Twist of fate 24 October 2023: Rhea ask Prachi not to stop her and asks her not to make it difficult for her. She says I always had complain that only Dad used to love me and nobody else, but I was so wrong. She says you loved me when I was wrong and even now. She says I have to go away from you so that love stays.
She calls Pallavi as Pallavi aunty and says I will call you aunty, but you will be like my mother always and you always loved and supported me. She says I will not hurt you anymore. Pallavi hugs her and says I always wanted your happiness. Rhea thanks her for support. She tells Ranbir that she can’t apologize to him and she is feeling low. Ranbir asks her to look in his eyes and asks if she is still feeling low. Rhea says I did so much wrong that I can’t stay with it, and requests him
not to hate her and let the love stay always. Ranbir says always. Rhea is about to leave. Prachi hugs her and cries. Rhea asks her to take care of herself and of baby too. Prachi asks where you will go alone? Rhea says she is taking love of everyone and asks her to call her when baby comes. Aaliya is locked in the jail. She threatens the lady constable who pushed her inside. The Inspector warns her. The lady constable asks who is she, to tell that she will not leave everyone and says now this jail will not leave you. She asks her to apologize to her sins. She sees the women prisoners and shouts at them. They threaten her. Aaliya threatens them back and says I am not the God to forgive anyone and will take revenge from everyone.

After 4 months, Aryan comes home after jogging and says hey babes. Pallavi says babes, rally. Dida says he thinks he will be young all life with some what exercise. Abhay says I am young and gets energetic after jogging. He asks what is going on here. Pallavi asks Dida, didn’t you tell him?

Aryan and Shahana ask Ranbir to read the love letter. Ranbir says it was my first love letter, if there is some mistake then forgive me. Pallavi says can you please dim the light. He says I want to ask you. Shahana asks even now you want to ask. Ranbir asks her to wait. Aryan asks Shahana to shut up. Ranbir asks Prachi if you like me. He bends down and asks if you want to connect your name with me, if you want to become Prachi Ranbir Kohli, if you wants to marry me. Prachi gets emotional. Ranbir says he had written letter during college days and didn’t write the main thing. She asks what? Ranbir says I love you. Prachi hugs him. Ranbir and Prachi dance on the song Rab jaanda…Prachi starts feeling labour pain and tells Ranbir it is the time.
Prachi telling Ranbir that it is time for her delivery. Dida asks Ranbir to lift her and take her to hospital. Aryan asks him to drive safely. Pallavi asks Aryan to take them and says my bahu is going to be a mother, we will hear the baby’s cry. She gets excited, they leave. Ranbir and Prachi are in the car. Prachi tells him that he is feeling pain. Ranbir’s car stops suddenly. He gets down and asks God to do some miracle. Rhea is going from there and stops her car. Ranbir tells her that Prachi got labour pain, and his car stopped suddenly. Rhea says we will go in my car. Prachi asks Rhea how come she is here? They sit in Rhea’s car. Aaliya is taken in jeep. The lady constable tells Aaliya that her niece haven’t come to meet her. The Inspector asks lady constable not to argue with her. Lady constable says she was showing arrogance in jail. Just then the van steps on the bags and the lady constable and Aaliya lose balance in the van. Aaliya snatches gun from lady constable and aims at Inspector and her. She asks them to stop the van holding lady constable at gun point. She then asks Inspector to go from there.
The lady constable asks him to go. Inspector leaves so that Aaliya leaves lady constable. Aaliya asks lady constable what she had told her, when she was shifted to jail. A fb is shown. Aaliya says you had said that if I am the God. She says today you didn’t see God, but seeing me and all of them will see me, whose name I had taken. She says first your number. Lady constable says you had said that you will leave me. Aaliya shoots at her leg and says I keep my promise. She says I am going to Ranbir and Prachi to ruin their lives. She walks away from there, holding the gun.
Rhea and Ranbir bring Prachi to the hospital. Rhea says my sister came for delivery. Ranbir says booking is done and asks receptionist to book the cake. Prachi asks what you are doing, I am feeling pain. They hold Prachi’s hand. They take her to labour room. Ranbir asks doctor to give her pain killer. Doctor says she has to bear the pain. Ranbir is about to go with Prachi in the labour room, but Prachi asks him not to argue and go from there. Ranbir asks doctor to do something so that no pain shall happen to her and delivery happens.

Doctor looks at her. Ranbir says ok, she shall not get much pain. He asks why Prachi is angry. Doctor says 99 percent wives do this. Rhea congrats Ranbir and says you are going to be a father. Ranbir says it is still time, and tells that she will be the first person who will wish him.
Rhea says she has to go and meet Buji, and tells that it is just that she has done many favors on me and was with me when nobody was with me. She says there was nobody for her, than me. Aaliya comes to Kohli house. She collides with Priya and the gun falls down and goes inside the table. Priya says you was in jail. Aaliya says she was freed from jail, as she was proved innocent and tells that Kohlis invited them for the party. Priya asks what about your clothes. Aaliya says she will have simple living and great thinking. She asks where is everyone? A guest tells that Prachi got labour pain and that’s why they went to the hospital. Aaliya gets shocked and says that’s why they were calling me again and again. She tells that she is going to London tonight. She goes out, planning revenge. Pallavi, Dida and others come to the hospital. Nurse comes out. Ranbir asks how is his daughter. Nurse says yes, it is a girl. Ranbir, Pallavi and others dance happily. Doctor comes out and asks them to celebrate in waiting area. She says only baby’s father can see the girl.

Prachi tells Doctor that she got all the happiness and Ranbir is also very happy. She thanks the baby for coming in their lives. Shahana and Aryan come to the receptionist and asks if it is their cakes. Receptionist says yes and tells that the delivery guy didn’t bring the knife to cut the cake. Shahana asks if knife can be arranged. Receptionist asks them to ask Nurse.
Shahana and Aryan are coming to the nurses room. Aaliya comes to the Nurses room and hits on the nurse head to faint her. She then takes her ID card and wears nurse uniform. Aryan and Shahana come there and see the nurse on the floor. Aaliya says she is my sister who got an attack. She asks them to keep her on the sofa. They keep her on the sofa. Aryan and Shahana tell her that they have come to take knife to cut the cake. Aaliya says who gave birth to daughter? Shahana says Prachi, my sister. Aryan says Ranbir wanted a daughter. Aaliya gives knife to Shahana. Shahana says she will come and give her cake. Aryan asks her to show her face. Aaliya says she has infection and that’s why wearing mask.

Dida and Pallavi giving laddoos to everyone in the hospital. Shahana and Aryan come there. Shahana says Ranbir got the cakes. Pallavi and Dida tell that laddoos are necessary to share the good news. Aryan says as she took 9 months to come. They cut the cakes. Dida says they shall not get any bad sight. Dida gets Vikram’s call and asks him
to grow old as little angel came to their house. Aryan says Dida shouldn’t have said this, and tells Pallavi that she will get old too. Pallavi says she is thinking to call Rhea, as this happiness came in her life due to her, else Aaliya had ruined everything. She calls Rhea and tells that Prachi gave birth to a daughter and tells that she has become Maasi. Rhea gets happy. Pallavi asks her to come to hospital and wish Prachi. Rhea says she can’t come, and asks pallavi to wish Prachi. Pallavi asks her to come and forget the past, and celebrate the happiness. Rhea gets teary eyes. The call ends. Pallavi says I wish, if Rhea haven’t done this, then she would have been with us and celebrated. Ranbir shows the pendant of moon and star in the chain and tells that it is for our daughter, and says it is like her birth mark. Prachi teases him saying she thought it is for her. She says she is joking and asks him to bring her. Ranbir takes the baby and gives her in Prachi’s hands. He then makes her wear the chain and pendant, and says now the baby will not have any complains from her.

Aaliya comes there as Nurse and says doctor asked her to give her injection. Prachi says Doctor didn’t say. Ranbir says you bear so much pain, take it. Aaliya gives her injection. Prachi faints. Ranbir calls her and thinks she has slept being tired. Aaliya then pierces injection on his neck and he faints immediately too. The baby starts crying. Aaliya makes the baby sleep and takes her in her hands.
Dida and Pallavi give cake to everyone. A patient eats the cake. Nurse tries to stop her. Pallavi and Dida thank them for sharing their happiness. Shahana and Aryan ask Pallavi to dance. Aaliya tells the baby that she is very beautiful, and says she will not apply black tika to her, but will just kiss her. She says she loves her very much and says she had planned to come here to meet her. She says you are very beautiful like Rhea Maasi. She asks didn’t you know Rhea Maasi, didn’t she come to meet you. She says I will make you talk to her on phone, but I don’t have phone.
She says we will use your Papa’s phone. She takes Ranbir’s phone and thinks what is the password for the phone. She thinks password might be related to Prachi, and says she shares the birthday with Rhea. She says Prachi has no match with Rhea, no class. She calls Rhea from Ranbir’s phone. Rhea picks the call and says Ranbir, congrats for the daughter, you wanted daughter. She says Ranbir, I am so happy and excited. She says I am so sorry, I can’t come to meet baby as I am going to meet Buji. Aaliya says no problem, as both baby and I are here. Rhea thinks to call Pallavi. She calls Pallavi, but the latter is busy dancing with everyone. Rhea says I have to save prachi’s baby, she is like my daughter, I am going to save her from Buji. She says my daughter, I will not let anything happen to you, I will save you, I love you a lot since you was not born.
Aaliya tells baby that she will take her out from this mess and then she will write everyone’s destiny. She asks her to come and says lets go. She asks baby to meet her Mummy once and asks Prachi to see baby for last time. She says your mummy is not in her senses, I gave her chance to meet you. She says you both have forced me to do this. She says I told Ranbir to marry Rhea, and says if you had married her, then this girl would be of my Rhea, and I would have become her loving Buji. She says you refused Rhea and says your daughter will suffer for whatever you have done.
