Strange Love 4 May 2021: starts with Astha asking Anjali about her fast. Anjali says you have to keep the fast as you have insulted our traditions, you have to do the Prayaschit. Astha agrees and says I will keep this fast for your sake. jaya and Sojal are happy. Anjali says if you don’t keep it well, you will be punished more severely. Astha says I agree and leaves. jaya tells Anjali that Astha is very clever, who knows she can eat anything while hiding. Anjali asks jaya to go and pack her bag and have rest. She says Astha knows that she should not break the fast.
Its morning, Shlok looks at Astha and smiles. Astha is getting ready. He applies bindi to her and says you are Mrs. Shlok Agnihotri now, you should be perfect, keep in mind. He says take this tea. She says no, I don’t want to drink. He says drink it. She says I don’t want to. He says whats your problem, drink it. She says its my fast and pushes the tea cup. He says really? Fast and you. He says is it for me and laughs. He says its fine even if you don’t keep it, he taunts her and says no need for it, you won’t be able to keep it. Astha gets angry and leaves. Sojal is working in the kitchen. Astha comes there. Sojal asks her to do some work. Astha starts working. Sojal says did you really keep the fast. Astha says yes. Anjali says Astha you will make the food today and sends Sojal. Anjali asks Astha to make everything well. Astha says fine. Anjali says make more food as we have to cook for 20 ashram kids, make 100 to 150 rotis and it should be made before noon. Astha says ok and cooks. Kalindi is thinking about Astha and reminds Avdhoot that she learnt to cook Kadi only for Astha as she likes it a lot.
They think of Astha and smile. Ajju says send some Kadi to Astha. Avdhoot says not necessary, this won’t look good there. Kalindi coughs and Avdhoot gives her water. She says I don’t like this Kadi today without Astha, I don’t want to have food, I feel to make Astha eat by my hands. She says why do always daughters have to leave their house and go. Astha is cooking in the kitchen. She is about to drink water, but thinks of her fast and stops.
Sojal comes to Astha in the kitchen and offers her juice. She says you might be tired, drink it. Anjali comes there and says Sojal. Sojal gets tensed. Anjali says are you not ashamed to do this, don’t you know its her fast today, you want to break her fast, isn’t it. Anjali asks Sojal to go and do her work. Anjali looks at Astha and says Astha, time is less, work faster and you are keeping the fast for one day, not for a month, that you are feeling so weak.
Everyone are having lunch and Astha serves them food along with Sojal. Astha feels weaker and holds her head. Anjali says stop acting and serve the food well. Niranjan says Astha, how is your dad now. I m busy in work so could not go to see him, but he does not come to our house often.
Anjali says its not good to come to daughter’s house often. Niranjan leaves. Shlok, Varad and Kaka also leave after finishing their food. Anjali sits and asks Sojal also to have food. Anjali says Astha, where are you going, serve us now. Sojal smiles. Astha starts feeling unwell. Astha serves them. Shlok calls Astha and she is coming to him. He shouts Astha again and again. jaya brings food for Astha and asks her to eat it. She says you are like my daughter, I can’t see you like this. Astha says no aunty, I can’t eat this, whatever I did was not to insult the elders, I kept this fast by my wish and I don’t want to break it, I m sorry. Anjali looks at them. jaya gets worried seeing Anjali. Anjali comes to jaya and scolds her saying I m forgiving you for the last time, if you do it again, I will forget that you are our guest. Astha comes to Shlok. He sees her feeling weak and comes to her. He says you are doing all this as you don’t want to go for honeymoon, but I don’t care, start packing now. Astha says I m really not well. He says shh… start packing. Anjali shouts Astha and Astha has to go to her now. Astha comes in the hall and everyone looks at her. Anjali says whats the reason to go to your room and sit. She says do one thing, take these silver vessels and polish them. Astha says can’t I do this later, now I m….. Anjali says Sojal bring oil, I will massage Astha’s hand. Anjali taunts Astha and says you don’t have the strength to keep the fast, let it be, I will do the work myself. Astha says its ok, I will do it. jaya and Sojal smile.
AStha takes the silver items and starts going. She feels unwell and falls. Everyone are shocked. Shlok comes running to Astha and holds her. Shlok says Astha…… and tries to make her conscious. Varad comes and asks what happened to her. Shlok says I don’t know. Varad brings water and Shlok puts on Astha. She opens her eyes and gets up. He asks are you fine. Varad asks Sojal to bring anything for Astha but Anjali stops her. Varad goes and brings juice for Astha. Shlok asks Astha to drink it. He makes Astha drink it and her fast breaks. Anjali gets angry seeing this.Shlok arguing with Anjali. Anjali says Astha broke the rituals and traditions, she also went to her house after I stopped her, she should be punished. Shlok shouts on Anjali and says you don’t have any right to punish her, as when I m not your son, how can Astha be your bahu. Astha looks at Shlok. Shlok says only dad and I have the right to punish Astha. He says you does not exist in my life. Astha says but Shlok…. Shlok says its between me and Mrs. Agnihotri. He says lets go now. Varad says Astha won’t be able to go to her room by walk, lift her.
Shlok lifts Astha in his arms and takes her to the room. Astha looks at him and everyone leaves. Anjali is angry. Sojal argues with Varad and says you should have taken care of me as you care for Astha. He says atleast try to become like her. Shlok brings Astha to the room and makes her lie down and removes her slippers. He gives her water to drink and adds electral powder in it. Astha looks at him. He makes her drink drink it by his hands. Astha stares at him and his generosity. He cares for her and music plays…….. Astha slightly smiles seeing him.
Shlok and Astha have an eyelock. He says what are you seeing, do you think that I really care about you, do you think that I love you. He laughs off and says sorry, its nothing like that. He says our marriage is still the bad dream which I turned into reality, I m doing this so that you become well soon so that you can start the preparations of our honeymoon with me, don’t refuse to come with me, else your dad….. you don’t have any option, you have to come with me on honeymoon. Astha starts crying. Shlok leaves. Astha looks at him while he leaves. Its night……. Astha is packing her bag for the honeymoon trip. She says I don’t want to go on honeymoon but I have to go as I m helpless, what to do to cancel this trip. Shlok comes and says great, it looks like you are in hurry for the honeymoon, you are packing the bag.
He says your clothes can’t be with my clothes and gets angry. He gifts her some clothes and says you will wear what I brought for you. She says you can’t rule everytime, this sweater is given by my mum with so much love. Shlok says raise your standards and throws the sweater out. Astha says I wish Bappa does something to stop me from going to the honeymoon. Shlok gets angry and comes to her saying sweetheart, it won’t happen as I won’t let it happen. Astha says Bappa, show me some way to get rid of this problem. Its morning, Anjali is giving the aarti to the home. Abhay comes and speaks sweetly to Anjali. He thanks her for sending jyoti again with him. Abhay smiles cunningly. jaya is packing her bag. Sojal says whats all this, see your luggage, its too much, if Anjali sees this, she will doubt on you. Varad comes and asks jaya to pack her bag fast as the train is about to leave in some time. jaya says you look sad, if you say I will stay here. Varad says I m very happy that you are going, come fast. jaya says Sojal that I should have married you to some other guy than Varad. Varad calls her an asks her to come fast. Sojal greets her mum and thinks now even my mum won’t be here, who will save me from Astha.
Abhay meets Sojal and gives her prasad. He says your husband is great, he is sending Shlok and Astha to Singapore. He says I m worried about you, Shlok supports Astha but Varad does nto support you ever. He says I know you like jewellery. He says I went to mandir to pray for you as I know you might have made jyoti agree to come to me. He says you are like my elder sister and I brought a golden necklace for you. Sojal is happy seeing it and says no. He says please don’t say no, if you accept it, I will be happy. Sojal accepts it. He says I think I should keep jyoti happy. Sojal says Shlok and Astha have a problem between them. He says I know Astha is a trouble for you, tell me what to do, just command me. He says Astha is important in this house as Shlok supports her. Sojal says I don’t know what to do but I want to cancel their honeymoon plan. Abhay says you can stop them from going if you want. Sojal says I, how. He gives her some idea. Sojal agrees.
Kalindi tells Avdhoot about the bills due. She thinks Avdhoot’s salary won’t come now. She says fine, we will pay them later. Avdhoot says the thing can’t change, I don’t know when will I get my salary. He says I don’t understand how will we manage the expenses. Kalindi says I have saved them money, its fine for two three months, I trust the Bappa, you will be called in the office with full respect. Avdhoot smiles. Sojal comes to Astha’s room and checks her bag. Anjali asks jaya to leave but she is crying and trying a way to stay in the house. Varad says lets go, we are getting late. Astha says I will go and call Sojal. Anjali says wait, I will call her, let her meet, who knows jaya will come here again or not. Sojal is searching in the room. Anjali calls out Sojal.
Sojal gets the things she was looking for and hides it. Anjali sees her getting out of Astha’s room. She asks what were you doing here. Sojal makes excuses. Anjali says make your mum leave, I don’t want to have her here for some more days. She says lets go down. Sojal comes with Anjali to her mum jaya. Sojal hugs her room and the passport falls. Sojal keeps her foot on it. Abhay sees it. jaya says shall I really go. Sojal says yes, go. jaya is upset and leaves with Varad. Anjali asks Sojal why did you not go to leave your mum till outside the house, now go and bring food for Abhay. Sojal says fine. Anjali and Astha leaves. Sojal gives the passport to Abhay and he smiles.
