Anupamaa 21 April 2022: Anupama getting angry. She says Paritosh told your dad and Baa, its fine, but he didn’t tell me. She scolds Samar. She says I m happy that Paritosh has chosen a girl, but didn’t tell me, do you have anything else. He says no. He jokes and says when I fall in love, then I will tell you first. She laughs. He says I promise to tell you first. She says I just wish my children to tell me, I know children’s world gets different, I don’t want to stop them, I want to be friend of your Gf, I m modern from thinking.
He says right, you got rich, what would you do by your first salary. She says I have thought a lot. She tells the list for everything. He asks her what did she think for herself. She says its all for me. He says we have to take camera for Nihaal, give me a cheque. She says I don’t have it. He gets the cheque book and says I got this when we went to bank, sign the cheque. She gets happy and signs the cheque. He smiles. She thanks him. She asks about Paritosh’s Gf. He says she is okay. She says Paritosh chose her, she will be amazing. He says she is coaching class owner’s daughter. She says I want to meet my bahu Kinjal soon.
Its morning, Vanraj asks Paritosh to punch harder. Anupama gets protein shake for them. Paritosh says sorry for yesterday. Vanraj says we should tell her if she has come, we should meet Kinjal’s family. She says yes, call them, Kinjal has to stay here after marriage. Vanraj says fine, I will talk to her dad. Anupama says I will go and prepare. Vanraj asks what’s the matter. Paritosh says there is a problem, they are highly educated and well off. Vanraj asks am I anything less. Paritosh says I m not telling about you. Vanraj says Anupama is your mum. Anupama says now Paritosh will tell them that my mum is a teacher. Paritosh says I love mummy, but I don’t want Kinjal’s family to refuse to the alliance, they can feel awkward too.Vanraj says there is no solution for this. She says I have to make breakfast. She goes. Paritosh teaches Pakhi. Samar says Paritosh has to go and meet Kinjal. Jhilmil asks Anupama to take the call. Anupama greets the principal. Principal says you have to come today. Anupama asks why. Principal says there is our school’s inspection today, all the teachers have to be there, its about our school reputation, don’t be late. Anupama says how will I go, but I have to go, its about school’s reputation. Dolly’s husband Sanjay comes and drops Meenu. Meenu says no school today. Vanraj says you will be with us today. Meenu says yes, I m bored here. Baa asks who will do the work. Samar says Main hoon na… Baa asks will you do the women’s work. Mama ji says she is right, Baa will do the women’s work. Samar says on time, wow rockstar. Anupama says yes, I just have to change now. Vanraj comes home. Anupama sees the time 10am. She asks why did you come back. Vanraj says everything is fine, make traditional Gujarati food for four people. Anupama asking Samar about few english sentences. She says I will become Kinjal’s BFF. Samar asks her to go and sit, he will make coffee for dad. She says I will just come. Samar says Vanraj doesn’t miss mummy when he has to take decision for Paritosh. Anupama makes coffee. She says I will ask Kinjal not to leave studies, I will manage everything at home. Anupama goes. Kavya says Paritosh and Kinjal should go abroad for studies. Kinjal’s mum says we thought the same, we can sponsor Paritosh as well.
Vanraj says it should be their decision. Kavya says yes, but we can guide. Samar asks Anupama to sit and talk to Kinjal. Kinjal says finally, I got a chance to talk to you. Baa asks Anupama to see if guests want anything. Pramod says we don’t want anything. Kinjal says dad doesn’t like outside food, he likes indian food. Baa says Anupama got late today, else you would have got desi gujarati food. Mama says she does a job, so she got late. Kinjal’s mum says that’s nice, I didn’t think you are coming from office. Mama says she is a teacher. Kinjal’s mum says so sorry, it doesn’t look so, did you study B.Ed or Masters. Vanraj asks what are we talking now, we were talking about Paritosh and Kinjal. Kinjal’s mum says we should know about the families, what are Anupama’s qualifications. Baa says she just studied till 12th. Vanraj thinks Paritosh will be upset if anything goes wrong. Baa says she is teaching cooking, its a part time job. Samar says Anupama takes SUPW job, principal offered this job to her. Mama says Anupama wanted to study, but she got married and left studies. Baa jokes. Samar says she would have been best if she studied.
Kinjal’s mum says but she didn’t, Paritosh didn’t tell me that his mom isn’t even graduate. She thinks housewives are classy, but this illiterate woman can’t become my Kinjal’s Saas. Paritosh and Kinjal go to their room. She says behave yourself, we aren’t married. She gives him a flying kiss. She likes his room. Pramod asks when will you invite us for lunch, we want to have food prepared by Anupama. Kinjal’s mum Rakhi asks what’s the hurry for engagement, we just came to meet you all. Paritosh touches their feet. Rakhi says you should move ahead with time. Anupama says but values should be there.Vanraj says Kinjal, keep this shagun. Kinjal says its not needed. Anupama says think of it as blessing and keep it. Kinjal takes the money. Pakhi says I m so excited. Rakhi says we should leave, we have to walk to our car. Pramod says we shall leave. Kavya asks Pakhi to thank Paritosh for calling her home. Anupama looks on sad. Samar gets a call and goes. Vanraj and Kavya talk about Kinjal’s parents. Kavya says I should leave now. Paritosh asks Baa why did you tell about mummy’s education. Anupama stops him. Paritosh says sorry, my marriage won’t happen because of this. Anupama says that’s true, its nothing new to get embarrassed because of Anupama, we could have hidden it now. Baa says truth can’t hide. Paritosh says Kinjal’s mum is the owner of coaching centres, my mum is an ordinary housewife, she was impressed with Kavya, once you came, everything went wrong. Anupama gets sad. Pakhi says he is right, I got embarrassed by whatever happened in the school today. Samar comes and asks what happened in the school. Pakhi says principal fired mummy from the job. They get shocked. Samar asks what, but why.Vanraj says you got a job, you got fired on the second day. Anupama says I was cooking and reached home late. Vanraj says you mean I m responsible for this. She says I m not blaming you. He says maybe they didn’t like your work and fired you, you can’t do any job, just do what you know. Baa says he is saying right.
