I do 23 May 2022: Sanam is shocked to hear this, while nida is bewildered. tanveer comes saying that the lord heard her prayers and that she is very happy for them and that nida knows ahil very well since childhood, and assures that nida’s answer is definitely a yes. Rehaan comes and Tanveer says that for many years, she wanted her son to get married and its finally happening. Nida asks ahil if he is serious. Ahil asks her the answer straightaway. nida says that she cant answer right now. rehaan says that they should give nida sometime, as they shouldnt be hasty. tanveer is tensed but complies with rehaan. Ahil says that he wants an answer right now.
tanveer is happy. sanam is tensed. When she doesnt answer, he leaves, but before he is gone, she says yes, shocking them all. Ahil eyes Sanam tensedly, while all are surprised. Nida turns around and goes to ahil, asking where’s her ring. rehaan is tensed while tanveer smirks evilly. Ahil eyes sanam, over nida’s shoulders.Later, Sanam asks latif if it isnt strange that he is marrying nida. latif asks why is she so tensed at that. sanam denies and says that she is surprised at his choice. Latif says that she too doesnt like him, then whats the problem that a girl like nida is marrying him. She says that he isnt good, but he isnt that bad either.
She is embarassed when latif eyes her knowingly, saying that she knew this all along. latif asks sanam if she hasnt fallen in love with him. sanam is shocked, saying that she wont let that happen in dreams even. Latif reminds her about the night, when she was screaming about ahil not leaving her, and ahil too sitting there beside her for a long time and maybe he heard it too. sanam asks why she didnt tell her this earlier. latif says that she forgot to tell her, and leaves hastily remembering some work. sanam is tensed at what she got to know, and curses that she doesnt remember anything at all. She remembers ahil too asking her about the same, and that he was angry for this only. She assumes that he must have felt bad.
In their room, ahil is tensed, while nida says that she never thought that their relationship was beyond friendship. While she is ranting about him being unpredictable, ahil’s eyes fall on sanam, cleaning up the dining table. Nida finds him lost. she stands in his view, blocking sanam and asks ahil when is he marrying her. tanveer comes in saying that he would marry her after ten days, and the engagement is tomorrow. Ahil is tensed. nida asks why so soon. tanveer says that if destiny take sdescisions fast, they should be implemented fast too. Nida is extremely excited. ahil too is tensed for this, disbelieving, that in two weeks he would be married, and would be cutting his 30th birthday cake with his wife.
While ahil is busy working, sanam gives him milk, and then awkwardly stands trying to start a talk. she finally blurts out saying that she wants to talk about the other night, and that she feels that what happened shouldnt have, and that she is sorry for this. She says that latif told her about it, and she doesnt remember anything about it. Ahil says that he knows it doesnt mean anything, but thanks her for the mango shake and gets back to work. ahil is tensed, while she resumes her working. Just then, the jeweller comes and shows ahil, rings for him and his would be wife. He picks out one of them. The jeweller commens his choice. Latif comes and finds the ring ahil has selected.
Ahil tells sanam, while she’s busy working, that nida wants her engagement ring to be picked out by a girl. sanam, begins to go, but ahil calls out to her. she turns around. He says that he wants her to select the ring. He insists on it. she resignedly surfs through the whole tray that the jeweller holds out to her, and picks one saying that she likes it. Ahil is shocked at her choice, as its the same one that he chose. latif tells her that ahil too liked this ring only, and that their choices match too much. ahil and sanam eye each other awkwardly. Ahil denies this being his choice, saying iut cant be. sanam sayus that she still liked this one only, and would have selected this one only, but her choice doesnt make any difference. she keeps it back, and leaves. ahil is tensed.
Rahat finds a dry rose in his book, and just then someone knocks on the door. He opens it to find noone and is boggled. he is about to enter inside, when he finds a note, from haya, sayiong that she wants that he has his dinner with the rest of the family as they would love it. rahat is tensed.As all get ready for the engagement ceremony, tanveer is excited to have fabulous decorations, but ahil says that he doesnt want to be extravagant and wants to have a simple ceremony. Tanveer agrees while nida resignedly nods. tanveer asks nazia to give the ring to ahil. He picks up the ring and she finds it to be the same one that she had selected, and gets shocked. she eyes ahil tensedly and he too reciprocates.
He hesitates for a second, and then places the ring in nida’s hand while she looks on tensed. Nida exclaims that its toob sweet. ahil says that she wanted a girl to select the ring. Nida says that it must have been some very ordinary simple girl who picked this one. Ahil is tensed for sanam, while she is hurt. Nida finds him tensed and says that she was just joking, and that she liked it. azhar’s mother gives the ring to nida, to place it on ahil’s finger. As she does so, sanam watches and is disturbed. tanveer asks ahil to take badi begum’s blessings. Nida and ahil are blessed by her to be happy always. She then goes to tanveer for her blessings, and tanveer tells nida to call her MOM just like ahil does. Nida comments that ahil always tends to his mom and would have to request him to stop that now.
tanveer smiles but thinks that ahil would do that only, even if nida likes it or not. She says that nida may get excited as she wants, but in the end, that would happen what she wants. The screen freezes on tanveer’s evil face.At the dining table, all sit down to eat, while hay waits with crossed fingers for rahat. munisa asks if she is waiting for someone. Dilshad says that haya called rahat to eat with them. Munisa is surprised, and says thsat he never ate with them and hence wont come. Haya is disheartened. dilshad says that attitude changes over time, and maybe he changes due to something. haya eyes rahat’s closed door. Munisa again reminds her that he wont come and she would give him food in his arms, and asks them to begin the foiod.
As haya continues to watch the door, she is thrilled, as she finds rahat coming out stealthily, uncrossing her fingers, due to her wish having been fulfilled. rahat walks to the dining table stealthily, shocking munisa. Dilshad smiles and is surprised too. haya sits down.After dinner, rahat helps haya keep the leftover food in the fridge. After she is done, he eyes her. she asks if he needs water. he says that he wants to talk to her. they both sit down. He says that he knows that she is doing this to keep him happy, and draw him out of his loneliness, and hence he complied today and he didnt want to hurt her. he says that he knows he has to move on from his past, but the memories are a part of him now.
He syas that she is doing this to get him back, and repay for what he did for her, but his wife also took away the rahat that she wants to see now. He tells her that nothing would vchange now and if she continues trying, she would be disappointed in the end, and he doesnt want that. he asks to be left alone in his memories. As he gets up to go, she stops him by placing her hand on his, and shakes her head in denial. She signals him that friends can never accept defeat. He is overwhelmed.
Ahil is frustratedly drinking thinking about his engagement, when he notices that the ice is finished. He vents out his frustration at latif, hollering at him, to get ice for him. sanam hurriedly comes and he gets surprised. he resignedly puts the glass ahead and sher puts one ice cube and he eyes it and continues asking for more, until it finally spills out of the glass and falls on his hand. Sanam offvers to clean it up, as he never told her to stop. He throws it in the pool, and turns to her. Ahil, in his frustration, takes sanam with her arm and jerks her around. She is shocked and in pain, while he clutches at her arm, and asks if she has to be told and explained everything and she doesnt understand some things on her own.
She eyes him tensed, and asks why is he so angry at such a small thing. He is about to tell her, but then asks her to leave, as she wont ever understand. He gets in a rage, shocking sanam, asking her to leave rightaway. she rushes and runs from there, while ahil is frustrated. Sanam, while running falls in rehaan’s arms and seeks solace in rehaan who comforts her while she is crying and distraught. Rehaan finds ahil drinking and presumes what must have happened. He asks her what happened. she continues to cry simply. rehaan eyes ahil with tension.
In his room, tanveer asks rehaan why is he talking about all this now. he says that this isnt normal, and she cant do this to ahil and force him into marriage, as ahil doesnt want to do it. She says that ahil has himself agreed to do this. He says that he doesnt find it okay, and asks if she is hastening, so that ahil can get married and then she can find some other way to get the will. she says that she wont let it go to the trust as she has sacrificed a lot for this, and she wont let it go in vain. she says that she would see to it that it goes to her heir and noone else. he asks why should they sacrifice ahil’s life for this. She asks him not to get emotional, as she isnt spoiling ahil’s life, as nothing would change, and he has got the wife that he wants, and nida is his best childhood friend. He points out that it isnt ahil’s love.
she says that idiots marry for love and ahil isnt one, and whatvere she is doing for ahil is right. He asks what if he loves someone else. she denies anything like that to happen, as she knows it very well. she asks him to go and rest, and not bother himself over ahil. he leaves, while she is tensed.Outside, sanam eyes the moon, and asks the Lord, that she never understands what he wwants and why is it happening, what is. she says that she tries hard to stick to her work, but keeps ending up in problems, and that she doesnt have the sense and courage, to understand everytime whats the reason behind all this.
she says that she doesnt know why is she still stuck here. rehaan comes and says that if the Lord wants her to stay here, then it would be something good. Sanam tries to fumble, but rehaan asks her to let out her anger in front of her friend. He asks her whats she doing here. she says that she likes it here. He asks her to rest as she would have hectic days from tomorrow. she says that she would go in sometime. He asks if she wants to see the falling star. She surprisingly asks how does he know. he sayus that he too had this childhood habit.
She also reminisces about her childhood and its memories. rahat eyes him overwhelmingly. She gets aware of this and apologises for boring him. But he takes an interest in her innocence, and they both decide on having an icecream together. But her dupatta gets stuck in the waistband of his watch. she takes it off, while excited at the prospect of icecream, and rants about what a great cook she is. Ahil gets extremely upset and tensed, as he watches form hiding, rehaan tending out to sanam, having a hearty banter with her. Meanwhile, ahil is continuously drawn to sanam, while she continues to work in the haveli, upseeting him all the more as he notices this change in himself.
Tanveer thinks that rehaan is very innocent to think that ahil has fallen in love. She says that rehaan doesnt know that she has taught ahil everything, but has never taught him to love someone. she says that for him, emotions to surge for somneone, is having fertility in barren land, which is impossible. She smiles evilly.Nida wonders that the ring should have been a bit more extravagant, so that all know what house is she getting married into. Nida says that this is just the beginning and that after marriage, all of this is going to be hers only. Azhar’s parents who hear her say all this, are frustrated and shocked too.
Azhar’s parents tell her that they called her at the last minute, and she just got plain lucky. nida says that she knows how to harbour an oppurtunity, and that she has suffered many things from ahil since college, and bore his tantrums and irritating mood swings, and that now her wait shall finally onvert into money. The screen freezes on nida’s evil face.While nida is dreaming about inheriting ahil’s will, azhar’s parents discuss that nida is going to get the will and thaen the money shall be theirs only. azhar’s mother is concerned for tanveer and her evil ways.
nida says that tanveer doesnt either have time left or option, as she wont find a girl who ahil would agree to marry and hence ahil would now definitely get married to her only and once it happens, she would show everyone their limits, be it tanveer or the servant, all would have to be under her.rehaan is lost in Sanam’s thoughts and their encounters and has a smile on his face. he turns around and is surprised to find ahil smiling at him, asking why is he smiling alone. rehaan diverst the topic. but ahil insists, saying that when a person smiles in solitude there’s a story behind. rehaan says that there’s no story for now.
ahil gets tensed and says that his eyes say that he is waiting for one, and then tries to ask whats he hiding from her. Reehaan says that he didnt hide anything from him, but what about ahil himself. ahil asks whats he hiding now. rehaan asks if he is happy with nida and loves her. ahil gets tensed and walks away. Rehaan asks if he is waiting for anyone. Ahil remembers his encounters with sanam. rehaan says that his silence speaks for him, and asks him to think again and not a story that his heart doesnt want to hear. ahil says that the irony of love is, that stories arent picked by them, but its the other way round.
He says that they shall see what lies in store for both of them. Rehaan complies. they both leave, both lost in thoughts of sanam.The shopkeeper shows various dupatta styles. Tanveer feels the embroidery of the wedding dupattas sent for choosing, and says that just the feel can say how intricately the design has been knit and how wonderful the lehenga would look. All compliment tanveer’s choice. Nida snubs her off saying that feel cannot compensate for what can be seen and maybe if she had sight, she would have seen it and then she wouldnt have liked it. tanveer is irritated at this. azhar’s parents too are shocked.
nida says that the colour is very gawdy and tghe colour wont suit her too. tanveer manages to smile and asks her to tyhen select one for herself. Tanveer asks asam also to choose one for herself. Sanam comes in with tea. Nida sees her and gets an idea. She asks sanam to be careful showing her the steaming cup of tea, taunting her that the least expensive of these clothes cost more than her yearly salary. sanam feels insulted and looks at ahil, who is tensed too. nida sees ahil and goes onto ask him to select one of the dupattas for her. Ahil eyes sanam and then says that he would do so later. But tanveer requests him to stay back, so that nida isnt hurt and asks him to help nida select a dupatta. Ahil is speechless.
He passes by sanam, holding ahil’s hand. As sanam is about to go, nidfa stops her saying that she would try it on her, and then select. Ahil and sanam both dont seem too happy. Nida makes a mannequin out of Sanam, as she tries on different dupattas on her and asks ahil about his choice. Sanam’s eyes well up in tears, while ahil is extremely uncomfortable. nida notices this and then sees sanam. Nida turns her around so that snama isnt able to face him. Finally ahil gets irritated sensing sanam’s discomfort and asks nida to stop this, surprising her. All are tensed. He leaves hastily, while nida is tensed, sensing which tanveer smiles. sanam takes off the dupattas, and then eyes her in disgust and leaves.
Dilshad is happy with haya, at finally having orders for their embroidery work. While they wait on the road for public transport, rehaan, in his car spots them and stops his car. dilshad says that they shall manage. He says that he too is going there only and insists on dropping them. they drive off. dilshad tells about haya’s embroidery, and how she had designed sanam’s wedding clothes. rehaan is shocked but is relieved when he hears dilshad saying that it didnt happen. he gets very happy, and says that god must have kept something better. he asks what happened. Dilshad complies with rehaan, that he wasnt meant to be her husband and that sanam, being brave could face all this, otherwise anyone else would have been shattered.
She says that she wishes sanam finds a good guy and she settles down soon, and laments that god should have made more good people like him. rehaan is happy from within.Munisa talks to shoaib, on the phone, lamenting that she too misses him bad and how haya has started luring rahat too. She says that she would soon try to find a way to get haya out and his entry back in the house. she cancels the phone. Munisa turns around and finds haya behind, excitedly showing her the new embroidered suit. She likes it and then is upset to know that haya has made something for rahat too. haya complies.
Munisa says that rahat wont wear it, and if she had to make anything, she should have asked her first, instead of wasting her time. she leaves while haya is hopeful.tanveer asks asma to describe the choice of nida for the dupatta. asma says its very beautiful and that its light blue. Tanveer gets tensed. tanveer comments that the colour of the wedding attire has to be red only, owing to traditions. nida taunts tanveer that she doesnt have any fashion sense at all, and that red is completely out of fashion, and girls wear anything they like. tanveer tries to make her agree but nida stops her and says that its her marriage and hence she should decide on the colour of her wedding dress.
tanveer is frustrated. she gets emotional and says that she just wanted ahil to gte married according to traditions but she is okay if she doesnt like it, and that nida can choose whichever colour she likes. She leaves, asking asma that she is okay and not to follow her. azhar’s parents are tensed. tanveer is stopped by ahil, which shocks azhar’s parents and nida too. they turn around, while ahil wipes the tears off his mother’s face. He asks azhar’s mother to choose the same dupatta that tanveer likes. She complies. nida tries to argue but ahil stops her. Ahil says that his mother is more than god to him, and that his would be wife would wear the same dupatta that tanveer chooses.
tanveer smiles evilly and thinks that she is an old player and that she wins either which way. Nida thinks that tanveer shouldnt mistake it for her victory as she would change the game soon. the screen freezes on her tensed face.
