his tears and says he would write his own story now and erase Imlie’s name forever from it. He lifts Cheeni and says Imlie even hurt Cheeni this time, he is done with her now. He looks at Imliefrom balcony. Cheeni thinks she is not a bad girl and cannot betray Imlie at all. Imlie sits at a roadside and recalls Cheeni refusing to accompany her. Meethi calls her and asks how is Cheeni. Imlie cries and describes whole incident. She says Imlie is everything to her and she will die without Imlie. Meethi says Cheeni would know the truth some day, the day came early. She suggests her to handle Cheeni with a different perspective and realize that Cheeni can never betray her.
Anu feels happy and praises Malini when she hears how Malini ousted Imlie for Rathore mansion. Imlie recalls Cheeni trying to tell something while she was in the hospital. She determines to reconcile with Cheeni and picks her phone to call and finds it switched off. Cheeni cries for Imlie. Arpita says she will take her to meet Imlie in the evening. Cheeni calms down. Aryan says nobody will meet Imlie. Arpita asks him not to say that in front of Cheeni. Aryan says Imlie kept Cheeni away from Malini for years, let him handle Cheeni. Arpita and others walk away. Cheeni tells Aryan that she will not listen anything against Imlie. Aryan comforts her and asks if she was ever hurt before. She says her friend Pinto pushed her once and ran away. Aryan says her pain was gone after a few days, similarly even the pain of separating from Imlie will go away soon. He pampers her and goes to get food for her. Cheeni cries missing Cheeni.
Cheeni requests a man to give his phone to speak to her daughter. Man’s wife warns him not to give phone to a stranger who may run away stealing it. Imlie says she is not a thief, she is an independent reporter from Pagdandiya. Man ignores her and leaves. She requests many passerbys who refuse to give their phone. An old lady watches everything and offers phone to her. Imlie calls Rahore house landline and hopes Cheeni will pick it. Cheeni walks towards landline while Aryan walks towards Cheeni’s room with food.
Imlie calls Rathore mansion’s landline and hopes Cheeni picks it. Cheeni picks phone. Imlie says chi chi. Cheeni recalls Imlie telling her that she first learn to say chi chi and Cheeni learnt to say chu chu. Imlie asks her not to take her name and calls her chu chu. Imlie thanks god that Cheeni spoke to her at least and asks her describe what is happening there. Cheeni says Khali Mali/Malini did evil magic and scared her. Imlie says they both will teach khali maali a nice lesson. Aryan walkis to Cheeni, and Cheeni leaves. Malini listens to their conversation via another landline. Imlie runs on road.
Aryan notices Malini decorating her car and asks what is she doing. Malini says her daughter stayed away from her for 5 years because of Imlie and hence she has decided to take her daughter home. Aryan says he made a mistake once. Malini says its because of Imlie. Aryan says whatever the reason is, sh eshouldn’t repeat it. Malini promises to take care of Cheeni and ward off any trouble before it reaches Imlie. She says she needs a help from him, he can imagine how much hatred Imlie infused towards her in Cheeni’s mind, she wants Aryan to explain Cheeni that her mother is not bad. Aryan says he will see what he can do.
Imlie runs on road and thinks she needs to reach Imlie at any cost. Preeta tells Neela that Aryan blocked Imlie, so its time to party. Neela says once Cheeni is out, they shall celebrate. Anu walks in and asks why they are celebrating. Neela says she is celebrating as Aryhan would marry Preeta now. Anu says when Aryan didn’t look at Preeta for 28 years, why would he now. Preeta cries that she is 24 years since many years. Neela taunts Anu that she got a granddaughter now who would pester her each moment. Anu stands frowning. Aryan enters Cheeni’s room and finds her escaping via window. Cheeni says she needs to go and runs away.
Malini waits near her car and thinks why didn’t Aryan come yet with Cheeni. Anu walks to her and asks why has she decorated her car. Malini says she wants to take Cheeni home. Anu asks if she is out of her mind. Malini asks her to relax and says they will abandon her later. Cheeni notices them and hides. Anu asks what if Cheeni exposes their secret to Imlie. Malini says nothing will happen with 2.5 feet kid, she has already made arrangements for Imlie. Aryan follows Cheeni. Anu says Imlie will return again like she returned after 5 years. Malini says not this time and looks at Imlie’s pic sent to a goon. Truckir goons look at their target Imlie running on road and speed up their truck towards Imlie.
Aryan reaches Cheeni. Cheeni says Imlie never breaks her promise, she wants to return to her. Aryan tries to stop her, but she runs again. Imlie escapes accident. She notices her anklet on road and waks back on road to pick it. Trucker reverses his truck and hits Imlie and drives away. Cheeni notices Imlie falling on road and stands shocked. Aryan falls down and bruises his hands. He gets tensed noticing blood oozing from his hand. Injured and unconscious Imlie also starts bleeding. Malini congratulate Anu that Imlie died and laughs out loudly. People surround Imlie.
Cheeni searches for her and calls her name, standing just a few feet away without noticing her. Aryan reaches Cheeni again and thinks Imlie should have thought about Cheeni this time. Malini reaches Cheeni next and asks why happened to her baby. Anu says kid is crying for her mother. Aryan says exactly. Malini takes Cheeni along. Aryan notices Imlie’s anklet and picks it. An ambulance passes by with Imlie in it.
