The frontliners 23 August 2021: The Episode starts with Shashank telling about a terminal patient, who wanted to see his daughter’s marriage, there was an intern, filled with life like you both, she explained me to fulfill that patient’s last wish. Juhi smiles. Shashank says this really happened, that intern is the country’s best neuro surgeon now. Sid asks are you talking about Juhi. Juhi says yes, keep it up, its a good thought, we can use a hospital wing for this function, no patient should get hurt, you would be thinking about Vardaan. Shashank says yes, am I so predictable, manage Vardaan with love, there shouldn’t be any incident. Sid and Ishani thank him and go. Juhi says no, I just know you well, you aren’t predictable.
The man calls him for an emergency. Shashank asks what were you saying. She says no, I can wait.He goes.Sid says this can’t happen, Vardaan will refuse, we will keep marriage without informing, we will say sorry and move on. Ishani says its a criminal act. He says its called efficient. He calls Vardaan and says we recommended your name for a day’s spa treatment, would you like to go. Ishani says its wrong. He says you think Vardaan had recording devices here. She says you will get me fired also. He says lovers aren’t scared, we promised Jessica and Jignesh also. She says rules are rules. He says we can break rules, why are you scared. She says my parents broke rules and I m still having that defamation. She cries. She says every action has a reaction, we have to pay for our deeds. He says you aren’t like your parents.
She says I have to write an official mail to Vardaan. Vardaan hears her and asks what official email, Sid is involved, what did Sid do now.Ishani says we wanted to keep Jessica’s marriage here in Sanjivani. Vardaan asks what. Ishani says she has cancer, she will be on life support soon, she has a fiance, he is crazy about her, we don’t think she can go out of Sanjivani, we want to fulfill her wish. Vardaan says Sanjivani is not a banquet hall, anyways the idea is not bad, very good, done. Ishani smiles and asks really. Sid asks him. Vardaan says okay, its your duty that no patient should face any trouble. Sid thinks how did Vardaan agree so easily. Vardaan asks them to manage now. Ishani thanks him. Rishabh asks why did you permit them. Vardaan sees Anjali. He says marriage is going to happen, I like the rasams, people get senti seeing it, they realize their life is lonely, go and help them, have fun with them.
Shashank asks did Vardaan agree. Sid and Ishani say yes. He says your team is good. Shashank asks nurse Philo to sit. He says congrats, Jessica will get married at Sanjivani. She hugs and thanks him.He says we are part of Sanjivani family, thank them if you want. Nurse thanks them. Sid hugs her. Nurse says bless you, you both came as angels for Jessica. Shashank jokes. They laugh.Sid says Vardaan agreed soon. Ishani says we got the official permission. Sid says there is something big, what could it be. Sid asks everyone to listen. Ishani says Jessica’s marriage… Sid says we will be going it here in Sanjivani. Asha says its marriage, how will we get a pandit. Rishabh says its my responsibility to arrange a pandit, I will get the best pandit, don’t be shocked, I m also part of Sanjivani. Sid thanks and hugs him. Ishani says Vardaan agreed, okay, but Rishabh…. Sid says yes, he just sees his own benefit. They come to cafe to have coffee. Ishani drinks coffee. He says we are on the same page.
She takes his coffee mug. He says there is something similar between us. He sees her mug and says that’s my mug, its fine, I will have it from your mug. She sees the lipstick mark on the mug. He drinks the coffee. She sees butterfly again. Her heart gets beating. She runs away. Sid says she has run away. He jokes. He says I have to keep an eye on Vardaan and Rishabh. Juhi comes to Shashank. She apologizes. She says I should have believed you about Vardaan, I was so angry and got personal matter into work, I should have not behaved like that. He says forgiven. She thanks him.
He says I m also sorry, I was just trying to save your and Rahul’s relation, I want to ask something, am I responsible that you and Rahul aren’t together. Juhi says no, you weren’t the reason for our divorce, Rahul changed after leaving Sanjivani, he wasn’t the Rahul whom I loved, he forgot all the ethics, you fired me from Sanjivani and changed my entire life. He says I know, can you forgive me. She says ten years, I lived in this misconception that I made a mistake that you fired me, I never asked you anything and left the hospital, I need some time, I promise I will never get personal matter into work. He says I made a mistake. She asks did you really love me.
Update: Sid questions Ishani’s feelings
Juhi asking Shashank did he love her, she wants to hear it from him. He says the word love means different for everyone, you were my best student that time, I spent much time with you, we shared little things and celebrated successful surgeries, we consoled each other in sorrow, I have trusted you more than myself, I left Sid’s surgery on you, you made me out of OT, our relation was beautiful, there was care and respect, its still there, tell me will you call it love.
Everyone is busy in decorating the wedding venue. Sid says you all worked well, we will handle now. Aman and others leave. Anjali gets angry thinking of Vardaan. She vents anger. Vardaan says its good, she will melt down soon by this fire. Ishani sleeps while sitting. Sid holds her and makes her sleep. She opens eyes and sees him. She gets away. He says I didn’t do anything. She gets busy. She says I m happy, for what you did for Jessica and Jignesh. Sid comes to her. He says we both did this together. She says but you convinced Jessica, you are very nice, I mean I made a mistake in knowing you, I felt you are a….. He asks mean guy, a bad person, fraud?
She says sorry, I think… He asks what happened, are you in love with me. She gets shocked. She signs no. He says but I think so, just tell me, are you in love with me, I m a doctor, tell me, are there any symptoms of Loveria. She sees her inner self asking her not to delay or hurry in making a love confession, first control your feelings, you would be thinking to say I love you Dr. Sid, but control baby….. She tries to say. Sid says sorry, I don’t understand your language. She says I don’t love you, your fate isn’t so good, my fate isn’t so bad. He looks at her.
Vardaan says I have come to apologize. She asks the staff to go. He asks her to listen to him once. She asks what is it, tell me. He says I can say but I m worried. The staff goes out. Vardaan makes Anjali wear the red saree. She gets shocked. He says wow, this saree looks beautiful. She says you are crossing the line again. He says yes, why are the lines set between us. She gets angry on him. He says I m sorry, I won’t do this again, anyway I m leaving this saree here, if you wear this tomorrow in function, I will think you have forgiven me, give a chance to the hope.
