Lost in love 23 January 2023: Virat enters hospital via basemeent. Boss hears sound and sends his aides to check. Bhavani notices Sai nervous and quesoitns her. Virat hide in morque and lies on a stretcher as a dead body. Goon pierces knife into his body to check and he’ starts breeding. Another goon calls him and he leaves. Boss checks helicopter’s live location and tells his aides that within one hour they will fly away from here. He asks Virat if the helicopter will reach on time. DIG speaks and says it will. Virat disguises himself as a wardboy and silently sits with Sai while goons are busy chatting. He holds Sai’s hand, leaving Pakhi jealous. Pregnant lady asks Sai if he is her husband. Sai nods yes and asks her to maintain silence.
A goon visits bathroom. Virat reaches there and kills the goon. Sai suggests pregnant lady and her husband to drop their divorce idea and thinking about the famil together and their baby. They both reconcile their differences and reunite. Sai hopes they get out of here and start a new life. Boss sends another aide to check on the one who went to bathroom. Virat kills even him. Boss asks DIG when will the helicopter come and threatens to kill a senior citizen patient if he doesn’t get proper response. Patient pleads to spare him as his grandson is alive in a hotel. Sai asks boss to respect at least patient’s age. Boss warns her to shut her mouth.
Goon shoots at Virat. Virat escapes and kills him. Pakhi notices Virat and calls his name. Boss hears that and point gun at Sai and Pakhi warns virat to come out. Virat walks to him and requests to spare Sai. Pakhi feels disheartened seeing Virat worrying for Sai instead of her. Sai asks Virat to save Pakhi and Bhavani first. Boss jokes lovebirds are not concerned about themselves. Goon tries to shoot Pakhi. Bhavani noticing that picks an IV drip stand nearby and trashes the goon for trying to harm her DIL. Boss shoots Virat. Virat escapes bullet passing through his hand. Jagtap notices gun and kicks it towards Sai who kicks it towards Virat. Virat picks the gun and shoots boss. He then informs DIG to send the team in as all the dacoits are down now.
Police team reaches and take goons away. Virat asks hostages to go home as they are free now. Everyone clap for him. Senior citizen patient thanks Sai and Virat for risking their lives and saving everyone lives. Sai asks him not to thank them and return home safely. Pregnant lady and her husband also thank Sai. Pakhi realizes her reports are missing and gets tensed thinking Sai shouldn’t know that there are complications during her pregnancy. She notices reports on the ground and rushes to pick them. Sai feeds choc to Virat to celebrate his victory. Virat feeds her back and says their victory. She hugs him emotionally.
Jagtap watches them silently and tells Virat that he needs to speak, he knows he doesn’t deserve forgiveness for his crimes, even then he wants to apologize him. Virat orders Kadam to take Jagtap away. Jatap thanks Sai for her help and says he will repay her debt if life permits him. Virat says he will go out and check the situation. Bhavani thanks god for protecting her family and everyone. Sai hugs Bhavani and praises her for trashing the goons. Bhavani says goon was trying to harm her DIL and grandson. Sai says it can even be a girl.
Bhavani says its definitely a boy. Sai reads Pakhi’s reports and elearns abouther pregnancy complications.
Sai reads Pakhi’s medical reports and is shocked to learn about the medical complications in Pakhi’s pregnancy. Virat takes Sai, Pakhi, and Bhavani home. Ashwini gets emotional seeing them back safe home. Ninad describes how Virat bravely fought with the goons alone. Devi says her brother is the bravest. Vaishali tells Pakhi that she would have died if something had happened to Pakhi and says she will perform pooja for her as she is facing problems continuously. Sai recalls asking doctor if her baby is fine when doctor is shot. Pakhi thinks Sai will not spare her if she finds out about her pregnancy related complications. Sai thinks why Pakhi hid that truth she has pregnancy-related complications.
Family discusses that Bhavani went on a pilgrimage to thank god for saving her family’s 5 lives. Pulkit says its good that everyone are back home safe. Sai tells Virat that she needs to talk to him alone. Virat thiks what she wants to talk and accompanies her. He asks instead of being happy that they re back home safe, she is still stuck at the police station issue. Sai says her anger regarding that issue ended when she saw him safe in the hospital, she cannot describe what she is feeling for him and love is a small word for her feeling. Virat hugs her and asks then why she looks tensed. Sai says their baby is not safe. Virat asks what does she mean.
Sai says Pakhi came to her hospital for a checkup and Dr. Morey wanted to inform her something after testing Pakhi, but goons shot Dr Morey before that; she found Pakhi’s medical report and shows it.Virat reads about the pregnancy related complicated and asks what is Pakhi’s fault in it. Sai says its Pakhi’s conspiracy as Geeta couldn’t reach the hospital on time but Pakhi could, Pakhhi sent goons behind her to stop her from brining Geeta to the hospital. She asks why he is blindfolded and cannot see what she is seeing. Virat says he reacted according to the situation, her phone was not reachable and it was the last chance to save their baby. He asks why blames Pakhi always for everything without any proof, he would have found out truth if the dacoits had not hijacked the hospital.
He says she is determined to prove Pakhi wrong as Pakhi had a past with him; he is blindly in Sai’s love now and starts and ends his day seeing her, but she is focused on an unnecessary issue.Sai asks if he thinks so about her without listening to her completely. She feels disheartened. Virat says he doesn’t think so and wants her to relax and think about their baby. Sai says if something happens to their baby, she will blame him for that.Pakhi over phone informs Vishali about her pregnancy-related complications. Vaishali asks what will she do now. Pakhi says she lost her reports at the hospital and hopes Sai doesn’t find out about the complications.
Vaishali says Sai will find out when Pakhi goes for next checkup and will not spare her. Sai enters and says she knows about Dr. Morey’s report. Pakhi disconnects call and asks Sai which report. Sai shows her report and asks why didn’t she let Dr Morey inform her about the complications. Pakhi says how could as the goons barged in after the examination. Sai says Pakhi purposefully wants to hide the report and says she feels like giving her a tight slap for purposefully becoming a surrogate while the woman whom they chose couldn’t reach there.
Pakhi thinks if Sai found out about it and says Bhavani called her there, she would have given her explanation if she was here. Sai says Pakhi was not pregnant before and was not ready for pregnancy, even then she tricked them and became pregnant; she will take care of Pakhi though as her baby is important for her. Pakhi says then she should respect her baby’s mother. Sai angrily says she is just a surrogate, but she will take care of her baby and Pakhi. Pakhi says at least she accepted that she will take care of her and not fight with her. Sai says she will not treat her royally and would just make sure that she doesn’t harm her baby or her pregnancy gets more complicated, so Pakhi has to follow her instructions.
Pakhi asks if she thinks she is her servant. Sai says she is a surrogate and should do whatever she orders for her baby’s safety till 9 months, she will not let her do anything to harm her baby or else she will not spare her. Pakhi asks if she is threatening her. Sai says she should just focus on bringing the baby safely on this earth.
