My desire 6 May 2023: Preesha asks Rudra to help her get ready. He says he will send someone. She says she is having had pain after a snake pain. He asks her to stop her circus and helps her nervously. Ek Dil Hai Ek Jaan Hai.. song plays in the background. She tries to lure him. He says he can understand what she is up to, snake poison entered even his body, but she is feeling more pain. She says she is. He says he knows her well. She says he is her husband and obviously knows her well.
Saransh waits for the courier boy at the door. Ruhi asks what is he doing there. He says he ordered a special one of its kind in the world guitar for Rudra and will gift it to him as a wedding gift. Ruhi asks him to go in and let her get the parcel. Preesha gets mehandi on her hands. Mehandi Hai Rachnewali.. song plays in the background. Ruhi also gets mehandi applied on her hands and tells Preesha that she is feeling hungry. Preesha says even she is feeling hungry, but cannot have food from her hand. Ruhi asks what will they do now. Preesha suggests her to call her papa to feed them. Ruhi calls Rudra and asks him to feed her. He says he will send Sharda. She insists that only he should feed food to her. He does.
She asks him to feed even mamma as she is also hungry. Preesha says she is really hungry. Rudra agrees and feeds even her.Saransh joins them and says he will feed Ruhi and Rudra can feed Preesha. Preesha requests Rudra to feed from his hand. He does on Ruhi and Saransh’s insistence. She bites his finger while enjoying food. Yeh Hain Chahatein.. plays in the background. Preesha tells Sharda there is a ritual where groom writes his name on bride’s hand. Sharda says there is one and its very important. Rudra asks why don’t he remember it then. Sharda says he forgot and insists him to follow it. He writes his name with mehandi on Preesha’s hand. Mehandi hai Rachnewali.. song plays in the background.

Revati gets jealous seeing their love for each other and walks to kitchen fuming. She hears servant preparing juice for Rudra on Preesha’s order and mixes salt in the juice. Rudra sips juice and yells at Preesha. Preesha asks what did she do. He says its extremely salty, says he knows what she is trying to do, he will never forgive her. He walks away from there angrily.Saransh walks to him and confronts him for misbehavior with Preesha. Rudra says Preesha did wrong to him instead and even Saransh. Saransh asks what did mamma do. Rudra reveals that Preesha hid the truth that Yuvraj killed Rajiv to protect Yuvraj, he feels really hurt whenever he sees Preesha’s face as it reminds him of Yuvraj.
Saransh says he is getting angry on Rudra instead for exaggerating the simple issue and forgetting about the sacrifice Preesha did for them and reminds them all. He says he hides his mistakes as he knows Rudra would get angry on him, mamma is also afraid of him and hid the truth for the family, she must have forgotten, it’s a small issue and he shouldn’t say anything. He says he would have been called an illegitimate child and be on road if mamma had not protected him. He continues explaining what Preesha did for Rudra and his family and requests him to forgive mamma and reconcile his differences with her. Rudra says he needs some time.

Saransh asks him not to delay it too much as he can’t be lucky all the time.Preesha while getting mehandi applied on her hands notices Saaransh upset and asks him the reason. Saransh says he found out truth about his papa Rajeev’s death via Rudra and asks why did she hid the truth. Peesha apologizes to him for not informing him. He asks her to not apologize as he knows she hid the truth for his benefit and values the sacrifice she made for the family, etc. Preesha emotionally hugs him. Revati gets jealous noticing that and thinks Saransh didn’t give gift to Rudra yet. She notices Ruhi running around and reminds her about Rudra’s gift. Preesha asks Saransh not to think much.
Ruhi informs Saransh about his gift to Rudra. Saransh informs Preesha that he got a unique one-of-its-kind in-the-world guitar for Rudra, but fears that Rudra is angry on him. Preesha says Rudra can never be angry on him. Saransh asks Ruhi to give the gift to Saransh. Ruhi excitedly takes a gift to Rudra and says it’s from her and Saransh, a one and only of its kind guitar. Rudra gets happy seeing the guitar and says he wanted to buy it since long. He kisses Ruhi and thanks to her. Ruhi asks him to pamper Saransh instead as he got that gift for him. Rudra emotionally hugs Saransh next and says he loves him. Saransh apologizes him for his misbehavior. Rudra says he says he spoke the bitter truth.

Saransh then insists Rudra for a song followed by Ruhi. Rudra agrees. Saransh announces a song by Rudra for Preesha. Everyone claps for Rudra. Rudra walks on stage holding the guitar. Revati thinks its time for Rudra to fall on his face. Rudra says before he starts singing he wants to say something first. Revati thinks this family speaks a lot, he should play guitar instead of wasting time. Rudra emotionally describes Preesha’s sacrifice for him and his family and his love for Preesha, etc., and says he wants to describe via his song how much he loves her. He removes the guitar and holding Preesha’s hand walks on the stage and sings his one time wonder song Will You Marry Me… romancing Preesha. Everyone claps for them.
Saransh and Preesha insist him to sing once more. He agrees and picks guitar. Revati gets happy seeing that. Rudra then gets electrocuted and falls down, leaving Preesha and others in shock and Revathi happy. Revati recalls how she manipulated the guitar inside the car. GPS walks to her and asks what is she doing in the car, if she needs any help. She says no and asks him to go in. He notices guitar in the car and walks inside home. She then gives the guitar to the servant saying it’s Saransh’s parcel. Family rushes to Rudra. Preesha notices his heart slowing down and performs CPR, reviving him. Family then helps him walk to the room. Revati feels disappointed and fumes on Preesha that she saved Rudra this time.
