Devika realizes that she has forgotten her earpods in the café and runs to go there. Anuj and Anupama have tea at the tea stall. Pakhi thinks of Anupama’s words. Malti Devi comes there and gives cold coffee to her. She says I don’t think that you are wrong and says even I want Samar to get justice, but if something happens to anyone then the justice will prove costly.
Pakhi says if something happens to anyone then I will not forgive Mummy. Malti Devi thinks if something happens to Anuj then I will not leave Anupama. Anupama tells Anuj that she don’t want tea to finish and wants Samar to get justice and I shall get peace. Anuj says Samar will get justice and you will get peace. Song plays dil kehta hai. Anupama holds his hand. He holds her hand and thinks of poetry holding her hand. He keeps his head on her shoulder and wipes his tears, and then her tears. He says tomorrow is the case hearing, our Samar will get justice, I will be with you always.
He says if we don’t get justice then we will go to high court and supreme court, but my Anu will justice surely. Anupama thanks him for supporting her at every step. Anuj says I love you Anu. Anupama says even I love you so much. He says now I can get angry on you, and says you made plan with Devika, but asked me to stay at home. He says I can help. Anupama asks him not to go anywhere alone. Suresh is going in the car and stops. He says wow, what a romance…and tells that the son had died and not even a month passed, but mother is romancing. He tells Anupama that the case hearing is just a formality.

Suresh says we will meet tomorrow in court, if you get time from romance. Anupama takes out slipper and throws at him. Suresh signs his Servant to take the video. Anupama asks him to keep inside his mobile else she will beat him. The Servant/guard keeps back his phone.
Anupama comes to Suresh and wears the slipper. She tells him that if he misbehaves or does wrong in court then she will make him run and beat him up in court and will show Mata Rani’s 9 avatar to him. Suresh asks Anupama to see what happens now and goes. Anupama prays to God to make everything fine.
Kavya comes and hugs Vanraj. Vanraj says one son has lost his life and another is leaving the city. He says Anupama asked me to have courage, but how. He says one son left and another is betraying me. Kavya asks him to have courage. Vanraj says tomorrow is case hearing, if Samar doesn’t get justice tomorrow, then I will give my life tomorrow. Kavya asks him to have courage and not to think about ending his life. Baa, Babu ji and Dimpy looks on.
Anuj, Anupama and Devika are in the car. Anupama imagines their car punctured when the three bikers coming there and stabbing Anuj. Anupama shouts and asks him to come home. Anuj asks her not to worry. Anupama gets worried thinking what will happen tomorrow.
Later in the night, when Anuj and Anupama are sleeping, some goon has come to kill Anuj holding the sword. Anupama gets up and hits him with the rod. Anuj wakes up hearing the sound. The Inspector comes there and arrests the attacker. He says until his case hearing comes, Samar’s court verdict will come. He says he will try to make him open his mouth that Suresh got this attack done. Ankush asks Anupama and Anuj to sleep, and says they will watch the CCTV all night. Malti Devi says Anuj will not go to give statement.
She asks Anupama to understand and says she don’t want to bear the same pain as her. Anuj says I would have agreed if you was my mother and brought me up. Malti Devi asks Anupama not to take Anuj. She says I am a selfish mother and all mothers are same. Pakhi asks Anupama why she is not listening to Malti Devi’s pleading and you are not affected. Anuj asks Pakhi not to hurdle in her way. Barkha says we are worried for you. Adhik says exactly. Anuj says I can survive without your care. Ankush asks him not to interfere. Romil says we shall support being a family.
Malti Devi says don’t interfere, you are not a family member. Devika taunts Malti Devi for abandoning Anuj, and then coming after so many years. She tells that Anuj is Anupama’s husband. Malti Devi says then also Anupama doesn’t care for him.
