Anupama 1 November 2022: Anupama opposes Baa’s order and says Anuj will not go from here. She prays god to keep her until control and speak only truth while answering. She says Baa and all her supporters alleged her and Anuj’s friendship, but their thinking is heinous and cheap. Baa says a boy and a girl can be friends in America and not here. Anu says she already told her that a boy and girl’s friendship’s example is in their culture; Draupadi and Kanhaji were friends and not lovers or siblings. Neighbor Sarla says she can keep her friendship in Anuj’s locality and not here. Anu asks why didn’t they have problem when Kavya used to visit the locality regularly, why is only woman blamed and man not questioned at all. Vimla says she is a divorcee. Anu says even Mr Shah is a divorcee, why can a man have a girlfriend before divorce and woman cannot even have a friend after divorce; why only women are blamed always for divorce and not men. Sarla warns Baa to shut her daughter’s mouth. Anu warns her to shut her cheap thinking. Vimla says its good she is divorced as she is unfit to be a bahu. Anu asks if she is fit to be a saas/MIL as she physically and mentally harasses her bahu each and every moment and seeks dowry from her on every occasion; warns her to keep her mouth shut or else she will exposed totally.
Anu then tells Baa that Anuj is a humble and well-cultured man. Baa says she saw what he is. Anu says he would have destroyed them easily, but he never crossed his limits even after Baa humiliated him and GK; his only mistake is he supported her, protected her son, and gave her a job, and instead of Baa thanking Anuj for saving her grandson, Baa is criticizing a savior; Anuj respected her more than Mr Shah or Toshu did. She continues describing society’s wrong thinking and says people like them alleged Seetamaa’s character then and now just the faces have changed; when they couldn’t spare Seetamaa, why will they spare Anupamaa. She says a woman is another woman’s biggest enemy and they need to change this thinking; friendship can happen between anyone without looking at the gender, race, age, etc; she knows Anuj will never cross his limits and their friendship will never end; just like Baa’s son, grandson, and husband’s friends visit home, even her friend will visit their home and locality and if Baa cannot respect him, even she will not let anyone disrespect him.
Bapuji claps followed by everyone except Baa and her team. Anu takes Samar’s phone and clicks her and Anuj’s selfie and says photo came well not because of good camera but because of their good heart. Vanraj warns her to come home and bear the wrath. Anu stops him and says they will go home, but first she wants to finish another task. She takes everyone to ravan dahan venue and says evil takes over them often, so they burn ravan’s effigy to show that evil cannot survive in front of truth and kindness. She gives bow and arrow to Anuj and says Ravan was ended on dussehra, but their wrong thinking should end today. Anuj shoots arrow at Ravan’s effigy and burns it chanting Jai Sri Ram. Vanraj’s face is zoomed like a ravan’s face. Baa says after what Anu did, they can’t stay under same room.
Anuj with GK returns home and rejoices thinking Anu took a stand for him and remembering the incident; he was waiting for this moment for 26 years and it was a priceless moment for him. GK also gets happy seeing Anuj happy. Anu returns to her room, removes her jewelry, and goes to sleep remembering today’s.Nandini visits Shah house in the morning and asks Anupama about other family members. Anu says they were tired after yesterday’s event, so they are still sleeping. Nandini says she will go and meet Samar. Anu requests her to serve breakfast in everyone’s room as they will not come out. Nandini says she need not feel guilty as she didn’t do wrong. Anu says it hurts when they stand against their dear ones; she asks her to inform Baa to come out of room as she has gone to office and giving further instructions tries to leave house when Kavya s tops her and accompanies her to office. Nandini hopes Kavya doesn’t create any problem to Anu at workplace.
At Anuj’s office, Anuj senses Anu’s pain and looks at her. She says she is fine, he need not worry about her. Kavya barges in excitedly and says she got some idea market regarding ideas. Anuj asks her to knock the door before entering his cabin and discuss her ideas with Anu as she is the project and not disturb him instead. Kavya walks out and remembers Vanraj’s taunts that she will work under Anu without bothering about her and her husband’s reputation. At cafe, Baa and Vanraj hears boys discussing that Samar’s mother is having an affair with NRI businessman Anuj, his father had an affair with a college, and son is roaming with an older age girl. Baa warns Vanraj that people are speaking behind their back now and soon will spit on their face. Back at office, Kavya discusses her online marketing idea with Anuj. Anuj says she did a good job and asks Anu how was her idea. Anu says its nice. Anuj says she doesn’t look more excited, so she should express her view.
Anu says everyone don’t use smart phones for payment, especially older generation and like Baa and Bapuji, they still use old phones; for them, watching an advertisement and hoardings work. Anuj likes her idea and asks Kavya to include it in her plan. He then goes aside with Anu for a video conference. Kavya gets angry remembering Vanraj’s words again and walks out loudly shutting the door. Anuj notices that.Kavya returns to her desk and vents out her anger in front of her colleagues badmouthing about Anu and Anuj’s relationship. Anuj walks to her and she stops. Anuj angrily asks her to continue. Kavya apologizes. Anuj reminds his warning earlier that there shouldn’t be any problem to his partner and his company because of her, her husband and family; she should be grateful to Anu who gave her a job forgetting their past, but instead she is badmouthing about her and mud slinged his partner in his own office; says she is worst than Baa who at least is worried about her family’s reputation, but she crossed the limits and its better she leaves.
Kavya apologizes. Anuj says she is fired. Kavya pleads not to fire her on the first day of job as she needs it badly and her reputation will be at stake. Anuj says she tried to tarnish Anu’s reputation just now and is worried about her own reputation. Kavya pleads him again and then Anu to convince Anuj. Anu says she forgave her mistakes always as she insulted her, but she insulted Anuj and cannot be forgiven; she gives moral gyaan that many women are longing for work and don’t get it, Kavya got a chance and lost it. Anuj says she is wasting their time and says good bye. Kavya then misbehaves with Anuj that he gave her job to impress Anu and now became a hero by kicking her out of house. She then humiliates Anu that she has trapped Vanraj at home and Anuj at office, etc. Anuj warns her to shut up. Kavya shouts he is just Anu’s puppet. Anu warns her to get out before she slaps her. Kavya provokes her to dare try to slap her, continues spitting out venom against them and walks out.Anuj tells Anu that this woman will not be quiet. Anu thinks Kavya will exaggerate the issue at home.
Kavya walks to cafeteria and cries hugging Vanraj. Vanraj asks what happened. Kavya says Anuj and Anupama. At Anuj’s office, Anuj offers chocolate milk to Anu and insists her to finish it before he counts 10. She does. He says they need to visit a factory at Ahmedabad outskirts, but seeing the situation, he feels.. She says her professional and personal life will not interfered, her house environment will not affect her office environment, they will visit factory tomorrow. He says that makes sense and asks her to go home now. She leaves greeting Jai Sri Krishna. He prays god to save her from same old drama at home. Anu reaches home.
