Twist of fate 20 February 2021: Bee ji asks Vikram and wife if they liked Ranbir’s song, he sang really well. Abhi comes to complement him and says he is going to be the next face of their company, their company will launch him. His mother says they must let him decide what he needs to do with life.
Riya is called to cut the cake. Aaliya asks Riya to make a wish. Riya wish her birthday is the worst day of Prachi’s life. Prachi close her eyes and prays all her wish come true, and the dreams she brought here are fulfilled. She tells Shahana to close her eyes as well, she will feel as if it’s her birthday celebrations. Shahana wonders where Prachi gets all this positivity.
Everyone share the cake with Riya. Mitali finally notices that Riya’s necklace was missing. Riya cries that she didn’t take it off and lost it bymistake.
Everyone head to look for the necklace. Dasi Dadi sends Mitali towards the terrace. Riya cries in front of Abhi that it was the new one. Abhi takes Prachi to look for it in Riya’s room. Riya place her foot making Prachi slip, her foot twists but she goes anyway to help Abhi. Mira takes Riya to look for necklace. Aaliya thinks her niece if exactly after her, her acting is fabulous. She won’t have to face the lesson she will give Prachi today.
In the room, Mira asks Riya if she knows the girl. Riya says that waitress is her college mate. Mira doesn’t say anything, and confirms if she placed it somewhere. She assures they will find it and goes to find Mitali.
There, Mitali and Mishti were looking for the necklace together. Mitali says the necklace got a bad eye. Mitali finds a lost Jhumki while finding the necklace and was happy. Abhi and Prachi come to Riya’s room. Abhi gets a call and tells Prachi to continue to look around. Riya comes to her room, both were about to hit each other.
Riya shouts what she is doing here, she must use glasses to look well. Prachi argues she had her back, Riya also needs glasses; both will be ‘Chashmish’. Riya says she mistakenly called Prachi as an elder sister, and Prachi wants to be one; in fact she wants money.
Prachi says Riya doesn’t need an elder sister, she needs taming but even if she (Prachi) is paid for it she won’t do this. Prachi corrects money isn’t everything; everyone has different meaning for money. For Riya it’s a meaning of happiness, but for herself it’s a source to fulfil her needs; but Riya doesn’t need to know what ‘needs’ means. She leaves. Riya thinks she will now humiliate Prachi in front of everyone, she won’t forgive the day in life.
Pragya lay down to sleep. Bee ji asks so early. Pragya says she has an extra class with kids. The weather was stormy outside. All of a sudden, a photo frame of Prachi fell off. Pragya hurries to pick up the frame and makes her hand bleed. She was worried that Prachi must be in some trouble. Bee ji says Prachi won’t understand anything, Prachi must be fine. Bee ji forces Pragya to sleep now.
Mitali asks the Ranbir and Ansh about the necklace. The boys were indulged in their own gossip and uninterested in looking for the necklace.
In the hall, everyone had gathered that the necklace couldn’t be found anywhere. Riya comes to Prachi and questions if she knows the value of that necklace. Abhi asks why embarrass her. Riya blames Prachi was behind her when she danced with Ranbir. And she hit her not once in the party today. She is sure Prachi stole her necklace. Shahana says Prachi is working as a waitress, but she is from a very good family and brought up by a good mother. They have worked in Hoshiarpur weddings where people wear huge necklaces, they never commit any such act. They have come here only to work. There is no one as honest as Prachi. Riya blames Prachi stole to revenge her. She cries and blames that their first meeting wasn’t on a good note. Aaliya says it seems to be a planning, she has already called police. Shahana and Prachi were extremely tensed now. Poorab objects and asks if this girl can really be a thief, she shouldn’t have called the police amidst all the guests. Aaliya says alright, they can check the girl.
Aaliya decides to check Prachi. Poorab wasn’t ready but Riya asks where the necklace is then. Prachi says they must do the checking. Aaliya and Riya smirk. Prachi tells them to do the checking. They aren’t thieves, she is suffocating here. Abhi doesn’t let Aaliya move. He knows this girl, she isn’t a thief.
Riya requests Abhi to let them do this, this will remove this burden off her head. Aaliya moves forward to check on Prachi. Prachi tells them to check her pockets as well but couldn’t take her hands out of one of the pockets. Aaliya was suspicious. Abhi says she can’t steal. Aaliya asks Poorab if this is why he was protecting her. The girls gossip she came over for revenge. Riya claims her doubts were real, she stole the necklace. Abhi was still in a disbelief. Police arrive at the party
and asks about the theft. Aaliya tells the police that Prachi is the thief, she stole the diamond necklace of her niece and everyone in the party is an eyewitness. Riya was crying and complains to Abhi that he is on her side. Mira says she understands he doesn’t want any girl in jail, still they have found the necklace in her pocket. Abhi says they only found the necklace in her pocket, no one saw her steal the necklace. Dasi also intervenes but Aaliya sends Prachi with her.
Shahana comes to Riya and blames that Riya put the necklace into Prachi’s pocket herself as a revenge. She drops her cell phone and leaves behind Prachi and police. The inspector warns Shahana to stay out and come to police station, else she will be arrested along with her. Prachi warns Shahana not to tell their mother. Shahana was left crying.
Ranbir and Ansh were busy playing video game. Mishti comes to them and warns them to show some concern and take them inside. Abhi thinks about Prachi and says he has met Prachi more than once already, she is exactly like Riya. Aliya says Abhi is being partial. Mira also says people take advantage of Abhi. Riya cries that Prachi spoilt her birthday. Abhi hugs Riya and asks her to relax. Shahana wonders what to do, she can’t even call Pragya. She decides to go and ask Abhishek for some help.
She runs inside and asks Riya how much acting she wants to do. She tells Abhi that Prachi isn’t a thief. We, middle class people aren’t thief or robber. We have no one in the city. Riya tries to stop Abhi but Abhi tells Riya to understand police has taken Prachi. Shahana says I was mistaken to come requesting help from you, and leaves. She steps over her broken phone and leaves her there. Abhi leaves the hall worried.
In the police station, Prachi was locked into the jail.
She cries and thinks about her mother. Pragya had been much concerned for her diet, and warned her that people at Delhi aren’t much friendly. Prachi had hugged Pragya. Pragya requested her not to go there; she was worried as the people in that city blames, and puts others in problem. Shahana was crying helplessly and thinks she must free Prachi from the jail. She thinks Chachi ji won’t help, she won’t let Chacha ji help them either. She sits on the mid of the road and cries.
Riya comes to Aaliya and hugs her from behind. She was excited about the revenge. Aaliya hushes her and warns what if they are heard. Both were shocked, as Mira walks inside the room. Aaliya says Riya is excited about her fashion show. Mira slaps Riya hard on face.
Shahana decides to call Pragya and tell her. Pragya lay awake with her and Prachi’s photo and was worried at the late night call. On the other side, Shahana was crying. She tells Pragya that Prachi has been arrested by police. Pragya drops the phone. She tells Shahana not to worry, she will be there.
Aaliya reminding Meera of her value at the house and says you are mere a caretaken, an employee here. She asks how dare you to slap her. She says you don’t have the right to slap her. Rhea says only a mother can slap her and says she has always seen Meera fulfilling her mother duties, and says she can slap me. Meera says if you have given me this rights, then I have the right to stop you from doing wrong.
She says I didn’t you wrong upbringing and says I want to see you better than your bua shocking Aaliya. She scolds Aaliya for encouraging her. Shahana comes to Police station and tells Inspector that her sister Prachi is innocent. Inspector asks her to go. Shahana says she will not go until she takes her sister. Inspector asks what they were doing in that house.
Shabana says they need money so went to do job as a waitress. Inspector says you both must be involved and asks Constable to lock her also. He says he has seen such girls who steal money in rich houses, and says they chose house where party is happening. Prachi agrees to sign on the confession letter and asks him to leave Shahana. Shahana says you will not do such a thing.
Prachi says necklace was found in my purse. Abhi thinks of Prachi and gets upset. He thinks everything happened infront of me and I couldn’t stop her arrest. He thinks she reminds him of Pragya and his daughter whom he didn’t see. He thinks he won’t let live in jail. Pragya comes to Delhi and asks porter about the Police station. He says it is far.
Pragya thinks she did a mistake by sending her to Delhi. She thinks of Beeji’s words and thinks Prachi is in trouble, this city didn’t leave my daughter. Aaliya gets angry and says first she slapped you and now told this to me. She says she insulted me because of you, and says I want to slap you. She asks her to go to Meera, from next time and asks her to remember that blood relations are real and others are fake. Rhea tells that she acted so that Meera doesn’t tell anything to Abhi and says I told her what she wants to hear her, and says she has taken care of me like a mother. Aaliya claps seeing her selfish attitude and hugs her. She says I didn’t teach you this? Rhea says this is blood relation. They hug each other. Rhea says I love you. Aaliya says I love you too. She says you are a good student.
Pragya thinks this city is bad, first it hurt her and now her daughter. She says your mum is coming, don’t worry. Abhi is going in his car. It starts raining. Pragya takes out umbrella. Abhi asks someone about Vasant kunj police station. A man tells Pragya to take taxi from the other side. Allah Wariyan plays…….Pragya goes passing Abhi’s car, but he don’t see her. Her umbrella flies and comes on Abhi’s car. Abhi thinks how to drive in rain. Pragya runs behind his car asking for her umbrella. Abhi asks her to get her umbrella and says I can’t hear you. Pragya tries to take out her umbrella, but it gets stuck in the wiper. Pragya takes the umbrella and comes to Abhi, saying she is calling him. Abhi hears her voice. Pragya goes.
Abhi turns towards her and gets down from the car. He calls her name….Pragya. Pragya stops hearing her name and gets emotional. He thinks why did she came and what is she thinking? Abhi looks around. Pragya takes a taxi and sits. Abhi looks at her from far as she sits, but don’t see her face. He sits in his car and thinks why am I thinking about pragya, who took away my daughter from me, and I am running behind her. He thinks first she snatched Kiara from me and then separated me from one of my twin daughter. He thinks she had said that she will not come to this city or will not let my daughter come in this city, and thinks she didn’t let him see her face. He thinks he don’t have any memory of his other daughter.
Shahana asks Prachi not to sign on the confession paper. Inspector asks her to sign else he will arrest her sister also. He forces her to sign, blackmailing her. Shahana asks her not to sign. Inspector asks her to sign. Prachi signs on the letter. Shahana cries. Inspector boosts about himself and tells that confession letter is in his hands within two hours. He says case is solved. Prachi asks him to leave her sister. Inspector asks Constable to take Prachi inside. Shahana cries.
Prachi asks her to go home. Shahana says I will not forgive you for this, never. Prachi asks her to go home. Shahana asks why did you take decision about me and says you shouldn’t have signed. Prachi says if I had not signed then what would have happened with Maa and Dadi and asks her to go home. Shahana refuses to go home until they leave her. Prachi says if I see you here then I will cry. Shahana says if I go from here then I will go to Rhea’s house and scold her. They hug and cry.
