Strange Love 23 May 2021: starts with Anjali talking to the pandit. She says the jewels will come from Astha’s house as she is going to do the puja. jaya talks to Sojal and leaves. The pandit says I have written everything in this book, check it once. He leaves. Anjali asks Astha to ask her parents to send her some jewels. She says it would be tough for them to buy gold, so take some money from me and buy some gold from their side. Astha thinks I will surely do this, maybe its Bappa’s wish but how will I tell mum, I will go and buy gold myself. Sojal looks on and says this ritual will be done by Astha’s family, I won’t leave any chance, I will make Astha cry bloody tears.
She takes the phone and calls Astha’s family. She talks about Ganpati puja. She says did Astha not tell you, the thing is the Ganpati’s idols have to be brought by you. She is happy and says Astha you have hidden such a big thing from your dad, now I have done you work and made it easy for you. She smiles. Astha makes the pearl garlands and shows it to Anjali. Anjali asks Astha to take money from her and bring jewels. Astha says I spoke to my dad, he will bring the jewels. Anjali says fine and leaves. Astha says I will go and bring the jewels and tell Anjali that it came from my home. Avdhoot comes with the jewels. Astha is happy to see it and says how did you know about this. He says I m your dad and won’t let any trouble come to you. She asks did Anjali call you. He says no, see Astha don’t tell anything about this to Kalindi. Anjali looks on and thinks how can it be. Avdhoot says I will leave now.
Astha says what was the need to do all this. She cries. He says nothing is more valuable to me than my daughter’s happiness, I can do anything for you and it will make me only happy. He blesses her and leaves. Anjali says Astha….. Astha says my dad gave me these jewels. Anjali acts rude and asks Astha to keep the jewels in the mandir. She asks her to get up early at 4am and do the puja with Shlok. She tells its importance and leaves. Astha keeps the jewels in the mandir. jaya sees this and smiles seeing the jewellery. Sojal is cleaning the utensils. jaya comes to her and says its your fate to do all this. She says you are foolish, do you know Anjali is making Astha and Shlok do the puja, did she ask you to do it anytime. She says Anjali asked Astha to wake up early and make haldi kumkum Ganpati. Sojal says I won’t let Astha get up on time and do the puja. jaya says how will it be. Sojal says see what I do.
Shlok and Astha bump into each other. Astha says sorry seeing his phone broken as it fell. They start arguing. She says wake up early at 4am, keep the alarm. He says I wake up by my mobile’s alarm and you damaged my phone. She says you always talk about other’s fault. He says look who’s talking, you are a drama queen. She says atleast you called me a queen, not a maid to obey your orders. Shlok gets closer to AStha. She moves away. He says you have to wake me up, got it Mrs 50%. Astha leaves. Shlok smiles. Jaya asks Sojal to give her Badam milk as she is feeling weak. Sojal makes milk ready for everyone. Sojal mixes something in Astha’s milk glass so that Astha cannot wake up in the morning, but jaya mixes the glasses by mistake. Sojal still half sure brings the milk glass to Astha. Sojal is confused thinking which glass has the sleeping tablet. Astha comes to her room with Kavya. Kavya sees the milk glass and asks can I have it.
Astha says no, you had lemon juice just now, right. Shlok comes with so many files and says your report is completely wrong, make a new one. He says wake me at the right time. Kavya says Astha is more smart than you, why do you scold her.
Shlok says if she is so smart, why does she lose out to me. Astha looks at him. Shlok comes closer to Astha and she closes her eyes. He leaves. Kavya says good night and leaves too. Astha looks at the files and says I will check them tomorrow.
Astha takes the milk glass and drinks the milk. Astha gets ready on time and comes to wake up Shlok. She says its 4am and he is still sleeping. She looks at him and smiles. She asks him to wake up. Shlok drank the sleeping pill milk. Shlok pulls Astha to him in sleep. She says Shlok……… its 4 am, please get up. Shlok does not respond. She brings a bucket of water and throws water on him saying Mr. Rude now I will see how you don’t wake up. Shlok says what the hell……… Are you mad.
She says you are mad, I m trying to wake you up and you are continuously sleeping. Anjali comes and asks whats going on, who has thrown the water. Shlok dries his hair. Anjali brings uptan and asks Astha to apply it to Shlok. Astha says I…….. Anjali says you are still Shlok’s wife and you have to apply uptan to him. Shlok says this is not needed, I will apply myself. Shlok says Niranjan won’t like this, Astha will apply the uptan. Anjali says come down soon and leaves. Shlok takes the uptan and starts applying. Astha looks at him. Astha applies the uptan to his face. He holds her hand and Khuda……………. plays………….. They have an eyelock.Astha asking Shlok to leave her hand. Shlok smiles and says you are company’s 50% partner, it means even the uptan should be equally applied, to you too. She says no Shlok. Shlok applies the uptan to her face from his cheek. Music plays……………… Astha closes her eyes and he smiles. Saiyyan Ve ab raasta dikhade tu……………….. khuda………………… plays…………. Astha leaves. The puja is to be done and everyone are ready for it.
Sojal thinks Astha is sleeping, it will be fun when she does not come down on time. She thinks of telling Anjali that she and Varad will do the puja. Astha comes. Sojal is shocked seeing her. Anjali asks Astha to hurry up.
Shlok and Astha greet Niranjan and Anjali. They bless them. jaya asks Sojal how did this happen, she is more clever than you. Anjali asks Astha and Shlok to do the puja and make Ganesh’s idol. It has to be made behind curtains and they don’t have to talk while making the idol. Astha and Shlok are taken inside. Astha and Shlok start making the idol. Shlok is about to talk but Astha stops him. She signs him to focus on the idol. She teaches him how to do. Shlok acts rough whereas Astha does it smoothly. Shlok signs I don’t know how to do. Astha helps him and they make the idol finally. Astha looks at him and smiles. They look at each other. Astha gives the finishing touches to the idol. Music plays………….. Shlok sprinkles water on the idol and then on Astha. Astha wants to move her hair but her hands are bad, she blows on her face to move the hair. Shlok blows on her and signs fine now? Astha smiles seeing the idol ready.
Astha shows the idol to Anjali. Anjali asks Astha and Shlok to close their eyes and put sindoor and haldi on the idol. Shlok looks at Astha. They put the sindoor and haldi together on the idol keeping their eyes closed. The sindoor falls on Astha’s face. Niranjan asks Anjali to tell them to lift the idol together. Shlok and Astha bring the idol together. Kaka says Ganpati Bappa Morya. jaya says see how beautiful Ganesh they have made. Astha and Shlok place the idol in the mandir. Astha goes in the kitchen to cook. Sojal asks Astha how did she wake up on time. Astha says I got up, but Shlok was sleeping, I had to throw cold water on him. Sojal thinks it means Shlok drank that milk. jaya asks Sojal to come out. Astha asks Astha is everything ready. Astha says yes. Anjali checks the jewellery and says its fake. Astha is shocked.
Anjali gets angry on Astha. Sojal and jaya are happy. Astha says what and looks at the jewellery saying how can this be. Anjali says I want gold jewels instead os this before the puja, I knew this I can’t trust you, I thought you won’t make any mistake.
Astha says these are not the one which my dad brought, that were of real gold. Anjali leaves. Astha thinks of finding the jewels to keep her dad’s respect. Sojal thinks its jaya after all this. jaya hides the jewels in a drawer. Sojal is shocked to see the Bappa’s jewels. She says if you get caught with this, I will end my relation with you. jaya asks Sojal to keep it back. Sojal says I won’t, you keep it somewhere. jaya thinks what to do now. She sees Kavya’s toys basket and thinks I will keep it in this and everyone will think Kavya brought it here. Astha looks for the jewels. Anjali asks Astha to stop crying and her drama. She says I have spoke to the jeweller for new jewels, its my mistake I trusted you. Astha says the jewels are at home, my heart says. Anjali asks her to do her work. Astha cries. Astha talks to Bappa and asks for help. Kavya plays with her toys. jaya looks on. Kavya asks Astha to play with her. Astha says later. Astha wishes to get the jewels. Astha sees Kavya’s toys but can’t see the jewels.
jaya keeps the jewels back. Anjali calls jaya and the jewels fall.Anjali asks what are you doing here. jaya says i was praying that Astha gets the jewels soon. Anjali says you pray for yourself. jaya lifts the jewels and leaves making excuse. jaya thinks where to keep the jewels. She tries to hide it but falls. Astha comes and asks what happened. Astha sees the jewels. Astha calls Anjali and says see I got the jewels.
