My desire 5 May 2023: Preesha goes to the bathroom to clean herself. Revati spying on her thinks there is one more surprise for her. She recalls buying a poisonous snake from a snake charmer and ordering him to leave the snake in Preesha’s bathroom. Out of flashback, she thinks snake will bite Preesha, Rudra will save Preesha somehow, but Preesha will struggle for her life. Preesha goes to shower and notices no water. Snake tries to bite her when Ruhi calls her out and informs her that there is no water in this bathroom, so she should bathe in her bathroom. Preesha agrees and walks toward Ruhi’s bathroom. Ruhi messages Saransh about it. Saransh insists Rudra also to abthe in Ruhi’s bathroom and recalls Ruhi requesting him to help her clear mamma and pappa’s differences. Saransh plans to lock Rudra and Preesha in a bathroom till the clear their differences.
Rudra sends Preesha to her bathroom and insists her to have bath only there. Saransh sends Rudra in next and locks the bathroom door from outside. Rudra and Preesha notice each other and question each other what are doing here. They then realize that kids locked them in the bathroom to stop their fight. Rudra says who does this and walks towards door to open it. Preesha slips and holds him, opening the shower during the process. They both feel for each other. Preesha hugs him tightly. Vasu packs her suitcase. GPS tries to stop her. Vasu complains that Sharda misbehaved with her and Rudra doubted her by checking her CCTV footage. GPS says Rudra was just checking CCTV footage and trusts her. She says she will not stay where she is not respected and leaves for her sister’s house in Chennai.Revati checks Preesh’s bathroom and doesn’t find Preesha there. She finds even the snake missing and gets tensed. Preesha gets romantic with Rudra and kisses him.

Rudra stops her and asks what is she doing. She says she is listening to her heart like him. He says his heart doesn’t say anything. She says he is lying as he feels like touching and kissing her, why is he stopping himself by not listening to his heart and listening to his mind instead. He says if he had listened to his heart, she wouldn’t have been here, thank god he listened to his mind because of his children. He says he got closer to her due to physical attraction, but he will never forget her betrayal.
Ruhi and Saransh return to room and finding no shower sound think what they must be doing. Rudra knocks door and asks Saransh to open the door. Saransh does. Rudra with Preesha comes out and scolds Saransh and Ruhi for locking them in the bathroom. They deny and ask if they reconciled. Rudra says he understands their plan, but the will not succeed. He walks out. Revati notices Preesha normal and thinks her plan failed this time.

Revati asks snake charmer to find the snake at Khurana house and bring it back to her. He says it’s difficult to find a snake in such a big house, anyways she wanted to kill someone via that poisonous snake. Revati says not just someone but a special one and says she needs snake back as her work is not done yet. She gets servant’s dress for him and takes him inside the house searching for the snake. She then orders him to play the flute/been and catch the snake. He plays been. Main Teri Dushman, Dushman tu Mera.. song plays in the background. Drama continues. Snake charmer reveals that snakes are deaf and can’t hear anything, they just react to seeing snake charmer’s hand movements. She scolds him again and asks him to search it somehow.
Sharda notices stale flowers in the vase and scolds servant to bring fresh flowers. Preesha notices a snake behind her, runs and saves her from snake bite, and herself gets bitten by the snake. Sharda is shocked noticing that and calls Rudra for help. Rudra and whole family rush to her and ask what happened. Sharda says snake bit Preesha. Rudra panics and asks servants to call the ambulance. Sharda notices froth coming out of Preesha’s mouth and asks Rudra to suck the poison out of Preesha’s body. He sucks blood from the bite spot and spits it away. Preesha stops frothing.

Rudra with family rushes Preesha to a hospital and informs doctor that he sucked poison out of Preesha’s body. Doctor says even he needs treatment then. He says he is fine, she should treat Preesha first. He then collapses. Doctor starts even his treatment. Revati questions GPS about Vasu and tries to instigate Sharda against Vasu saying Vasu must have got the snake to take revenge from Sharda. Sharda tongue lashes her that snake must have entered the hose via function decorative items and they are simple people who don’t conspire against each other. Revati apologizes her and says Sharda herself told that Vasu was conspiring against her family, anyways she shouldn’t interfere in their family issues. GPS gets suspicious seeing her dual behavior.
Preesha regains consciousness after treatment. Doctor informs her that she is lucky to have a husband who sucked poison out of her body and saved her not bothering about himself. Preesha asks Rudra why did he save her when he hates her. Rudra says he realized that he loves her and cannot live without her. He further says if she thinks he would say that, then she is wrong; he hates her for her betrayal and will punish her slowly. She thinks she is his wife and he truly meant his words. Rudra then returns home with Preesha. Kids ask Preesha how is she now. Preesha informs kids that Rudra saved her life. Ruhi thanks Rudra and asks Preesha to rest. Preesha says they will continue tomorrow’s mehandi ritual as planned. Sharda asks them to rest till then and takes family away.

Rudra rests on the couch. Preesha thinks till when he will be angry, she will calm him down tomorrow. Next day, Preesha tries to get ready and asks Rudra to help her as she feels weak.
