Anupama 18 March 2023: Toshu apologizes Rakhi for his affair with a girl. He says he loves Kinjal and is apologetic for his act and requests not to inform about it to anyone. Rakhi says she would have punished him if it was only Kinjal, now her grandchild is involved and she doesn’t want her grandchild to grow without a father. She warns that if he does a mistake again, she will reveal it to Anupama who will brutally punish him. She notices Anupama and changing her tone says she is happy that Toshu is starting afresh with Kinjal. She asks Anupama why did she return. Anupama says she forgot her mobile. Toshu goes to bring mobile. Anupama gets suspicious and asks Rakhi if she is something is bothering her. Rakhi asks how well she knows her son, she doesn’t know her son well at all. Toshu returns and nervously tries to take Anupama from there.
Anupama recalls Rakhi’s words and asks Toshu what did he do, if he sought money or job from Rakhi. Toshu nervously says Rakhi is angry as he wasn’t present with Kinjal during delivery. Anupama says his words and expressions don’t match. Toshu requests her to go home and promises to take care of Kinjal and baby well, says nothing matters than this and asks to end this issue right here. Anupama says she trusts him and if he breaks her trust, she doesn’t know what she will do. Rakhi walks to Kinjal’s room and cries recallinng Toshu’s words. Kinjal in sleep murmurs that she, Toshu, and their baby are a family now. Anupama feels uneasy while returning back home in an auto. She thinks she fulfilled her one responsibility and now has to fulfill her responsibility towards her husband and daughter.

Vanraj records a lullaby for his granddaughter and tells Kavya that he wants his granddaughter to grow up hearing his lullaby and hence is sending recording to Kinjal. He describe how he will take care of his grandchildren. Anupama reaches home and notices Anuj still awake. Anuj asks him not to worry as he made Little Anu sleep, had turmeric milk and medicine. He makes her sit and congratulates her for becoming a grandmother. He says even he become a dada buddy. He says he is the first person who become dada/grandfather so soon. Anupama jokes its unique Anupama’s magic. He says he cannot sleep without seeing unique Anupama and expresses his love for her. She rests on his shoulder. Aye Mere Humsafar Ek Zara Intezaar..song plays in the background.
Kavya on the other side rests on Vanraj’s shoulder. Vanraj describes how happy and excited he is upbring his grandchild. Anuj asks Anupama how is Kinjal’s baby. Anupama says baby is very cute like an angel. Anuj says he is happy for them and asks how was Rakhi’s reaction. Anupama recalls Rakhi’s words. Anuj asks why she looks upset, if something happened. Anupama says Rakhi is angry on Toshu, she is sure Toshu did some mistake. Anuj says if Rakhi didn’t react much, why is she bothered; she should go and rest now. Anupama asks him to use a walker instead of a wheelchair and helps him walk. Leela prepares special laddus for Kinjal. Hasmukh gets romantic. Samar enters with milk for them and apologizes for interfering in their romance. Leela says he takes care of everyone so well, his wife would be very happy. Samar asks why she is stuck at his marriage and leaves. Leela says naagin Rakhi wants to take Kinjal to her house and hopes there is not a big issue behind it.

Anupama helps Anuj walk towards room and notices Barkha in kitchen. Barkha says she is preparing pancakes for Little Anu’s breakfast and asks her not to worry about Little Anu’s breakfast tomorrow. Anuj informs Anupama that Barkha and Ankush took care of him and Little Anu in Anupama’s absence, but its not a big deal. Barkha hears him hiding and thinks its a big deal for them that he noticed their efforts. Rakhi takes care of her grandchild and thinks her daughter and her grandchild are her world and she will not let anything happen to them. Toshu watches her from a glass door.
Anupama trying to sleep recalls Rakhi and Toshu’s words and prays god to protect her and her family’s happiness. Anuj falls from the bed and starts trembling. Anupama panics seeing his condition and calls GK. Little Anu wakes up and asks what is happening to papa. GK and others rush in and make Anuj lie back on the bed. Little Anu prays for Anuj. Doctor visits and treats Anuj. Anupama asks what happened to Anuj. Doctor says it happens usually after brain surgery and such patients need time to recover, Anuj needs a family member with him 24/7 as he would be getting mood swings and tremors and shouldn’t hit his head anywhere. Barkha and Ankush assures Anupama to take care of Anuj and Little Anu in her absence as Kinjal and her baby may need her. Anupama cries remembering Kinjal and her baby and Rakhi’s words.
Samar and Pakhi make arrangements to decorate house for baby’s welcome. Hasmukh and Leela pass by and ask if they didn’t sleep yet. Samar asks why are they awake. Hasmukh says they were preparing laddoos for Kinjal. Pakhi says she is excited to see baby cot bought by Rakhi. Leela says they don’t need Rakhi’s cot and shows her family cot which all her children from Vanraj to Samar used. Pakhi says its too primitive. Leela says used cot is good for the baby. Samar says she made baby’s life second hand. Leela scolds him and orders them to decorate this cot as her great granddaughter will play in this cot. Hasmukh backs her. They both leave for their room. Toshu walks to them with coffee.

Anupama feels in dilemma recalling Kinjal requesting that she needs her support and Anuj’s condition and thinks how will she manage everything alone. Samar asks Toshu why didn’t he stay at the hospital with Kinjal. Toshu says Rakhi didn’t let him stay there, anyways only 1 person can stay at the hospital. They all 3 talk about sibling bonding and their excitement to take care of baby. Anupama thinks she wants to celebrate the happiness, but can’t. Toshu tells Samar and Pakhi that they will be his little kids from hereon. Kinjal clicks a selfie, uploads it on social media, and goes to keep coffee mugs. Samar tells Toshu that Rakhi was behaving weirdly with him at the hospital. Toshu asks not to bother about it and say she will go and take a shower. Samar says let him switch on a geyser and walks in. Toshu recalls Rakhi’s warning.
Next morning, Anupama wishes good morning to Anuj. Anuj says this is a best morning and smells jasmine flowers on her hair. He then notices his hand injury and asks how did it happen, how is Kinjal, if her delivery happened or not. Anupama looks in shock. Anuj hopes Kinjal doesn’t go through any delivery issues and asks Anupama to be with Kinjal. Ankush and Barkha walk to him and asks how is he feeling now, he frightened them with his ac4tt. Anuj asks if he did something last night. Anupama says he shouted in sleep. Anuj asks why don’t he remember it being a light sleeper and asks Anupama to go and be with Kinjal during her delivery. Ankush and Barkha look stunned. Anupama signals them not to question Anuj more.
Kinjal wakes up and looks at her baby. Rakhi asks her to be careful and asks if its paining. Kinjal says a bit, but this pain is nothing in front of the happiness of watching her baby. She asks if Rakhi didn’t sleep whole night. Rakhi says she couldn’t due to worry for them. She thinks yesterday she didn’t say anything but today will. Anupama serves milshake to Anuj and thinks of discussing about Kinjal’s baby. She shows baby’s pic and asks how does she look. Anuj says she’s very cute and looks like Kinjal, he wants to visit hospital and lift her.
