Chasing My Heart 22 January 2021: Armaan asking Naina did she make breakfast. Dadi asks Naina to make food and do first rasoi rasam. She asks Armaan did he eat anything made by Naina. He jokes on Dadi’s family and Naina. Spirit enters Naina. She gets angry and takes the knife in hand. She asks him to shut up. Dadi gets shocked. Naina asks do you think I m a cook. Dadi asks what;s this way to talk to Armaan. Naina says you did not change, I m your Bhabhi, not any maid. She throws the breakfast and shouts. Harjeet comes and asks what happened.
Naina asks her to fire all servants. Harjeet says the cook makes good food, enough now. Naina says you always anger me, you like to see me irritated. Harjeet asks what nonsense. Naina says shut up, just I will decide here, I want to have something good, go and make gujarati food, call Karsan kaka. Harjeet asks how do you know Karsan. Naina asks why are you asking me, go and call Kaka, I want to have food made by him. Harjeet says we fired him, as he got too old. Naina gets angry and shakes the chairs. Dadi looks on. Harjeet asks what’s this misbehavior. Naina says you also got old, shall I kick you out of home. Harjeet asks how dare you and raises hand. Naina holds her hand and laughs. She asks did you go mad. Khurana comes and asks Naina how dare you behave such with mum.
Naina says to hell with your mum, Rehaan she fired Karsan Kaka, you know I like the food made by him, I don’t care, just call him. Harjeet asks why will Rehaan call him, just I decide here, who are you to make such silly demands, you think he will dance on your fingers, he won’t listen to you. Naina says fine, till Karsan Kaka does not come, I won’t have food, Rehaan knows if I don’t eat food, his baby will be hungry. Harjeet asks what’s this nonsense. Khurana says no need to make this a big issue, we will call Kaka, my son won’t be hungry, I will just come. Naina says wait, the one who fired him from job will get him back, I want Harjeet to go. Harjeet goes to small locality to find Karsan. Kids threaten her and ask for chocolates. She says I will give chocolates, tell me where is Karsan. The kids ask Harjeet to come. Sudha calls Harjeet and asks how is she. Harjeet says how can I be fine, does Naina has any mental illness. Sudha says yes, she is mentally unstable. Harjeet says its not easy to make her out of our way. Pandit comes to Harjeet’s house and senses something. Khurana greets him. Pandit says I just came to meet. Khurana asks is there anything imp, do you need money. Pandit says no, I felt Harjeet’s patri today, I feel there is some restless soul here. Khurana asks what, are you in any trauma, I don’t believe all this. Pandit says your mum believes all this, I m doing puja since years, I m sure some spirit is here.
Khurana says you would be saying about my new bride. Pandit asks did you do second marriage. Khurana says yes, my new wife is after everyone, these bad vibes are by her. Pandit says tell Harjeet to call me, I will leave. Harjeet gives chocolates to kids. She meets Karsan and hires him on job. Karsan says I worked there just for Ahana, not money, I don’t work in such house where servants have no respect, why will I work there if Ahana is not there, I know you did not like Ahana. She says I did mistake, don’t punish that innocent child, its Ahana’s child, she is no more, but her last sign is there in that house, won’t you come for her child. He says its Ahana’s child, I will come there.
Naina sees Karsan and asks him why did he leave. She talks to him. She says I missed all the food made by you. Karsan and everyone get surprised. Khurana says Ahana used to talk in gujarati with Karsan kaka. Dadi says but Naina is punjabi, how did she know gujarati. Naina asks did you not identify me. Karsan says I have just raised Ahana, I don’t know you. Naina sees Ahana’s pic. Spirit leaves. Naina says sorry, who are you, I don’t know you. Dadi says you were talking to him just now. Naina says I did not meet him before. She goes to feed baby. Karsan asks Harjeet who is she. Harjeet says she is Rehaan’s second wife.
Karsan asks what, did he remarry. Harjeet says yes, go and cook food. Khurana asks Dadi did Naina not know Gujarati. Dadi says no, she is punjabi. Khurana asks her to say about Naina.Armaan asks Harjeet how did Naina know Karsan and speak in gujarati, its impossible. She asks what are you thinking. He says its strange, its impossible. She says why, Ahana was Naina’s friend, maybe she told Naina about our house, Ahana went away from us and was alone, she wanted a friend, she chose Naina, now Naina is playing mind game with us. Armaan says she is clever. Harjeet says she is not more clever than me, we will play this game with her, she won’t know how the land slipped off her feet. They smile.
Khurana tells Harjeet that Naina is irritating him and saying its not right time for baby’s naamkaran. She asks why are you asking her, she is just hired nanny. He agrees and asks her to call pandit. He says naamkaran will happen today, I forgot to tell you, pandit came and was saying strange things, talk to him.
Naina asking what’s happening. Pam jokes on her, calling her baby with silly names. Naina says its none of your business. Sudha says Harjeet called us for baby’s naamkarann. Naina asks by whose permission. Khurana says by my permission, I don’t need anyone’s permission to do his naamkaran. Naina says I told you its not right time. He says don’t you dare give me orders. She says naamkarann is done after 11 days of birth, baby is weak, his immunity is low, we should not take risk, baby and mum are given bath to stay safe from infection, think about baby, he is a premature baby, you don’t break this tradition to show me down, don’t risk baby’s life.
Pam says Naina is clever and making Rehaan emotional. Khurana says I don’t care, if anything happens to baby, I will get best doctors for him. Naina says I will see how naamkarann happens. Harjeet asks pandit why are your refusing to do baby’s naamkarann. He says I know I m your family pandit, this time I can’t do this. She asks why, I want to know what did you do and hear about my family. He says when I stepped inside your house, my heart got restless, I felt some spirit entered your house. She asks spirit, what are you saying. He says I told this to your son, he said its blind belief, you can understand, the spirit has some incomplete work. She says I did many tapasya and puja to keep house safe, how can bad spirit enter my house. He says sorry maybe puja got less, your family is not safe, I read your kundli, I want some solution to get spirit away, sorry I can’t do naamkarann, I will send my assistant.
Khurana comes to Naina. He apologizes to her. She taunts him. He says I should have not got angry, I cancelled naamkaran ritual, forgive me, I got this for you. She asks what’s this. He says for peace, its tonic for you, you will feel better, you have to take this medicine before feeding baby. He requests her to have it for baby’s sake. He feeds the tonic to her. She gets dizzy. She falls asleep. He takes the baby and kisses him. He says I will do anything for you. Ahana’s pic is seen. Dadi comes there and sees Naina. She asks what happened to her. Khurana says I made her sleep to get peace at home.
She asks what type of father are you. He says Naina was troubling me a lot, I will do my baby’s naamkarann, I don’t care for anyone. Sudha says you said Rehaan agrees to you, what magic did Naina do. Harjeet asks where is Naina. Khurana comes with baby and says I made her sleep, there will be some peace, she tried to stop naamkarann, she is not so clever, anyways have the baby. Harjeet takes the baby. He goes. Harjeet says my heart says now peace won’t stay here. She asks Sudha to manage baby. Dadi asks Naina to wake up. She gets the tonic and gets angry.
Sudha asks Pam to help her and manage baby. Pam says I won’t manage Harjeet’s grandson. Sudha gives baby to Pam and says my arms are aching. Pam gives baby to Armaan. Armaan and Ira take baby. Pam and Sudha laugh on Dadi. Dadi makes herbal remedy to make Naina conscious. Pam comes to her and jokes. She asks what are you doing. Dadi says I m making food. Pam asks where is Naina, it will be sad if she is not here. Khurana says she does a lot of work, so I thought to let her rest. She asks Pam to come. He says Naina will miss everything, so sad.
Harjeet says its a happy day for us, Khurana became a father, bless my grandson, thanks for coming. She asks Khurana about baby’s name. Khurana says we will keep name which mum decided, we will name him…..on my dad’s name, Kumar Khurana. They all clap. They all get shocked seeing Naina. Naina says how dare you do naamkarann without my permission. Harjeet says child’s father has right. Khurana says you here. Dadi says she got conscious, I know home remedies. She scolds him. Harjeet asks them not to stop naamkaran, we have responsibilities towards baby. Spirit enters Naina. Naina stares at them.
