Lost in Love 23 September 2022: Pulkit confronts Virat and says Devi and each family member who loves Sai are worried for Sai, Sai is in critical condition and he is responsible for that. Virat says enough now, why is he blamed for everything, he just wants to now Sai’s condition, he is not responsible for Sai’s condition this time. Pulkit asks if its not his mistake, why is he bothered about Sai; he will not as his special friend Pakhi is always with him. Pakhi repeats her favorite one-liner mind his words, he cannot insult her like this and who is he to insult her in front of her husband. Pulkit says he is not insulting her but her acts are insulting herself, still there is a time and she should stop her heinous acts. Samrat asks Pulkit to send him blood group details and goes to arrange blood. Virat says he signed consent form and will bring blood for Sai. Pulkit says that is the irony, how will Sai feel when she will find out that he signed her consent form. Virat says he is going overboard. Pulkit says he is not, Virat deserves this for his heinous acts. He excuses and says he wants to go and save his family member’s life. Virat thinks even he wants to save Sai’s life and nobody can stop him and walks away from there.
Shivani tells senior Chavans that she doesn’t feel they want to know about Sai’s condition. Omkar says they were discussing about it. Shivani asks why didn’t they call someone at hospital and find out Sai’s condition, they must be happy instead as they wanted her to kick her out of house, now Virat’s last problem is also solved, they all must be happy thinking they won the world. Sonali says she cannot believe she is thinking so cheap about her own family. Shivani she knows about each of them well; Sai wanted to unite Pakhi and Virat, but Samrat returned; now Pakhi will make sure there is no happiness left in Virat’s life and only she herself be happy. Bhavani asks to stop her rubbish and inform about Sai’s condition. Shivani says Sai’s condition is critical. Bhavani prays god to save Sai. Samrat calls Ninad and informs that Sai’s condition is very critical and needs AB negative blood, but there is no blood available in surround blood banks. Ninad says he will send him a list. Bhavani prays god to save Sai and make her happy like before. Shivani says Sai is suffering since the beginning and will get well because of her good deeds and not their prayers; Sai lost her father and expected love and care from them, she showered her love on them, but they always insulted her. Ninad says its not right time to talk about all this, they should go to hospital right now.
Omkar says crowd is not good at hospital, so let us stay here and wait for Pulkit and Samrat’s call. Mansi says Omkar is right. Ninad asks what if something happens, she is a kid and this is not an age to die. Bhavani stops him and prays god that she always disliked Sai, but never thought bad for her; she will never be rude to her if she gets well. Ninad also prays god while Sonali and Omkar frown.Doctors continue to treat Sai at hospital. Samrat calls many blood banks for blood but fails to get blood. He asks Pakhi about Virat. She says she doesn’t know as he didn’t inform her. Virat returns with blood. Samrat asks how did he get it. Virat says he knows Sai’s blood group is AB negative and gives blood box to Samrat seeing Pulkit coming. Pulkit takes blood and gives it for transfusion. Samrat asks Virat why didn’t he inform Pulkit that he arranged blood. Virat says Pulkit told that Sai will not like him signing consent form, even last time he gave her blood and she didn’t like it, Sai is responsibility and he will not back off; last time he was at mistake but not this time, then why everyone are blaming him for Sai’s condition; he doesn’t want to create any drama and his top priority is Sai, so Samrat shouldn’t tell that he arranged blood. Ninad called Samrat and asks if blood is arranged. Samrat says yes. Ninad thanks god that his blood bank list worked and says they will do anything to save Sai. Samrat says looking at him, he feels he cares for Sai, but why did he and Sai fight.
Virat says some things happens without a reason and he just wants to pray god to save Sai. Ashwini consoles him and says if god wills, Sai will be fine and he shouldn’t lose hope. Sai’s surgery finishes. Pulkit comes out and calls Samrat. Ashwini asks how is Sai. He says Sai’s surgery is finished, she should be shifted to ICU, her condition is better but still critical. Virat asks how is Sai. Pulkit says its not a normal case and patients take time to get conscious, she can meet Sai. Ashwini rushes towards ICU. Pulkit stops Virat saying will not like it.Ashwini walks into Sai’s ICU room and shatters seeing her condition and cries vigorously. Pakhi walks to cafeteria thinking Virat didn’t have anything since morning and his health will deteriorate if he continues. She buys 2 green tea and turns when she sees Samrat who asks whom she is talking this for. She says for him and asks him to sit. He says Devi’s condition is bad seeing Sai’s condition. Pakhi says Devi is close to Sai, thank good blood is arranged, he is running around since morning and hence she bought green tea for him. He says even he cares for Sai, but is not like Virat to cry in front of everyone. She says everyone’s way of expressing emotions is not same like 5 fingers are not same. He asks if she likes green tea. She gets nervous and asks if he doesn’t like it. He says its good for health, but she normally drinks coffee.
She says she didn’t like green tea before but now likes it, thinks because Virat likes green tea.Pulkit tells Virat that he will permit him to visit Sai as he doesn’t want any drama in hospital and if he creates any drama, he will ask hospital staff to kick him out; he is worried for Sai and needs peaceful environment for her recovery, he will not let him spoil peace; Sai’s dear ones who care for her can visit Sai while he and his special friend can enjoy a chat in waiting area. Virat says enough of insulting him and intervening in his personal life; this time its not his mistake, even then he doesn’t want to trouble he and meet her. Pulkit surprised asks if he is sure. Virat says he wants to, but if Sai doesn’t want to, he will not; he just need Pulkit to give Sai’s update regularly. Pulkit says he will not stop him, but wants him to think why Sai meets with such horrible accidents. Virat says he doesn’t know why there are differences between him and Sai, but he knows that Sai doesn’t want to be around him and decided to leave house. Pulkit remembers Sai’s words and says he tried to convince Sai to stay in Nagpur itself and rent a house, but she doesn’t want Chavan family to be blamed.
Pakhi returns home. Ninad asks how is Sai and if there is any improvement in her condition. She says she is better but still unconscious. Ninad says he wanted to visit hospital, but Samrat stopped him. Pakhi says Samrat is right. Mansi hopes to visit Sai. Pakhi repeats its of no use as Sai is still unconscious. Ninad asks if she is out of danger. Pakhi says she doesn’t have answer for that. Shivani notices her and asks why did she return home when others are still in hospital. Pakhi says just to show that she cares for Sai, she cannot stay in hospital; anyways Sai will not believe her. Mansi says she is an elder bahu and should take everyone along. Pakhi says she didn’t know she would get this prize to stay at hospital whole day. Shivani asks if she needs a prize now. Pakhi asks why did she come from hospital then. Shivani says she came here to take Ashwini’s clothes and food for others and was leaving for hospital, she came home thinking Pakhi is there, but she is least bothered and didn’t even console Devi when she was crying. Pakhi says Devi insulted her, but she didn’t reply or complained against her to anyone; she didn’t force Sai to leave home or push her in a pit, then why she is blamed. Sonali asks her to calm down and asks Shivani not to blame Pakhi. Shivani asks when she is getting so much angry, why did she visit hospital; if its to build a good image in front of Virat; truth is she doesn’t care for Sai.
Pakhi says Shivani can think whatever she wants to, but it will not affect her. Omkar yells at Shivani to stop venting out her frustration on innocent Pakhi. Ninad says he should go to hospital. Shivani says when he got so many opportunities, he lost it due to his arrogance and under a few people’s influence. Mansi stops her. Ninad says Bhavani wanted to visit hospital, Pakhi should go and call her down.Virat tells Pulkit that his family never respected Sai, but Sai accepted his family and sacrificed a lot, he can sacrifice a bit for Sai though; Sai is already in trouble and he cannot trouble her more by showing his face to her. Pulkit says he is surprised with his decision, but its right. Virat asks what if something happens to Sai seeing him. Ashwini walks to them and says Sai is in deep trouble and she is severely injured, Virat should go and see her forgetting his differences with Sai. He says he doesn’t want to. She asks why.
Pulkit says Sai used to discuss everything with him and he concluded that Pakhi is the reason for Sai and Virat’s differences; asks why Pakhi is still around Virat when her husband has returned, she interfered between Virat and Devi when Devi wanted to tell Virat about Sai’s departure plan. Virat says Pakhi’s acts are not under his control, he just wants Sai to get well and will stay away from her for that. Ashwini insists her to look at her from outside and take him outside Sai’s ICU room. Virat looks at her via glass door and cries remembering their good times.
