Zara’s Nikah 7 July 2020: Zeenat jerks her hand away from Zara and says dont do this drama, Zara says drama? Zeenat says yes, what did you say that you dont want to marry Kabir? you promised that Ruksaar will marry Kabir only, but you easily said yes in wedding,
my sister didnt get what was her right so I will snatch it from you too, this is my right, I am elder daughter in law of this house, I will make your life hell, I promise that I will be present anywhere you go in this house, she leaves. Ruksaar comes there and says I am sorry Zara, she loves me a lot and cant bear me hurt, I will take you to your room. Zara says you are responsible for this, you made me engaged to Kabir. Ruksar recalls Shahbaz’s deal and says whatever happens happens for a reason. She takes Zara to a room and leaves.
Salma comes to Zara’s room and looks at her things. Irfan comes there and says sets things too, she says I will do it, he says like you, her things give me peace too. Salma says why did she have to marry so soon but you took my daughter away. irfan says you wanted too, you would have felt same if you married after 10 years too. Salma says you are right, daughters are just guests in their parents house, they both are in tears.
Shahbaz is tensed and recalls how Zara gave condition that they cant have instant divorce. Ruksaar brings tea for him. He thanks her and asks if she wants to say anything? Ruksaar says you have given me a path but this is hurtful path, I cant or can live with Kabir, when I see Kabir and Zara together, I cant bear it. Shahbaz says I understand, you did as I said, just control your emotions for sometime. Ruksar says what if their marriage becomes successful? Shahbaz says I have seen how they always fight, just let Kabir become head priest of city then he will be yours.
Scene 2
Ayesha says to Kabir that only few people can take all people with them to walk in life, first she saved Ruksar’s life and today she saved Zeenat from my wrath and stopped a storm in this house, I know this marriage is not what you wanted, you tried to stop it, I didnt say anything but I want to say that Zara is your wife now, you married her infront of us, go to your room and make her believe that she will get your love without any doubt in this house. Kabir leaves from there.
Kabir is going to his room when Alina stops him. Kabir says I want to go my room. Alina says this is our right, you have to give money. Ruksar says its their right, if you dont give them then I will take from your pocket. Kabir stops her and gives money to Alina, Ruksar says let him go, his bride must be waiting. Kabir goes to his room, ruksar is in tears to see it.
Kabir comes to his room and looks around, he doesnt see Zara anywhere and sits on bed. Zara comes there. Kabir stares at her and then at bed. He stands him. Zara have changed her clothes. She moves but bumps with Kabir, they both look in eyes but Zara looks away. Kabir throws away his wallet. Zara says you said you pity a guy whose wife I will be.. then why didnt you pity yourself when you said yes in nikah. Kabir is stunned.
Zara says to Kabir that why did you not pity yourself when you said yes in nikah? Kabir says pity? you talked about pitying too, didnt you pity yourself?
Zara says my parents respect forced me, I kept telling my heart that men and women are equal but truth is that daughter saying no cant be handled by parents, I trusted that you would say no. Kabir says why? parents doesnt have respect? you had to say no first. Zara says now truth is out, you never wanted to say no, you thought that I would say no and then you didnt have to say anything and me, my parents would be insulted. Kabir says what plan? I was just thinking about my parents respect. Z
Zara says you didnt think about your parents respect when you were making plans with me to break this marriage, Kabir says you didnt remember your parents then? Zara says no because I trusted you, I thought you would say no at any cost but you broke my trust, I will never trust you in my life. She takes pillow and blanket. K
Kabir asks where are you going? Zara says I am not going, you are going there because I cant share bed with you. Kabir says even if you didnt say that, I would have slept on couch only. He takes pillow from her and goes to lie on couch. Zara sits on bed and opens her braid. Kabir is miffed and sees no blanket on bed, he brings it and throws it on bed. Zara lies down. Kabir turns off lights and asks her to turn off lamp. She says I cant sleep in darkness. Kabir lies on couch, he recalls Zara’s arguments with him, how she said she would never want to see his face. Zara recalls how she said to Kabir that she would pity his wife, she thinks I didnt know I would pity myself only.
In morning, Kabir wakes up and goes to washroom. Zara is inside and screams. She says how can you come inside like this? Kabir says sorry but this is my bathroom. Zara says this is my bathroom too now. Kabir asks her to lock from next time, he leaves.
Kabir and Zara offers namaz. Door knocks. Zara opens it to see Ruksaar, Ruksaar says I brought tea fro your both. She sees setting in room, Kabir’s pillow on couch. she gives tea to Zara. Zara says I like tea before namaz. Kabir says Zara she is not your servant. Zara says she helped us so much to get married so she can help now. Ruksaar says yes I can help, I will give your clothes in laundry, she takes Zara’s lehenga and leaves.
Salma brings breakfast to Ayesha’s house. Ayesha says to Alina that this is ritual. Ayesha says Salma you brought so much food. Salma says I brought it for Kabir. Zeenat says Kabir already had breakfast, he likes to wake up early morning so Ruksaar took breakfast for him, she makes such nice breakfast. Salma says so I got late. Ayesha says no it was just tea. She asks Zeenat to bring things. Reema says can I meet Zara? they leave.
Reema comes to Zara’s room with Shubratan. Reema asks how she is? Zara says we thought a lot but God had other plans, I never thought we will meet like this. Shubratan is looking around. Zara asks what are you doing? Shubratan says I am finding hints of that things, its first time in life when we see broken bangles, crumbled rose petals. Zara asks her to shut up and leave. Reema laughs and asks if it really happened? did bangles broke really? Zara gets tensed and says something broke for sure but not bangles, my heart broke.
Imran comes to Kabir and says I cant believe, you both tried a lot but you got married in end, what a fate. He asks Kabir if he will change his views of Zara? Kabir says colors never change, she has to change herself.
Reema says to Zara that you think Kabir will change? Zara says he has to change, he married me so now he has to change. Reema says you dont have option too, you said yes too for marriage, you are not Mrs. Kabir. Zara says I am married to a man who I wouldnt even want as enemy. Ruksaar comes there and asks if she disturbed them? Zara says if I say yes? Ruksaar says Ayesha is calling you, she leaves. Zara says I feel like she is CCTV.
Zara and Kabir sits with others in lounge. Ayesha says we will have a ritual now. Zara will place kheer in her hand and Kabir have to eat it then Kabir will put kheer in his hand and she will eat, the one who is able to eat it will win it. Salma says and that person will keep winning in life. Reema says we wont let Kabir win. Ruksaar says if I let her reach Kabir only then she can win. Salma glares at her. A
Alina puts kheer in Kabir’s hand, he moves it towards Zara but Alina grabs his hand and eats it. Reema places kheer in Zara’s hand, Zara hints at her. Reema smirks and takes her hand and eats it. Kabir sees it and thinks they are cheating. He puts kheer in his hand and is about to take it to Zara but Ruksaar pulls his hand and eat from his hand. All look on. Zara puts kheer in her hand and looks at Reema but Kabir grabs her hand so she cant move it, Zara’s bangle breaks, Shubratan says bangle broke finally.
Reema snatches Zara’s hand and eats kheer. Ruksaar says to Kabir to not lose. He puts kheer on his hand, Zara grabs his hand and eats kheer from it. He is surprised. Zara puts kheer on her hand. Kabir moves her bangles away and grabs her hand. Zara tries to snatch her hand but Kabir pulls it near his face, Zara smears kheer on his face. All laugh. Reema says Zara won. Zara smiles.
Zeenat brings Ruksaar to corner and asks why she is enjoying all this? Ruksaar says I am enjoying because they spent night separately, Zara was on bed and Kabir was on couch. Zeenat laughs and says fire is dozing off.
Scene 2
Valima ceremony starts. Zara and Kabir are on stage. Head priest comes there and says Zara you are looking nice. He puts Zara’s hand ins Kabir’s hand and says we are lucky, you brought our nation closer. Kabir and Zara sit on couch. They move their hands away. Imran says my friend is married, all have to know who liked who, how they met and fell for each other. Video clip plays, in which Kabir and Zara’s arguments are shown.
clip shows Kabir washing hands when Zara touched it, how Zara said she would never marry him, how he said that he will offer thanks prayers as he is not marrying her. How Zara said he looks nice when he smiles. All laugh seeing the clip but Kabir is angry. Then nikah is shown. Imran plays childhood photos of Kabir. Zara laughs seeing him in just boxers. Kabir gets angry seeing her laughing. He takes burning stove and throws it on projector, all are stunned seeing his rage. Zara is shocked.
Kabir throws stove on projector and breaks it. He says I am sorry for what was happening but it was wrong, Valima is a Sunnat, our Prophet have ordered us to celebrate it but that doesnt mean you forget respect for elders and younger. Imran says but.. Kabir says you have no right to show private life of people like this, this is shameful, people who created these photos were at fault and you people are too for watching them, I request you all to not laugh and give it a boost. Zara says Islam doesnt allow us to celebrate happiness?
Kabir glares at her. Kabir says marriage should be celebrated as a sad moment, making your friends happy is wrong? Islam allows this drama infront of everyone? Kabir says what was happening was wrong. Zara says when Prophet came to Madina, people celebrated his arrival, Islam doesnt allow to cross limits but it allows to celebrate and mourn too in limits. Kabir glares at her.
Head priest calls family to private area. He says I thought that with this marriage, nation will reunite, I thought seeing you both happy will make families come closer and they will be proud of you both but what I saw today disappointed me, I know its good to preach religion but fighting over it like school kids is wrong, totally wrong. He says to Kabir and Zara that you both are close to my heart but if my nation breaks because of you then I wont spare you both, if you both ever fight again then it should be in room only, infront of world, you both will work for benefit of this nation. Kabir says okay. Priest leaves. Zara glances at Kabir, he leaves.
At night, Salma says sorry to Ayesha, Ayesha says you dont have to say sorry, I think Kabir was at mistake more as he started it. Salma says its your goodness that you are saying this but its not good that women argue with her husband infront of all. Ayesha says I know, I just know that what Zara was saying was right, I liked it. Salma thanks her, dont worry about it, take Zara home, we will come tomorrow to take her. Salma says yes we have this ritual, in our family, usually groom joins too, I wanted Kabir to spend night at our house, everything is set, Kabir will go with us? Ayesha is tensed but smiles.
Kabir says to Ayesha that no, I said yes to nikah because of father’s respect but I got married, you have to give me time to understand this disaster. Ayesha says you can take time, we did all rituals, Zara’s parents want to do rituals too, they want their son in law to go to their house for rituals so you have to go to their house. Kabir says why dont you understand. Ayesha says think about a girl who left her home, her parents, her life to live life with you and you cant spend a night at her home? Shahbaz comes there and says to Ayesha that tell them, I will bring Kabir and Zara to their house. He asks Kabir to get ready, Kabir is miffed and leaves.
Zara is in room and trying to zip her shirt, she cant reach her back zip. Kabir enters room and is stunned to see her upper back bare. He looks away. Zara sees him there and tries to zip her back but cant reach it. She takes dupatta and keeps trying. Zara finally zips it. Zara says you dont understand that you should knock before coming inside. Kabir says I have to do announcement before coming to my room? Zara glares at him. Kabir murmurs if she will ever accept her mistake. Zara says he is showing ego instead of saying sorry. They pack their bags for night stay. Zara says can I ask something? he says yes. Zara says your mom have so much goodness and you dont even have one? Kabir says what you mean?
Zara says what drama happened today shouldnt have happened. Kabir says you are responsible for that. Zara says you started it, I was just answering your wrong thoughts. Kabir says you are going to do that for life? Zara says I answer questions, if your questions will be like that then my answers will be like that too but what happened, I dont want people to see drama of you and I like today. Kabir says I dont want that too. Zara says so I want that today at my house, infront of my parents, there should be no issue. Kabir glares at her. Zara takes her bag and leaves. Kabir says so I thought she was thinking for both of us but I now understand she was only thinking about herself and her parents. He says what I have to do or not to do, I will think there too.
