This is fate 9 November 2020: episode starts with goon blaming Preeta for the kidnapping. Everyone stare at Preeta. Shrishti shouts that he is a liar. Shrishti wonders how they can pay him, when they don’t have money for themselves.
The goon directly speaks to Preeta that it was about his life, so he had to lie. He blames Preeta’s mother as well. Rakhi now walks to the goon and inquires the goon again, who paid him? He takes Preeta’s name.
Rakhi slaps him and says they wants the truth, not a big lie. They know Preeta and her mother, they can’t even think of such heinous act. She asks him the truth. Rishab clutches the neck of the goon and asks who gave him money to take Preeta’s name? He is an idiot, so is his boss; Preeta put her life at stake for him and got kidnapped herself. Sameer brings the police. Rakhi tells the police to take him, and not trust him if he takes Preeta’s name again. She knows Preeta and her mother well, they can’t even think about it. Rishab tells the inspector to interrogate the man well.
Mahira now intervenes why they are trusting Preeta blindly. Preeta tells her to shut up, Mahira knows well that the goon was lying. Why would she do so? Mahira says Preeta got a reason that is to stop her marriage with Karan. Mahira tells the family that she creates such nuisances and mess so that her wedding Mohrat of 4 pm is skipped. Shrishti fully supported Preeta in her plan as well. It was a fake information given to Karan so that he left his marriage and came here. She executed her plan well enough, and got the goon arrested as well. Preeta stops Mahira saying whatever her blame is, it’s false; but one thing she said is true. She doesn’t want her and Karan’s marriage. It’s not because she doesn’t want an entry in Luthra family, but because she knows how bad a girl she is.
Karan is a better guy, and deserves a better girl. Karan shouts at Preeta, Shut up! He holds Mahira’s arm and says she is the best girl for him, no matter the Mohrat is gone but he will marry her. He tells Mahira not to worry, this girl means nothing for me. His mother’s heart is big enough to forgive her, but for him Preeta Arora means nothing. He leaves the hall. Rishab tries to stop Karan, then apologizes Karan again. Preeta wipes her tears. Rishab joins his hands, and thanks Preeta for all she had done for him. Sherlin interferes that Rishab can’t differentiate the right and wrong. Rishab says she is right, he couldn’t recognize the right face of Sherlin as well. Kareena was angry with Rishab now. She asks what magic has Preeta played on Rakhi; and promises Mahira that she and Sherlin will make sure Mahira marries Karan tomorrow. They will not let unwanted people to interfere.
Before they left, Preeta thanks Rakhi for always supporting her. But she doesn’t want Rakhi’s family against her, so she may not support her anymore. Rakhi assures Preeta that family never goes against a person. Their Rishab and Karan are with them. Karan sometimes speak harshly, but he is good at heart. She is well aware of the differences between them two families, but Preeta has always stood beside them in times of need. She assures Preeta that everything will be fine. Rishab thanks Preeta again. Preeta says they have been great friends, and Rishab supported her and her sister multiple times, it was her first chance to return the help. Rishab considers himself lucky to have her as friend. Preeta thanks Sameer for his help. She must have been helpless without their help. She takes a leave from Rakhi. She says she didn’t like her family going against her today.
At home, Janki bua was restlessly waiting for the girls. The girls reach home. Janki tells them to go and sleep in Sarla’s room. Shrishti inquires the reason. She says Sarla is in their room. She found out that she ran through the window. Shrishti doesn’t take the blame and loudly says she didn’t. Sarla comes there, angrily. Shrishti explains that it was Sameer, she had just asked him to open the window and he took it way too seriously.
Sarla questions Preeta what’s going on. She left with Shrishti, but didn’t return with her. Even Shrishti was off-guarded. She locked Shrishti in the room and herself went to Luthra House. There was no wedding going on in Luthra House, and Sherlin said Preeta wasn’t there. She returned and offered Shrishti food, but she had to sleep. Later, she found out that Shrishti flee the house through the window. She inquires the girls what’s going on between them. Shrishti says its nothing. Sarla angrily threatens to slap her, Shrishti always lie to her. Preeta agrees to tell everything to Sarla. She says she went to market with Shristi. She spotted someone kidnapping Rishab. She followed them into a hotel. She even had a fight with kidnapper. She was kidnapped, and even Karan was in room with her. She got herself freed, and found Rishab. She then got the goon caught as well. Rakhi was happy and even thanked her. Sarla asks what everyone else said. Kareena, Mahira, Sherlin and Karan must have insulted her.
Shrishti asks how does Sarla know everything about it and did someone call her, Sarla mentions that she does not need any phone call but she is their mother and knows how they both are, she even knows those people and is aware when they will disrespect someone. Sarla mentions that she feels pain when they all blame her for each and everything wrong that happened to them both because she knows what they are capable off, Sarla asks how can she make such a mistake because she believes that Preeta has some sense which she cannot expect from Shrishti, Preeta takes her away then pleads with Sarla to sit and stop crying because she has something to tell her.
Maira mentions that she feels Sherlin is responsible for the things that have happened to them as if she had kept her friend at bay than nothing of the sort would have happened, Maira tries to threaten her but Sherlin explains that she should change her focus towards karan as otherwise she would not get married, she should also try to change her attention towards Rishab and Rakhi, otherwise she would not get married to karan, Sherlin says that she promises nothing wrong would happen, Karina comes from behind asking what is they are talking about.
Preeta mentions that she should understand that when they came to her, it was Rishab who gave her the first job and he has helped her in every matter, he was the one who stood by her when she was blamed for stealing and also when Shrishti was in jail, he came forward to help them so why can she not help her friend who was with her in every wrong matter.
Sarla is not able to control her emotions she mentions that she always desires to tell everyone that she is the most honest and lovely women who always cares for others but she should understand that bad things only happens to those who are true and honest, she should understand that nothing like this should happen as she is really good towards others.
Maira explains that she si worried because Preeta even kidnapped Rishab to stop their wedding but she is worried about what would happen as Rakhi even now cares for Preeta, Karina promises that she is sure Preeta would not come and nothing wrong would happen at her wedding.
Janki taunts Shrishti mentioning that she should learn something from her sister who knows how to handle each and every situation, Shrishti explains that it is nothing like this and everyone has a different way of convincing which cannot be same, she also exclaims that it is because of her that they are safe because she called Karan, Preeta pulls her ears inquiring why she did so, she explains that she did not know it was karan as she called Sameer, but he answered it and did not even say anything, she should therefor should not have pulled her ears, Shrishti leaves, Preeta also follows her.
Preeta seeing the rain from her window remembers all the moments that were spent with karan and how happy they both were, she thinks how they both were the best of friends and he even proposed to her for marriage, karan starts crying, Preeta is also crying, he wipes off his tears asking Maira what is happening and does she have something to say to him, she asks if he will marry her, he assures her and she hugs him exclaiming that she is really tensed, because she fears that he might not marry her when Rakhi and Rishab will talk to him and convince him that Preeta is better than Maira, he pushes her away assuring that he will marry her and no one can do anything to change his mind, h
he assures her that he will marry her, then he says that he will rest now so she must go, she turns back thinking that she came to get the promise and is leaving with it, Karan stands in front of the window when Sameer comes asking if he can rest in his room as his own bed has gotten wet, karan is not able to believe him than asks what has happened, Sameer mentions that he left his window open which got his bed wet.Shrishti comes to the room asking Preeta to come with her so that they can enjoy the rain, Preeta refuses to let her open it but he opens it, mentioning that she feels Preeta is worried that she might start remembering karan.
Sameer is with karan when he wakes up, Sameer mentions that he was missing Preeta a lot and was even speaking her name, he feels that karan is worried and does not want to marry Maira, Sameer leaves the room ordering that he remain quiet and not speak anything relating to Preeta.
Preeta and Shrishti are both doing the household chores when Shrishti seeing Preeta thinks that she knows her sister is thinking of karan and how he will marry Maira the next day but she would not let anyone believe that it is the case. Preeta thinks that when karan will marry Maira the next day she would make sure to never see his face again.
Janki is looking for the knife, Shristhi mentions that she brought the knife for the apples and it is with her, she asks that they should forgive her as she is blamed for each and everything that happens in the house, they can beat her but should stop scolding her.
Shristhi goes to Preeta exclaiming that she should rest and not do so much work because otherwise she would get tired, Preeta mentions that she is not thinking of anyone, Shrishti forces her to exclaim that she is thinking of Karan than Preeta goes away, Shristhi mentions that Preeta still cares or her and is thinking about him, Preeta exclaims that she is only thinking how bad of a person he is and what he has done to her, She turns to find Sarla standing there, she is really happy that her daughter has finally realized that he is not a good person for her, she asks if her mother is happy that she has finally realized that Karan is not a good boy for her.
Shrishti is scolded by both her sister and her mother, Preeta closes the door than thinks whys he is not able to forget Karan when he is marrying someone else,
Shrishti goes to Janki asking if she is also acting like her mother and sister, Janki mentions that she is not doing anything of the sort and is happy that Karan is marrying someone else because if he will not marry Maira he would always be there to hurt her which would not be beneficial for any of them, she knows that Preeta would be happy without him, Shristhi exclaims that she is thinking he still cares for Preeta, the only thing is that he has to realize what place Preeta has in his life than everything will be okay, she prays to god that Karan come to their house to take Preeta.
Karan than comes to their house which shocks her, Karan yells for Preeta who at first is not able to understand that he has really come, than Preeta also comes out, he looks at her taking her hand than demanding that she come with him, she asks for what he is taking her, than he mentions that he wants her to see that he is marrying Maira and see the entire function because only than will she realize that he does not care for her and is marrying someone else, as than he tries to force her, Janki stops him mentioning that she will not go with him, he claims that only those who have something to hide will do anything like this, than he thinks that he should formally invite her so brings an invitation card before leaving, Shristhi goes after him, Preeta heads back into the room and closes the door before lying on the bed and crying.
Shristhi wonders how hurt Preeta would be than they decide to stay be with her, they knock on the door, but she does not open the door, Janki threatens to call her mother.
Sarla is walking in the market, when a thief snatches her purse, Karan sees him and so runs after him, Sarla is not able to understand what he is doing here.
Preeta sits up in the bed than thinks of what Karan said that he is marrying someone else and desires that she be present at his wedding,
Shristhi thinks if Preeta has done something when she does not open the door, they both break the lock, Janki pleads with her to say something because they both were scared when she was not saying anything, they had really bad feeling about it. Janki exclaims that they are a family and the sorrow which is going through is also their to bear, Preeta says that she knows that they all mean a lot to her so she would never do anything to hurt her family.
Preeta mentions that she was not feeling anything and wanted to remain alone for some time, than Preeta wipes off her tears mentioning that Shrishti should not cry because of her, than promises that they should not cry, she leaves as her mother would be worried, than says that their mother has gone for quite some time so they should call her, Preeta asks them to not say anything to Dadi, she would get worried because of her.
Preeta wonders where her mother is, she runs out in the hall and hiding behind the pillar she starts to cry, Shrishti and Janki also come and are shocked to see her, she goes to call her mother but the phone is out of reach, she gets worried and has no idea what to do, the number is than turned off, they wonder what might have happened to their mother..
Maira is trying her dress when Sherlin comes exclaiming that she is having a feeling that something wrong is about to happen, she explains that she has searched the entire house but karan is not here, she ahs a feeling that Preeta might have called karan, Maira asks if prithvi has something to do but she explains that he has not done anything. Maira mentions than there is no problem, whenever he will come back than he will marry only her.
Sherlin asks her why can she remain so calm, Maira exclaims that she believes this because she went to him and he made a promise that he will only marry her because she made him realize that he had promised him this even before so she knows he will fulfil his promise,
