The good son 23 June 2021: Vedant coming to hospital and recalls Purva’s words. She thinks what to do and thinks she left not to trouble him, and thinks if she shall return and apologize. Pankhudi comes to his cabin. Vedant asks her about his appointment diary from Dr. Rashmi.Pankhudi says I felt that you were on the door and heard everything. Vedant asks what? He says you have a misunderstanding.
Pankhudi says someone can’t lie. He tells that it is difficult for a woman to forget her first love. Vedant says but marriage had happened. He asks her to bring his appointment diary. Sanju asks Vedant to teach him now itself. Purva thinks of Pankhudi’s words asking her not to trouble Vedant. Purva says I shall not increase his troubles and shall apologize to him. Nani asks where are you going?

Just then Dr. Rashmi comes and takes her with her for sonography. Purva comes to the hospital and asks about Dr. Vedant. Pankhudi says he left. Purva asks her to drop nani and come to sanjeevani sadan. Dr. Vedant comes. Pankhudi asks him to take coffee. He sees Purva and calls her. Purva comes to him and says pankhudi said that you left. Vedant asks Purva why she came? Purva says Nani is going to Vaishnavi temple and asks if Pankhudi can stay with them. Vedant says she can stay with them. Purva thanks him for his help.
He says sorry. She says we will have coffee together in the evening. Vedant says ok and says bye. Sanju calls Ramesh and tells that son will be born to Sumeet according to the report. He says he made a stone which will fulfill his wish to have a son. Sumeet says ok. They come to show report to Vedant. Vedant checks the report. Sumeet asks how is his son? Vedant says how can you be so sure and says everyone wishes to have a son, but they forget that she is the respect of the family etc. Sumeet says your father is selling stones and guarantees that we will have a son and you are saying this is illegal. Vedant asks him to leave.
Purva and Pankhudi come to Sanjeevani Sadan. Ramesh says Pankhudi can’t stay there. He says I will show your right place and throws Pankhudi stuff out. Vedant tells Purva that tomorrow is Dada ji’s birthday and they go to Ashram every year and feeds the orphaned kids and share the love which Dada ji had for them. Purva asks shall I come? Vedant asks her to show her leg and says you will come as you are part of the family. Pankhudi hears them silently and gets jealous. Sanju realizes her jealousy and asks if everything is fine. He says I can understand the sadness on your face. She says that she is happy seeing them together. Sanju asks if she likes Vedant. Pankhudi says she likes someone else. Sanju thinks she likes him and smiles.

Dadi asks when your intelligence tooth came. Sanju helps Vedant and signs Ramesh. Vedant gets doubtful seeing Ramesh and signs Manjula. She nods nothing. They all go to Ashram and distribute things to the kids in the Ashram. Purva sees some women and asks who are these.
Vedant says these are mothers of these kids and tells that some husband forces them to keep their sons here. Purva asks if gifts etc are enough and tells that the kids shall feel that we are their family. Pankhudi is upset that she couldn’t go and recalls Vedant calling Purva as his family. She bursts her anger on a patient. Dr. Rashmi tries to correct her behavior, but Pankhudi insults her too. Purva gets blindfolded and plays with the children. Vedant asks everyone to go and thanks Purva. Purva says she used to organize office parties and games.
Vedant asks her to organize Dadaji’s birthday party. Purva agrees. Sanju takes their pic and comes to Ranesh. He shows their pic and tells about their party. Ramesh asks Gomti to do something and says Gudadi lal shall have shock. Gomti says short circuit. Ramesh says this is not for Gudadi lal, but purva. He asks her to do work. Sanju sends their pic to Pankhudi. Pankhudi is staring Vedant’s pic and thinks she loves him a lot, why can’t he see her. Vedant comes to Purva and tells that today he did the delivery of a woman, whose baby weight is 5.5 kg. Vedant says that mother might be feeling pain. Purva writes down the things for the party and thinks Vedant will do this. Gomti fears that they will get caught. Ramesh emotionally blackmails her, saying that he will get her engaged etc. Gomti agrees. Ramesh shares his plan that they need an electrician to do their work. Pankhudi hears them.
