Lost in love 30 August 2023: Virat thinks if Sai is having an affair with Satya as Bhavani said. He recalls Bhavani’s warning and Sai and Satya’s friendship. He leaves from Savi’s room. Pakhi watches him. At the hospital, Sheetal and her colleague nurse discuss about the problems Sai facing because of Virat. colleague says its not wrong if Sai remarries her ex-husband. A wardboy hears them and says Sai agreed to marry her ex-hsuband and also is having an affair with Dr Satya. Sheetal warns him to mind his own business. Virat walks in asking for Sai. Warbdoy says she is in basement cabin and gossips with his colleague that he is DCP Virat who is madly in love with Sai and Sai is having an affair with Dr. Satya. Virat angrily holds his collar and shouts how dare he is to badmouth about Sai. Wardboy says he is not lying, Virat can himself visit basement cabin and see it himself.
Satya and Sai return to cabin after attending patient and discuss about their problems. Sai says she needs to marry someone to handle Virat and fulfill a promise made to her son. Satya says her situation is more worse than his situation. Their discussion continues when Satya shakes his ink pen and ink falls on Sai’s apron. Sai complains. He brings a chemical to clean her apron. She tries to stop him and chemical falls into his eyes. He writhes in burning pain. Sai asks if its paining and cleans his eyes. He holds her hand tightly. Virat walks in and pushes Satya angrily. He accuses Sai of having an affair with Satya and playing a victim card by trying to show Virat’s heinous acts. He says if he had found about her affair, he wouldn’t have run behind her. He gets violent and whisks Sai. Sai says she wants to marry Satya and says she is tired of his and his family’s atrocities, reminds them all, describes how she feels for him and his family, says she will marry only Satya now, asks him to get out of the cabin and shuts the door on his face.
Virat stands in a shock. Tadap Tadapke Is Dil Se Aah Nikalti Rahi.. song plays in the background. Sai breaks down. Virat feels heartbroken and leaves in his car. He reaches home and angrily breaks Sai’s photo and stuff around. Satya tries to comfort Sai and offers her a energy drink. Sai asks if he will marry her.
Satya offers a juice to Sai and says it will hydrate her and make her feel good. Sai asks him if he will marry her. Satya says Virat madly loves her and a person becomes possessive in love, he will accept his mistake and return to her soon. Sai says she doesn’t want Virat to return, so she wants to marry Satya. Satya says he will answer her tomorrow as she is not in a right state of mind today. Sai tries to leave. Satya stops her and agrees to marry her. Virat feels upset recalling Sai informing her decision to marry Satya and kicking him out of her cabin. Serial’s title track plays in the background. Bhavani walks to him.
Satya asks Sai to accompany him to his house. Sai says she will go by auto. Satya says they are and will always be friends and nothing will change between them. Sai gets on his bike. Bhavani asks Virat what did Sai say. Virat says Sai is marrying Dr Satya. Bhavani says Sai can’t do that, he is mistaken. Virat says he saw Sai and Satya getting closer. Ashwini enters and says she will not believe it. Virat says it doesn’t matter, truth is Sai marrying Satya. Pakhi hears their conversation hiding. Sai tells Satya that she will inform his family that she is already married and has 2 children. Satya says his mother and grandmother will not disgest this fact, so she should let him manage the issue. Sai says she doesn’t want to hide anything. Satya says he will reveal truth in his style.
They both reach home. Amba and aaji/grandma feel happy seeing Sai and ask if she came for some work. Satya says they came to inform something and nervously says they both are marrying. Family asks him not to joke. Sai says Satya is right. Family feels happy hearing that. Amba performs Sai’s aarti. Satya signals Sai not to reveal truth. Aaji says they will get them engaged and married soon as they can’t trust Satya. Amba says she is not in a hurry as she wants to welcome Sai in a grand way and decorate Satya’s room for Sai’s stay. Sai says room for 3 as she her daughter will also stay with her. She further reveals that she is already married, has 2 children, her daughter will stay with her and her son will stay with her ex-husband. Family is shocked to hear that. Amba takes back bangles gifted to Sai and says she doesn’t agree for their marriage. Satya requests each of them to accept Sai, but they all deny and walk away asking him to find another girl for her.
Mohit and Karishma refuse to believe that Sai is going to marry someone else. Sonali says Sai is famous to do unusual things. Omkar says Sai can leave her family and raise her daughter away from her father. Mohit says when Sai raised her daughter alone for years, she will not marry again. Harini says Sai is single and can marry anyone. Satya asks Sai why did she reveal truth when he had warned her. Sai says she can’t live with a guilt of hiding truth, its okay if his mother can’t accept her as her son’s wife, she can’t force anyone. Satya says he respects her thought and will convince his mother soon. Sai says she is helpless, but he is not. Satya says they are both in a same situation, he will convince his mother for marriage. Sai says she doesn’t have any problem if he convinces his mother. Satya thanks her, and she leaves.
