Maanvi and Jeevika try to convince the families, but in vain. Vikram tends to an injured Shree. This brings about a change of heart in the families who decide to unite the two lovers.
Jeevika is disturbed with the findings of the gynaecologist. Viren chooses to hide it from his family. Maanvi blames herself for Jeevika’s problems. Later, at the dining table, Dadaji expresses his desire for a grandchild, disturbing Jeevika.

Viren slips up and sends Jeevika’s medical file to Dadaji. Maanvi tries to destroy it but is stopped by Swamini. She is then forced to tell the truth about Jeevika’s health.
Viraat and Maanvi accompany Jeevika and Viren to the clinic. Everyone is thrilled about the baby. Viraat plans to make Maanvi jealous but is unsuccessful

Maanvi assures Jeevika that Viraat will never cheat on her. Viraat goes to a party where he meets a woman. His friends spike his drinks and he feels dizzy.
Viraat wakes up to find himself in a room with Anjali’s clothes strewn all around. He tries to recall the happenings of the previous night. Maanvi tells him about Anjali’s call informing her that Viraat will not be coming home.

Viraat explains what happened the previous night to Viren. He tries to go online to find out about Anjali when Maanvi steps into the room. Meanwhile, Vanshika finds lipstick mark on Viraat’s jacket and tells Swamini.
Swamini decides to speak to Viraat about the mark. Viren suggests that he tells the truth to his wife. Maanvi clears the misunderstanding by telling the truth, making Viraat angry. He leaves the house. Maanvi falls unconscious.

Maanvi does not want the family members to know about her pregnancy. But fate has different plans. Vanshika finds the pregnancy kit in the garden and thinks it’s Jeevika who is pregnant. When she denies, they question Maanvi. Will she reveal the good news?
Viraat has mixed feelings about the baby. An excited Jeevika showers Maanvi with gifts. Swamini fears the baby may create differences between the two sisters. Viraat realises he does not want to be a father.

Maanvi suffers from morning sickness and mood swings, which prevents Viraat from expressing his thoughts to her. During the audition, he is disturbed by the music director’s children. He is now clear of not wanting a child.
Jeevika takes Viren along to meet the doctor. Her fears come true when the doctor informs her about her inability to conceive. She tries to hide it from Maanvi. Meanwhile, Viraat is finding ways to share his feelings with Maanvi.

The Vadhera family stands by Jeevika. Maanvi tells Jeevika that she will be the mother of her child. Maanvi wants to help Jeevika and tries to research on her medical condition.
Maanvi suggests that Viren and Jeevika go for surrogacy and they consult the doctor. Jeevika agrees to go ahead with it. They start interviewing probable candidates. Meanwhile, Viraat gets a contract from a music company. Maanvi refuses to accompany him to stay with Jeevika.

Maanvi suprises Viraat by arriving at the studio to support him. She throws up at the studio infuriating the music director, who cancels Viraat’s contract. Meanwhile, Jeevika finds the right person for surrogacy.
Maanvi apologises to the music director and Viraat gets his contract back. Vidhi agrees to stay in the Vadhera house during her pregnancy. But there is something that Vidhi is hiding from everyone.

Viren has a fight with Vidhi’s father, who does not allow her to leave. Vanshika is worried about the effect of Vidhi’s presence on Jeevika and Viren’s relationship. Everyone makes Vidhi comfortable in the house. Maanvi gives a photo to Vidhi.
