Unfortunate love 24 September 2023: Arav and Arundhati ask Malishka how is she? Malishka says she is fine and says Rishi is bringing Lakshmi out right now. Malishka sees that Rishi is directly taking Lakshmi to his car and tries to go after Rishi. Rishi puts Lakshmi in the car and leaves from there. Malishka sees this and tries to go after Rishi.
Dadi asks Ayush why is he silent? Ayush says it is because of Lakshmi. Dadi corrects his mistake by saying it should be for Lakshmi. Ayush comments on it. Ayush asks Dadi to pray to God that the guy who came to meet Lakshmi is a little mature and he can see that Lakshmi only loves Rishi and no one else.
Malishka while driving her car thinks of what happened and feels thankful for Lakshmi as she saved Malishka’s life. Rishi worries about Lakshmi and recalls her moments with him.
Rishi asks Lakshmi why does she always think of others before herself? Rishi says he gives importance to her life more than his life and says he will never know when she will understand it. Rishi while driving the car meets with an accident and collided into a tree. Rishi sees that Lakshmi is still unconscious gets down from his car and looks for help. Rishi doesn’t get any help. Rishi decides to carry Lakshmi in her arms. Rishi while carrying Lakshmi sees that her legs are burnt. Rishi recalls himself gifting Lakshmi a Payal as she helped in doing a presentation. Rishi teases Lakshmi and gifts a Payal to Lakshmi. Rishi sees the Payal to Lakshmi’s legs and says she looks good. Lakshmi says she doesn’t wear Payal and also says a reason for it. Rishi takes off the Payal. Rishi feels guilty looking at Lakshmi’s feet. Rishi puts Lakshmi on a four wheel cart and pushes it.
Shalu asks Bani if she has any news about Lakshmi. Bani says no. Shalu after talking to Bani prays to God for Lakshmi.
Rishi brings Lakshmi to a hospital and asks the doctor to check Lakshmi. The doctor checks Lakshmi and says she might have internal bleeding. While the doctor is checking Lakshmi Minister’s wife brings her son and asks the doctor to check his son as he is sneezing from the morning. Rishi seeing this asks the doctor to check out Lakshmi first as her condition is more serious. The doctor says he will check the Minister’s family first.
Malishka thinks to herself why did Lakshmi save Malishka as if Lakshmi left Malishka to die then she could have gotten rid of her. Malishka thinks Lakshmi might have saved Malishka to show how great she is.
Rishi argues with the doctor and asks the doctor to first treat Lakshmi. Rishi seeing that the doctor is not treating Lakshmi. Rishi threatens the doctor with Minister’s son’s life and asks the doctor to first treat Lakshmi. The doctor agrees and checks Lakshmi. Rishi apologises to the Minister’s family for his behaviour and says to them how important Lakshmi is to him.
Karishma says to Neelam that hotel Enjoy caught fire. Neelam and others worry about Rishi and try to call him but they don’t get any reply. Malishka calls Neelam to know if she knew which hospital Rishi took Lakshmi. Malishka asks Neelam if she knew where is Rishi? Neelam says to Malishka that they are very worried about Rishi and he is not picking up their phone. Malishka says she is also in the marriage and says everyone is fine and Rishi took Lakshmi to a hospital. Malishka says she will find out where is Rishi ? Neelam thanks Malishka and cuts the call. Neelam says to Virendra and Dadi that Rishi is fine and he took Lakshmi to the hospital. Dadi and Virendra worry about Lakshmi.
Nurse asking Rishi if he is her husband? Rishi says no. The Nurse says you have brought her here, you have fought with Minister’s wife and you didn’t care about yourself, and asks if she is not your wife then who is she? Rishi says she is my everything. Shalu worries and thinks nobody is picking the call. Ayush calls Shalu. Shalu asks if anything is found. Ayush says there is a bad news. Shalu asks if Di’s marriage is fixed and says we have to do something. Shalu says we have to do something and says hey baba ji. Ayush tells her that Lakshmi got the guy patched up with his ex wife, now they will marry. Shalu says this is good and asks why you said that it is a bad news. Ayush tells that the fire broke out in that hotel and Rishi Bhai took Lakshmi bhabhi to hospital.
Shalu says I will come there, give me address. Ayush says I don’t know about the hospital and says he is not picking the call. Shalu asks him to call her when he comes to know. Ayush asks her not to worry and says when Rishi realized his love for bhabhi then think what he will do. He asks her to pray to baba ji and ends the call. Shalu tells Bani that the fire broke out where they had gone. Rishi thinks of Lakshmi and their moments. Doctor asks Nurse to make the arrangements, and tells Rishi that they are taking her for test, if there is any damage in brain. Rishi says nothing shall happen to her.
Malishka finds Rishi’s car and thinks his car met with an accident. She prays that he shall be safe and nothing shall happen to him. Rishi asks Doctor if Lakshmi is fine. Doctor asks him not to worry and says we will handle him. Malishka thinks he is not picking the call and again starts cursing Lakshmi, saying she is inauspicious for him. She thinks if she shall call Neelam, and prays to God that nothing shall happen to Rishi.
Rishi thinks of Lakshmi and him and sits on the floor. Doctor tells him that few cells got damaged in brain due to the injury and says they have to do surgery else the blood will come out of nose and ears. Rishi asks him to do best treatment and make her fine. Doctor says there is a risk, if operation happens then she can go into coma, or can have memory loss. Rishi says even after surgery, there is risk. Doctor says there is a risk if not operate also. Rishi asks him to operate and treat her, and asks him not to worry about the money. He says please make my Lakshmi fine. Doctor asks him to understand that they will try fully and says the rest is in God’s hands. Rishi thinks of Lakshmi saving his life. Nurse is taking Lakshmi to the OT. Rishi tells Lakshmi that nothing will happen to her.
Virender talks to someone and couldn’t find Rishi. Neelam worries for Rishi. Dadi asks if she is worried for Rishi or Lakshmi. Neelam says Rishi is my son and I am worried for her. Dadi says Lakshmi is Virender’s daughter. Neelam says he just regards her as his daughter, but she is not his daughter. She asks Virender to make Mummy ji understand not to fight with her. Dadi says I am not fighting with you, but you are fighting with me, and says Rishi took Lakshmi to hospital, that means he is fine and we are worried for Lakshmi. Neelam says I am worried for Rishi, he is not picking my call. She gets Malishka’s call and picks it. Malishka says Rishi met with an accident, I found his car, it had collided with tree. Neelam asks where is he? Malishka tells that she doesn’t know, nobody was near the car, he left from there and hopes he is fine. Neelam says how he will be fine, until inauspicious Lakshmi is with him. Malishka says don’t worry, I am coming there. Neelam tells Virender that Rishi’s car met with an accident. She says until Lakshmi is with him, he won’t be fine. Karishma asks if Malishka told how is he? Neelam says Malishka doesn’t know. Dadi prays for both.
Rishi sees Nurse coming out and asks if his Lakshmi is fine. Nurse asks him to wait and goes. Rishi asks her when she returns. She asks him to wait. Neelam tells Virender that they shall check in every hospital. Virender says there are many hospitals. Ayush comes there and tells that he comes to know about a guy bringing an unconscious girl to the hospital. Neelam says Rishi is fine and tells that she will come there. Rishi sees the Doctor operating Lakshmi from the window pane. He comes to the washroom and recalls Doctor’s words, and cries aloud. He says this has happened due to me, and tells that I got saved, but there is no guarantee that if she will be alive or not. He cries and says I couldn’t give her anything till now, and Lakshmi always saves me risking her life also. He says I didn’t do anything for her, and I let her save me, there is no guarantee of her life, and says Rishi Oberoi, you are a disgusted person, you can’t do anything to save Lakshmi. He cries inconsolably. Main teri hogayiya. He recalls the ample times Lakshmi saved him selflessly.
