Preeta tells Rajveer that she is not his real mother, Rajveer asks what does it matter when preeta replies it matters a lot because the mistake he has made is because he does not have his mother to show the right path, Gurpreet says she cannot understand why is Preeta so angry, who replies she is very furious with Shaurya, as why did he lie that he does not have any involvement in this entire matter, she even slapped him hearing which Rajveer gets shocked, Preeta replies Shaurya hid the truth from her and everyone else because of which his entire family is troubled, Rajveer mentions if she likes then he would take her to the court hearing but Preeta replies she does not want to go and leaves, Rajveer is worried when Gurpreet comes to console her.
Rishab is emotional standing beside the window when Karan comes to the room and hugs him explaining he missed Rishab a lot so now when he has returned he feels that someone is standing by his side, Rishab once again hugs him asking Karan to tell the truth if he missed, Rishab says he went away purposefully that Karan should understand his importance when Karan asks why did it take him so long, Rishab informs he was working, and asks Karan to not even take one percent tension for any problem as they will sort everything, Karan mentions that even Preeta should have returned because if she was present then things would not have gotten so out of hands, as she would have surely handled everything
Preeta is lying in the bed recalling when she slapped Shaurya who was about to say the truth, she scolded him saying he not only broke the trust but also her heart and vowed that he would not have dared do anything of the sort, Preeta thinks she would have handled things differently if she was the mother of Shaurya but there is Nidhi so she feels tensed however the child is suffering. Nidhi thinks she made a mistake by going to the house of Surya but now when she has ruined it all then will also mend the things.
Karan tells Rishab that a mother can do anything for her children so he feels that Preeta should be present here for this fight, he asks Rishab if Preeta would return when Rishab goes to karan when have they done anything bad so he should not get depressed in life but must believe in Bhagwan who will show them the way, he says how can the son of their house face any trouble when they are present, Rishab hugs Karan asking him to not be worried.
In the morning the Luthra family is standing outside the court, Rakhi wonders why have they not brought Shaurya till now, Mahesh asks Rakhi to not be worried as he will come very soon, Shanaya and Palki also reach the court when Shanaya asks if Shaurya did not come till now, they all inform that they are also waiting for him, palki asks them to not be worried as everything would be fine wen the police van arrives. Surya asks the constable to let Shaurya meet the family since there is still some time in the court hearing and he is also a parent so knows the importance of family.
Rakhi goes to Shaurya asking if he is fine, she assures that everything would get better wen Bani Dadi also hugs him after whom Karina goes to advice him that he will be released today and return back home with them. Mahesh also informs that he will come back with them, Shaurya asks the constable to take him inside since he wants to go inside, Nidhi hugging Shaurya requests him to not even think about accepting anything in the court as she has already talked with the lawyer, he also tells Shaurya to not say anything but just that he has not made any mistake after which he would take care of everything but then the constable leaves with Shaurya.
The reporters keep questioning Shanaya and Palki about the case, Karan and Rishab are very tensed when the judge enters after which he orders the media to go out of the court room as it is a case proceeding and they donot care what anyone thinks, the media personal leave after which the judge orders them to bring Shaurya in the witness box and orders them to start the case.
The lawyer Vinet Sharma informs he is representing Shaurya while the defendant lawyer Mr Varma explains Shaurya Luthra was arrested from his own office by Mr Surya who got a tip and he does not have to argue in this case which is very clear, Mr Sharma says that what happened with Shaurya was just a coincidence and he did not make any mistake, the environment of the court gets heated when the lawyers start their arguments, Shaurya is just thinking about the moment when preeta slapped him and left saying had she been his mother, he would not have dared to do it. Shaurya accepts that he has done it, hearing which they all are shocked. Shaurya accepts he has done it, Rishab getting up questions if he has gone mad and Mahesh also asks what is he saying, Kavya says he should say the truth, Rishab apologizes to the judge that he has interfering but informs Shaurya is saying this either out of frustration or some other situation,
they all plead for his innocence and Nidhi also mentions he is innocent but Shaurya says he is not innocent so should be punished for this crime, Rishab requests him to not say such things in the court, the judge orders everyone to be seated on their positions and informs this is the smallest case of his court so Shaurya has accepted his mistake, the judge is about to announce the verdict but stops because of the lunch break, he says he will announce the verdict after the lunch break. Shaurya is taken out of the court, he leaves without even answering the questions of Rakhi. The entire Luthra family is tensed.
Surya is smiling while Shaurya furiously looks at him and then Surya leaves, Nidhi questions why did Shaurya did it all in the court when she asked him to not say anything but Shaurya asks what happened to him, he says he had been mis lead and the aunt of Rajveer taught him that they have to speak the truth and face it, so they should even have the courage to accept their mistake. Shaurya explains that the lie does not have much age and he is going to suffer for the lie but his life ahead would be better.
Rajveer comes to the Luthra family but gets worried apologizing to getting late when Palki informs that Shaurya accepted it by himself, Rishab says they are trying to figure out what they can do as the next step, Rakhi says she knows why Shaurya did it all as he took the entire blame to protect themselves, Shanaya requests Rajveer to protect Shaurya even Palki says Shaurya has made a mistake but Mahesh says it is a very big mistake, karan mentions he does not know what they would do, Rajveer asks the lawyer to give them a way when the lawyer says someone should take the entire blame on himself as only then would Shaurya be saved, Bani Dadi agrees to take the blame on herself but the lawyer says it is not that easy as they even have to prove, Rajveer is worried.
Gurpreet is working when someone is ringing the door bell so she opens it to find Nidhi who angrily enters the house calling preeta, Nidhi says she is the mother of Shaurya who has stayed awake with him even when his real mother was not there, Nidhi says Preeta blames her for giving so much love to Shaurya that he has been ruined while Preeta keeps asking why she loved Shaurya so much, it is due to the difference between a real and step mother, no one questions the torture of a real mother this is why she has loved Shaurya so much which even a real mother cannot give her, Nidhi asks why does Preeta want to ruin the life of Shaurya as she has no idea what he feels but she is the one who knows it and stayed with Shaurya in his difficult times. Nidhi asks what did Preeta say to Shaurya that he must accept truth, she blames Preeta for the verdict.
Nidhi says Preeta told Shaurya to accept his crime and not lie but because of Preeta her Shaurya is going to jail and she would not have sat in the house, preeta leaves taking the phone when Nidhi questions where is she going when they were talking, Gurpreet says Nidhi was just blaming her and not yelling, Nidhi leaves saying if Gurpreet interferes then would suffer when Gurpreet gets worried.
Kavya goes to Shaurya asking what is e doing since he is not a bad person but Nidhi comes saying he is doing this all due to that women who has brainwashed him, Shaurya tells Kavya that he is not a nice person and she must not think of him like this, Mahesh asks why is he saying this all, Shaurya replies that Dad would have told him that he had the drugs so what is the point of lying, Shaurya accepts
he has not lived with his birth mother but he asks them to not love him si much that they donot see any of his mistake,s Karan stops Mahesh saying that Shaurya has not heard about the advice of anyone and he is feeling like scolding him, Shaurya says that Dad would be very happy today hearing which karan gets furious so Rishab and Mahesh take him away. Palki and Shanaya walk by him when Shaurya calls Palki apologizing to her if any of his actions have hurt he feelings, Shanaya says he might have taken the name of Palki by mistake, and actually wanted to call her but Shaurya refuses saying he has said the right name and wanted to apologize to Palki, she says it is no problem before walking away. Shanaya going to Shaurya says he is very nice and this is why she likes him because he cares for her entire family so she asks him to not be worried assuring everything would be fine.
The judge comes back to his seat after the lunch break and asks everyone to sit down, when Shaurya is once again brought to the witness box. The judge says that Shaurya has accepted his mistake and crime, Palki calls Rajveer when the judge says that he is going to announce the verdict when they hear the voice of Sandy who says he wants to say something, the judge orders him to come at the witness box when Sandy vows to tell the truth, Sandy says he is the friend of Shaurya Luthra and today has come to rescue his friend from the crime which he has not committed, the Luthra’s get amazed when Sandy say that Shaurya has not used drugs in his life but Sandy accepts he is the one who uses drugs and sells them, Mahesh is shocked when Rakhi asks how can Sandy be involved in it, Sandy says he gave the number of Raman to Shauyra but he is not aware of the fact that they are partners in it, Rajveer is also furious when Sandy says that Shaurya is innocent, he asks what is Sandy saying when he informs he has all the proofs meaning the texts between him and Raman. The judge says that with the witness statement of Sandy it is proven that Shaurya is innocent and Sandy is guilty so the police is directed to take extreme steps against Sandy. The Luthra family is joyed when Shaurya is shocked seeing Sandy being taken away, Shanaya comes to Shaurya saying she told him that he would be fine so he has been released when Shaurya leaves so Shanaya gets worried.
Surya is walking with Sandy when Shaurya stops Sandy who ask the inspector if he can talk with Shaurya, Surya asks Shaurya why did he do it and take the blame on himself, Shaurya says this is the problem and he just confessed to having drugs but never accepted that he sold them, Sandy says this is why he came because Shaurya was going to be punished for a crime which he did not commit, Shaurya asks Sandy why did he not come to meet him on the day he got the bail. Surya says he stopped Sandy when he says he wanted to come the next day but his father stopped him, Shaurya asks then why did he come today, Sandy informs the aunt of Rajveer came and scolded him for lying so after she talked with him he realized he is not a nice friend and he is sorry for the partnership in the drug deal because he feared that he might lose his friend however today after talking with the aunt of Rajveer he has realized that there is nothing more important then saying the truth, Sandy asks if Shaurya thinks he is released due to him when in reality it was the aunt of Rajveer. Surya says that Shaurya has been saved today but he must not make such mistake in the future as then he would be sent to the lock up again,Surya asks Sandy if they can leave so orders the constables to make him sit in the van Shaurya is tensed seeing his friend leave in the police van.
Shaurya calls the taxi asking if they would take him to Chambur, Nidhi comes to see Shauyra leaving and wonders where is he going in the taxi, she asks the other taxi to follow him.
The Luthra’s come out of the court and start looking for Shaurya, Rakhi wonders where did he go when the lawyer mentions they are very lucky because Sandy came and accepted his mistake otherwise Shaurya had ruined everything, Karina is also glad that Sandy came to accept the truth, Shanaya also mentions that Sandy did not hide the truth , Palki explains that just as everything went good for Sandy in the future, Karan mentions he has to go and meet the father of Sandy when Rakhi asks what is the reason, Rishab informs that Shaurya was released due to the confession of Sandy but now they also have to do something for him, Mahesh also says that Shaurya got released due to the confession of Sandy but they have to at least attain the bail for him. Rakhi is worried where he could have gone, Rajveer says they all know he gets angry easily so might have gone back home, Karina informs they have to also go back home. Bani Dadi instructs them to make sure that Shaurya feels comfortable back home and is not teased, Rakhi mentions that there is only one person who teases Shaurya and he is her Grandson meaning Karan Luthra, he gets shocked saying she is talking as if he is always after him, Mahesh advises Karan to not tease his son again.
Gurpreet opens the door to see Shaurya standing there, preeta starts smiling seeing him when he comes to stand in front of her and then hugs her tightly, Rajveer also returns but is shocked seeing Shauyra hugging his aunt and so he walks to stand beside Gurpreet who consoles him.
Preeta asks him to see how he has been released and explains that she slapped him but felt really bad and she started crying, he asks if she knows how he felt when she slapped him. He says there is just one person who slap made him feel hurt emotionally. Preeta asks him to come and sit down asking if he would like to eat anything, she says she told him he would be released very soon when Shaurya informs that she told him to speak the truth which he said in the court and was released while she also said that Sandy revealed the truth, Preeta says she is glad he has been released when Shaurya replies he knows she had told Sandy to speak the truth, preeta gets shocked asking how did he find it, he says that Sandy had told him the truth. Preeta repleis sh got even more furious because due to his actions his family got arrested, Shaurya calls Preeta mom hearing which she is left stunned, Nidhi is furious standing in the window. Shaurya asks if he can call her mom, Preeta gets emotional so is not able to stop crying saying why can he not call her mom, explaining if he feels like it then she does not have any problem. Rajveer however is worried, Shaurya once again hugs Preeta tightly. Nidhi leaves furiously, Rajveer goes into his room when Gurpreet gets worried. Shaurya thanks her for everything, she says he called her mom so should not thank her, Shaurya and Preeta both are emotional.
