Promised Love 14 April 2021: starts with Azaan telling Noor that he doesn’t want to be alone. Noor says Shayra and I are with you, you are not alone. Azan rests his head on her shoulder and says I know, but I am having a strange fear of losing someone. Noor asks if some fight happened between Shayra and you. Azaan hugs Noor and tells that he can’t lose Shayra. He says if she goes away from my life then I will die and can’t live. Noor says Azaan, Shayra will not go anywhere and will be with you in your life always. She asks him to go and talk to her. Azaan rests on her bed. Hamari adhuri kahani song plays…..She touches his face. He sleeps on her bed. She rests beside him on the bed. Azaan holds her hand and sleeps. He takes Shayra’s name while sleeping. Noor cries and gets up from the bed. She calls Sejal and tells that she is coming to stay in her house for few days. Sejal says ok. Noor says she will book the tickets and forward her details. She thinks she can’t be weak and can’t come inbetween Shayra and Azaan, so shall leave from there.
In the morning, Shayra comes to her room and thinks where is Azaan? Adil calls her and tells that he went out of house, tells that a guy Raju will come and asks her to collect movie tickets from him and keep it in the safe. He says he has planned surprise for Noor. Shayra thinks to do his work before Azaan comes out. Raju comes there and rings the bell. Shayra takes the tickets from him and keeps in Adil’s safe. She then comes back to her room and calls Azaan. Azaan comes to Adil’s room, takes the keys and opens the safe. Shayra calls Azaan and Noor. He finds a letter in which a man is blackmailing Adil to give 25 lakhs else his truth will be out. Azaan thinks what is his truth? He gets the pendrive. Shayra calls Azaan and Noor. Adil calls Shayra and tells that he is not hearing her. He asks her to go to his room and tell him what gift to take for Noor. Shayra again goes to Adil’s room and waits for his phone call.
Azaan sees Adil and Shayra’s videos in his laptop. Azaan is shocked. Adil is looking from outside and smiles. Adil says you will try to go to her and clear misunderstanding, but this is not possible. Azaan thinks to go to Shayra and clear the misunderstanding. Adil throws medicine dart on his neck which makes Azaan unconscious. Adil walks inside and says you held my collar and beaten me. He slaps Azaan and says this is just warm up, real game is on. He calls Shayra and removes the dart from his neck. Shayra comes down and gets shocked. She asks what happened to him. Adil then shouts calling Noor. Noor comes there and asks what happened? Adil asks her not to worry and says we will take her to hospital. Noor says we shall take him to city hospital, but Adil says they shall take him to nearby hospital. Shayra asks Noor to do as Adil says.
They take him to hospital where there is no electricity. Noor is skeptical and tells that they shall shift Azaan to City hospital. Adil says two hours will be wasted in travelling. He calls the doctor. Doctor is with Adil and pretends to know him. He says he will take him to OT. Shayra asks why? Doctor says he will check him there. Shayra holds Azaan’s hands. Adil sends Noor to bring water. Noor brings water. Adil asks Noor to be with Shayra and goes inside the OT. He smirks. Nurse shows his xray report. Adil asks why didn’t you started the treatment. Doctor says someone injected medicine in his body and asks why didn’t you use the medicine given by me. Adil asks him to do as he says. Doctor shakes hand with him. Adil gives him something and asks him to make sure that he don’t die, says if Nawab dies.
Shayra telling Noor that everything was going good, don’t know whose bad sight fell on them. Noor tells her that they shall shift Azaan to city hospital, says she is feeling strange here. Azaan says let his report come and tells that Azaan is her love, husband and the only reason for her survival. Noor thinks even me. Doctor is transplanting something in Azaan’s mouth while taking out his real tooth. Noor is about to see, but couldn’t see. Doctor transplants chip in his mouth in place of his tooth and signs Adil. Adil smiles. Nurse comes out and tells Shayra that they can’t tell anything and asks Noor to bring the medicine. Shayra asks her to go. Adil comes out of OT holding flowers in his hand and tells that he went to dargah to get blessings from Azaan and her. He gives her bouquet sitting on his knees, saying it is dargah flowers. He asks her to smile. Noor comes to take her phone and looks at Adil. She gets Mashuqa’s call and goes to side to attend it. She tells that she is going to get medicine for Azaan. Mashuqa asks who is with Shayra. Noor says Adil. Nurse comes out and tells that Azaan is fine now and tells that they have done all the test.
Shayra says if I can meet him now. Nurse says yes. Adil asks Nurse to stop her. He tells Shayra that he is very happy today as God fulfilled his prayers and asks her to go to dargah and fulfill his mannat. Shayra thanks him and goes.Adil smiles and dances, khalnayak song plays….He dances crazily. Ward boy informs him that Noor is coming. Adil stops dancing and hides. Noor thinks where is Shayra and Adil? She calls Shayra, but her phone is with Adil. Noor thinks why she is not picking her call. Other nurse asks Noor to meet Azaan. Noor goes to the ward. Azaan is semi conscious and calls Shayra. He then opens his eyes. Noor goes to call Shayra. She calls her repeatedly and thinks why her phone is busy. Adil pretends to talk to Shayra and tells that he has reached, tells that nobody will doubt on them, asks her to go first and then he will go. Noor is shocked. Adil turns to her and says he was talking to his driver. Noor comes back to Azaan hearing him calling Shayra. She says Shayra is coming. Azaan asks where is Shayra? Shayra comes there? Azaan gets up. Adil comes there and makes Shayra slip in his arms. Azaan closes his eyes in pain to see her in his arms. Shayra comes to Azaan and cries, says she was very worried. She asks what happened and apologizes to him.
She asks him to talk to her and clear the misunderstandings. Noor asks Azaan to clear the misunderstanding. Adil presses a remote, and recalls Doctor telling that he can do anything to the patient, with the chip in his jaw. He presses the remote and Azaan feels pain in his head. Shayra shouts calling Doctor. Doctor comes and tells that his pain is mental and gives him injection. Shayra asks Azaan to calm down. The corrupt doctor tells that he kept him under observation and has to do more test. Adil asks Shayra to come out and takes her out. Noor looks at them.
Shayra asks why Doctor said that this has happened to him because of me. Noor asks where did you go? Shayra says she went to dargah. Adil tells Noor that there is a problem between them since two days. Noor says you shall not interfere, they will handle. Adil asks her to feel for him like she feels for Azaan. Noor gets a call and says thank god, you called.Adil meets the doctor. Doctor tells that they have given drugs to Azaan which will make you anxious and his hands and body will shake up. Adil says rest of the work will be done by this remote and thanks Doctor.Shayra comes to Azaan’s ward and cries looking at him. Azaan says Shayra and tells that he wants to talk to her. Adil is peeping in the ward.
