Anupama 25 December 2022: Nandini thanks Shah family for accepting her and then apologizes them. Anu says loving oneself is not at all wrong and hugs her. Nandini cries vigorously and then meets rest of the family members. She greets bye to Samar and walks away. Samar hugging Anu. Vanraj tells Baa that whatever happened is for good, he is find a best girl for Samar. Baa as usual nods yes. Samar thinks Nandu made her realize how stupid love is, he never loved anyone before her and will never love anyone in the future. Anu prays god that all her 3 children are tensed, he shouldn’t test his children. Anu then returns home and performs Kanhaji’s aarti with Anuj. Anuj thinks he doesn’t want to delay to express what is in his heart and requests god to support him.Toshu returns to his room and seeing Kinjal on bed says he already apologized her, but she is still angry on him. She says she is not and is just feeling low. He says he doesn’t have time for guessing game and she should express directly if she has any problem. She asks when should she when he doesn’t have time for her. He says he is busy at work and wants to finish it ASAP. Kinjal asks if work is everything for him, they stay in same house and room and doesn’t even talk to each other properly. Toshu says how will they as she either complains or taunts. She says whenever she tries to talk to him, he gets a call, even yesterday papa called him. She calms down, requests him to sit next to her, and says she knows he is busy. He gets a call just then and walks away, leaving her frustrated.
Anuj tells Anu that he didn’t have any hope earlier and hence didn’t dream, now since he got a hope in his life, he started dreaming. She to divert his attention says they should go to get vegetables. He asks if she means he cannot bargain. She says he is good businessman, but has a kind heart and may bring whole cart home. He says he will prove that he is king of vegetables. She jokes if he is a brinjal as its king of vegetables. He says she turned him into brinjal b overfeeding him and then smashing him with her scolding.Samar and Kinjal notice cream roll in front of them and asks each other if he/she brought it. Bapuji enters and says he brought it for them as he knows they are missing Anupama, he may not be as good as his daughter, but will try to understand their heart. Samar says he feels as if he lost everything after losing Nandini, he doesn’t feel good at all and know how to move on. Bapuji says he has to move on as life permits to stumble but not stop. Kinjal says she knows how it feels to miss someone even when they are near them. Dadaji asks what is her problem. Kinjal apologizes and says she can share her problem only with mummy and walks away. Dadaji says something is bothering her, he needs to ask Anu to talk to Kinjal. Samar says Anuj is planning mummy’s birthday. Bapuji says its time to end sorrows and get happiness in life.
Bapuji calls Anu and asks her to speak to Kinjal once. Anu asks him to find out Kinjal’s problem. Anuj returns with bags full of vegetables and gives her one by one. She says thank you. He says he cracked many big business deals in his life, but getting dhania/coriander leaves for free from vegetable vendor has its own pleasure. He jokes why vendor sprinkles water on vegetables repeatedly as if they are unconscious, she must be thinking how he became expert vegetable buyer and will write a blog. She gets angry for bringing so many vegetables and scolds him.Vanraj over phone tries to convince Mukku that since she was busy and was not reachable, he took decision on his own and had a client meeting, he will come to office and explain, disconnects call and frowns saying she doesn’t know B of business. Bapuji hearing him asks if he knows. Vanraj says he is at least trying and will prove that his son knows business. Bapuji says he incurred losses in relationships, only time will reveal it. Vanraj says he used to pamper Dolly more in childhood and think him as wrong, even now he is thinking Anuj is right when he doesn’t know Anuj is wicked and is spying at office via GK who provokes Mukku, hence Mukku is questioning his decisions. Bapuji laughs out loudly and says other’s plate water looks like a ghee and he may drop his plate ghee trying to grab other’s plate water. Toshu walks to Vanraj and asks what did Malvika say. He says whatever she said, he will do what he wants to and orders him to print a news in alll news papers that Anuj is no more related to Kapadia empire now and shut all the door for him and even Anu. Anupama while cleaning vegetables watches dance show on TV with Anuj and says they dance really well, she will learn those steps. Power goes off. Anuj says it good as he can express his heart out. He tells her that she earlier couldn’t understand his shayari/poems, but then slowly she started understanding his shayari and him; just like Radha Krishna temple has steps, even love has different steps/stages and talking with each other peeling vegetable is the last stage; they have climbed all the steps and just need to enter the temple; his track record his really bad in expressing his feeling, he took 25 years to express his love for her and without any hesitation he wants to propose her for marriage, giving her a spring onion ring. Anu gets overwhelmed hearing that. He says he doesn’t want to marry her for the sake of Baa, children, Malvika, or society, but for his own sake as she is the most important person in his life; throwing flowers from helicopter, sitting in an island and exchanging costly rings is not love for him; leading a normal life watching TV with her while peeling vegetables, bearing her scolding, etc., is love for him. He continues expressing his feelings for her and says he feels like marrying her now; he has seen a lot of glamor and lavish life, but a normal life with her where they are each other’s support; he knows she has faced a lot of difficulties in her life and wants her to take a decision on her won without any pressure; he is okay with both her yes and no and wouldn’t feel bad if she says no, they will continue to peel vegetable even after that. He gets Samar’s message calling them to dance academy.
Baa notices Bapuji checking passbook and says there must be less money in their bank account, so they can seek Vanraj’s help if need be. Bapuji denies to take Vanraj’s help and asks what happened to their 35000 rs policy which matured recently. She asks why he needs so much money. He says he wants to do something for dear ones and asks her to get that money out. Baa thinks why he needs so much money. Kavya hearing her says she should give it to him. Baa says its not a small amount and thinks if he wants to give it to Anu and Anuj. Kavya says if he does that, V will feel very bad.Anuj saves Anu from a road accident while walking on road. They see a baraat passing by. Sindhoor falls on her forehead and she stands dumbstruck. Serial’s title track plays in the background. Anuj cleans it. Back at Shah house, Pakhi chats with her boyfriend Vivaan and says she cannot meet him for a few days as Baa is spying on her. Kinjal notices her and says she is not only Samar but also her bhabhi and can be best friend, Baa cannot her situation as she was a teenager many years ago, but she was a few years ago and can understand her situation. Pakhi says she wants to go for a sleep over with her friends, but Baa will not allow her. Kinjal says she can share her problems with her like she shares with mummy. Pakhi thinks bhabhi understands and will support, but Baa will never understand and will scold Bhabi also and hopes mummy was here.
Anuj tells Anu that he knows she is afraid and reason behind it; he never wants to make her as Mrs Anuj Kapadia as he knows she was known as her children’s mummy, Vanraj’s wife, and her in-laws’ bahut, but never had her own identity and created it with great difficulty and hence he will not let her lose it. Anu remembers Vanraj humiliating her. Anuj say she is Anupama and will always be Anupama; he cannot wait to become Mr Anuj Anupama Joshi. She laughs. He says he cannot wait more to become her husband. She feels shy.
