Reach for the Stars 25 May 2020: Kalpi is sitting out with the sindur Raghav sent her. She recalls when he put sindur in her head. She recalls Kamla saying hthat you broke my promise. Kamla comes to her and sit near her. Kalpi places her head in kamla’s lap. She says please forgive me ai. I never thought I will hurt you and baba. I never wanted to sit with them but I couldn’t say no to pakhi and Raghavv. Kamla says I know I trust you. don’t worry about what baba said. He is worried because he cares about you.
Everything will be better with time. Kalpi asks you did pooja for bith of our names ? Whose pooja did God accept ? kamla says kalpi forget Ragahv. You saw that your baba was so angry when he saw Ragahv with you. he sae your dupatta with sindur. I lied to him first time. I can’t see you down in his eyes. Just imagine what will he feel when he finds that Raghav put sinfur in yoru head. Forget him, that’s the wish of your dad and God’s decision. Kalpi says I can’t forget him. He Is my everything.

Vitthal slaps her and the sindur box falls down.
Kamla shouts and says Vitthal stop. Vitthal says its all your mistake. you concealed this such a big thing from me. he goes to kalpi and says you betrayed me. I was ready to fight with the world for her. Vitthal says you forgot how he left you alone in the wedding hall. I am defeated by my daughter. I thought that you are sensible but you felt down and you brought my self respect down too.
Vitthal says you were waiting for him in wedding dress but he never came. He broke our dreams. We are nit like thme who break relationships in moments. He says kamal forget what all your dreams. She doesn’t deserve them. She took advantahge of our trust and love. She made fun of us. Vitthak says i used to be proud of her. I used to wish everyone gets a daughter like kalpi. Whom will say all this to now ? What will i say to people. You ahve proved me wrong kalpi. Kalpi says baba i.. He is about to slap again. Kamla stops him and says you never slapped her in whole life. Vitthal says she has lost all the respect Kamla. She has broken my trust. I was so wrong whole my life. I was wrong that parents should not beat kids. You broke me kalpi. Kamla says stop is Vitthal lets go home.
Scene 2
There are Kalpi’s pictures all over Raghav;s bed. He says just come in my life kalpi. Our fate wants us to be together as well. We will be together one day. He kisses Kalpi’s photo and places it on his chest.
Scene 3
Kalpi is crying the rain. She looks at the sindur mixed in the rain water on the floor. She tries to collect it but she can’t. She and puts it in her head. Kamla comes there and looks at Kalpi crying. She sits with her. Kamla says kalpi, you are not getting your ai baba but understand the signs of nature. Evern God does not want you to pick this sindur up. He has washed it in rain. What you thibnk i can’t differenciate between raind drops and your tears. i know what you feel and i know you are right but sometime life confuses us.
We have to come out of those confusions. Life is to live, to move forward. Your baba is right. Moving on is life, you canm’t stay with this relationship for whole year. Move ahead in your life your mom is with you. Kalpi says i can’t live without baba. I never hurt him. He always agreed to what i said then why is he not getting me this time. Kamla says you ahev to ask for an apology sometimes. He will fogive you.
Scene 4
Vitthal is sitting in the balcony. Kamla and kalpi come to him. Kalpi says baba.. he goes in. Kalpi holds his feet. He stops for a moment. Kalpi is in tears. Kamla says vitthal pardon you princess. Look in her eyes. Forgive her please. Vitthal says i don’t even have forgiveness to give her. He leaves. Kamla goes to him.
Vitthal says when dreams shatter they cayuse so much pain. Kamla syas yuou are the strength of kalpi. If you lose who will bring kalpi out of all this mess. Kalpi needs us. We can’t leave her alone.
Vitthal says what is left now ? She will make us famous like this ? She has done what she had to. I saw a dream when she was born. I thought she will have a fistful sky but today thi sky is leaving me and i can’t do anything. I couldn’t give kalpi what she wanted. I think this is why she done this to me. Kamla syas you need to calm down we haev to think and do something. Vitthal says i am trying to calm down but i can’t help it. kamla says for kalpi vitthal. Vitthal says i don’t know any kalpi.
kamla says our kalpana, the princess of Vitthal. Try to understand she has grown up. Beating her or scolding at her won’t make any difference we have to teach her. SHe is the most important part of our life. Everyone makes mistake, so has she. People change, time change but truth remains same. Truth is that kalpi is our daughter and we have to show her the path. Vitthal says i can’t understand you today. He goes downstairs.Vitthal goes to the temple and sits there in disappointment. Kamla follows him.
In the morning, Vitthal is stil angry with kalpi. She gives him tea. He says place it. He says such a bad tea. I am going to work. Kamla says take your lunch box Vitthal. He says I don’t want it. He says don’t cook my food, I will eat out. Kamla says you don’t like their food. He says like anyone cares here what I like or not. He leaves. Nettu is so pleased. She says Nettu the resentment is all over him.
Pakhi comes to mummy ji’s room. She sees that mummy ji well and oing exercise by their own. Pakhi says wow where is ther nurse ? Mummy ji says I don’t need her more. I sent her. Pakhi says I am so happy fro you. She says there is no water in my bath room. Can I take a bath here ? She says my shower is not working. You can go to Ragahv’s room. Is he still angry with you all the time ? His anger is justified. Your parents have done so bad to him.
She says I wanted to tell cops but I fell from stairs and my voice went off. Pakhi says sometime we have to pay fro what our parents do.
Mummy ji says I hate them both. Pakhi says this will only hurt you. I am just gals that you are well now. Mummy ji says now go and take a bath in Raghav’s washroom. He won’t mind he is your hubby. I wish you win his heart one day. Pakhi goes and says I better be back before Ragahv gets done with his breakfast.
Kalpi looks at her pictures with raghav and recalls her engagement. She recalls when she was upstairs with Raghav. Kamla comes and says kalpi sit here. She shows her come shields that she got in school. She shows her cups one by one. Kalpi says what are you trying to say ? Kamla says this is the path you walked to reach your destination. You are self motivated. You are not just and ordinary house wife. You will make a difference. You promised that you will fulfill our dreams and make us proud.
This is not the time to waste in a useless relationship. Ragahv should not be your dream. Its should be a mistake. He left you for his revenge with so much ease just because you are poor and he knows that we can’t harm him. Now you have to move forward and go ahead from him. You have to draw a longer line than his. Forget the past that will ruin your future. You promised that you won’t meet Ragahv fro whole year. Then why are you wasting this time ? Yu have to work hard to get that fistful sky. You have to show the world that you have that talent.
Tell me will you do this ? show your dad that his princess is still strong. Make him proud again. You have to fulfill your baba’s dream. Will you ? She gives her the shank she brought from the temple. She says this is for the new beginning of your life. You should start a new life. Kalpi swipes her tears and stands up.
Scene 4
Pakhi comes out of the bathroom. Raghav is in the room. She is scared. he is facing the closet. She wants to sneak out but she slips. Raghav holds her, Gauri comes there. Raghav says you should see Pakhi. Gauri says I have asked you to stay away from my son. Pakhi says he is my husband, I have all the right over him. Gauri says this stupid things will not make him yours. Pakhi says stop it aunty what my parents did was wrong but you have no right to blame my character. Raghav is mine and no one can take him from me. Not even you. You truth is with you and my truth is with me.
Scene 5
Kalpi takes out the newspaper. She goes to kamla. Kamla says do you wanna say something ? Kalpi says you wanted me to move forward ai ? I will. I wanna do a job. Kamla smiles and hugs her. she says I knew my kalpi will say this. Kamla says kalpi listen the real identity is your work. You are going to make a new identity I am sure that you will be a madam one day. She hugs her once again. Kalpi says how can I start it with prayers of baba ? Kamla says I will talk to him he can’t be angry with his princess for long. I am just coming in a moment. She leaves. Nettu listens their conversation. She says this kamla is making kalpi forget a rich guy like Raghav just for this little job. She is a maid she showed again. I have to do something. Raghav should never go out of Kalpi’s life.
Vitthal is painting the temple. Kamla comes to him and says kalpi has decided to do work again. She has decided to move forward in her life. He says tell her to conceal this as well. Kamla says why are you not getting that she is listening to us ? She wannna move forward. she is our daughter she needs us. Pardon her please. Everyone makes mistakes kalpi did too. Vitthal is quiet. kamla says in heart I can feel the pain behind his anger. I hope he forgets this all soon.
Nettu says to kalpi I heard you are going to look for a job ? its like you have the well still you will but water. So many people work for Raghav. Instead of being their owner you are looking for this lame job You have everything. Love, job and that man. He loves you and no one can change that. Not everyone gets true love yoy should not leave him. He should be your dream you should not forget him. what is in this job ? You better get Raghav. The fistful sky you are looking for is all with Raghav. World will be at your feet. Kamla over hears her last sentences.
