My heart knows 12 May 2022: Kalyani recalls Atharv telling her that both she and her baby will die. She gains consciousness and asks them if her baby is fine. They say yes. Nurse is about to tell her, but Sarthak assures her that her baby is fine. Kalyani tells that she is stupid and says when Malhar ji promised her, then her baby will be fine. Peon comes there and gives bouquet to her. Kalyani says my Malhar ji does something romantic sometimes.
She gets the note and asks them to close their eyes, as she will blush and it will be awkward for them. She opens the letters and starts reading..it is written that he felt sad to know that she has aborted her baby, asks her to stay strong and that he will not let anything happen to Moksh. Kalyani cries and asks who is this Trilok? She asks them why Malhar ji broke the promise? Anupriya says he didn’t do anything wrong. Kalyani cries and goes out.
Malhar comes there and asks why did you step down the bed. Kalyani pushes him and asks why did you betray me? She says you have killed our baby, knowing he was important for Moksh. Malhar says I was helpless. Kalyani says you have promised me. Malhar asks her to listen. Kalyani says nothing is left now. She asks if he will keep up his promise this way. Malhar shouts and tells her that he can do anything to save her life. Kalyani asks him if he forgot that she was carrying the baby for Moksh, says he can die. Malhar saves her when the box falls down on her. He says Moksh is my son also, I will save him. Kalyani says I don’t trust you, now our ways are different. She says today you have broken your promise and our relation. She says she will take care of her son and will bring donor for him without his help. Malhar tries to stop her. She locks him in the storeroom of the hospital and goes out.
Sarthak opens the door. Malhar comes out and asks who told Kalyani? Sarthak says we didn’t tell her. Trilok Marathe sent a letter to Kalyani, in which he asked her to meet him. He asks how did Trilok comes to know about her abortion. Kalyani comes to Trilok’s house. The Servants shout and get scared seeing her.
Kalyani come to Trilok Marathe’s house. The Servant gets shocked and runs inside. Other Servant looks at her shockingly. The postman comes there and says someone save me. The dog runs behind him and gets calm seeing Kalyani. Kalyani gets surprised. She comes inside the house. The bell rings in the clock. A girl comes running from her room and hugs Kalyani. Kalyani is surprised and smiles, looking at the girl. Servant thinks if she is seeing dream, and says Divya Madam.
Kalyani looks at her lookalike’s pic with garland on it. She says how can my photo be here with the garland and wonders. Anupriya asks Sarthak who is Trilok and how he came to know about Kalyani’s abortion. He asks if someone gives this shocking news to a young girl by writing a letter and giving flowers.
Sarthak says don’t know. Anupriya tells Sarthak that she is worried for Malhar’s wife and tells that she calls her Aai, and she feels deep connection with her, not knowing why? Sarthak gets shocked and wipes his sweat. He gets a call and ends it, tells Anupriya that it is work purpose work. He asks her to go inside and rest. A guy comes there and gives something wrapped in a wrapper. Sarthak takes it and asks the guy to go immediately. Anupriya looks at him hiding.
Kalyani looks at the pic and thinks what is happening, I can’t understand. The girl holds her ears with her hands and hides behind the bed. Kalyani tells the girl that she will close this sound and asks her not to get worried. She is about to stop the sound, when Trilok comes there and throws boxing gloves on Kalyani.
Swara asks Anupriya if Moksh will get donor. She says if anyone will be happy in this house and cries. Anupriya tells Swara that she doesn’t know what to say and asks her to think that God is testing all of them. She says everything will be fine soon. Swara tells that she will call Doctor and asks if he is coming. Anupriya stops her and recalls Sarthak asking her to rest till he does his work. Anupriya sits on the bed. Sarthak opens the cupboard and looks at Anupriya. Anupriya lies down on the bed, pretends to sleep. Sarthak takes out the wrapped thing in the cupboard.
Anupriya sees that and pretends to sleep. Sarthak goes out from the room. Anupriya gets up from the bed and checks in the cupboard. She finds the envelope and medicines in it. She thinks what is this medicine about which Sarthak ji wants to hide from me or don’t want to tell me. Fb ends. Anupriya asks Swara to do her work and ask Doctor about these medicines. Swara says ok and takes the medicines.
The girl looks at Trilok Marathe and smiles. Kalyani looks at him surprisingly. Trilok Marathe says nobody can touch the things in my house without my permission, it is banned. He says he is not bad, but possessive about his things. He forwards his hand and introduce himself as Trilok Marathe. Kalyani folds her hands and greets him. He says you look beautiful when you smile and asks her to smile. He says I was shocked when I saw you for the first time in hospital, got your details and photos. He tells that the guy is Suhana, his daughter who can’t speak. He tells that the photo is of his wife Divya, who was her look alike.
Malhar is also at the door, but Security guards refuse to open the door. Malhar looks in the webcam and threatens Trilok saying if anything happens to Kalyani. Trilok tells that when Divya died, Suhana stopped speaking and he is yearning to hear her voice. Kalyani says she is also yearning to save her son. He says I want someone to be Suhana’s mother. He looks at Malhar’s warning in the CCTV. Kalyani thinks she came to take his help, but he is talking about his own problems.
Kalyani tells Trilok that she is very sorry to hear him. She says I am also in a similar situation. Trilok says I always think that someone shall take Suhana’s mother place in her life. He gets a notification and checks Malhar warning him in the CCTV footage. Kalyani thinks she came to take his help, but he is discussing his own problems. Malhar tells the security guards that he will break their door and sits in the jeep. He speeds up the jeep. Trilok sees that. Kalyani tells Trilok that she wants to convince him to become donor for her son.
Servant tries to make Suhana drink the syrup. Suhana gets scared hearing the clock sound and hides behind the sofa. Trilok asks Kalyani to get out from his house right now. Kalyani gets shocked and walks out. She turns and thinks there is something strange in this house. Trilok Marathe call Security guard and asks him to let Malhar come inside. Malhar drives his jeep and comes inside. Moksh cries.
Anupriya takes care of Moksh and tells that his Aai and Baba went to get donor for him and asks him not to cry. She thinks he is losing weight also, thinks what to do. Swara comes back and tells Anupriya that they have to get operation soon, doctor said that the medicine effect will not be for long. Anupriya is shocked.
Swara then asks about medicines and says when I showed this to Doctor, he was shocked as it is used for memory loss and Doctors use it in special cases. Anupriya is more shocked and thinks Sarthak ji is giving me medicines so that I lose my memory. Kalyani comes out. Malhar asks if you are fine. Kalyani asks why did you come here? Malhar says I met him already and he is not good. We have to search other donor for Moksh. Kalyani asks did you get other donor and says you can just talk and asks why you think that this man is not right. Malhar tells her that this man has kept a worst condition before him and they can’t agree. Trilok comes out. Malhar asks him to fight with him. Kalyani asks him to stop it.
The security guards aim gun at Malhar. Malhar looks at them and ask them to keep the gundown. Trilok signs them. They keep down the gun. Malhar tells Kalyani that this man’s intention is not good, he asked you to stay with him, asks do you know what he means? Trilok says my reason behind the condition was something else and that was…shows Divya’s pic. He says Divya is no more and her face resembles your wife. Kalyani says I went inside his house and have seen Divya’s pic. She says it seems like Suhana knows me since years. Trilok says I am ready to become donor for Moksh, but I need a favor in exchange of that. He asks Kalyani to be Suhana’s caretaker and Nanny. He says may be Suhana can speak again being with you.
Malhar says you have made the same old story. Trilok says even you have a son Kalyani, may be you can understand my helplessness. Malhar says Trilok is emotionally blackmailing you, don’t come in his words. Kalyani gets thinking. She thinks if I become Suhana’s nanny then Trilok will become Moksh’s donor. She agrees to become Nanny, says I will come to your house daily to take care of your daughter. Malhar is shocked. Kalyani says I will take care of her like a nanny. Trilok smiles. Malhar asks kalyani if she don’t understand and says this man is lying, I can see. Kalyani says I take my own decisions and says I will take care of your daughter like a Nanny.
Swara is in her room. Pallavi says Kalyani shot my brother and roaming freely. She says Malhar is her husband and that’s why she got freed. She asks Swara to get kalyani punished, says you are Malhar’s sister and he will do anything with you. She says I don’t want you to become a widow again. She tells Swara that Kalyani shall get punished for this. Trilok says I appreciate. Malhar asks Kalyani to come with him. Kalyani says our relation is over now, now you can’t force me for anything. Malhar gets emotional and says you want to tell that I can’t make you understand being your husband, but I can take you as ACP as you have shot a guy and needs to sign on the papers. He holds her hand and takes her from there. Trilok smirks.
Swara recalls her marriage with Atharv and his fake love for her. She cries and breaks the things in her room. She throws the things from the cupboard. A phone falls down. She checks the phone and gets shocked seeing something. She says my pics were in Atharv’s mobile, says this means that the person who blackmailed me by sending my vulgar pics, was none other than Atharv. She sits down and cries. She says I have accepted him even after he was mentally unstable and believed his innocence that I couldn’t see his truth. She says I thought him as an angel, but he was a demon. She says why did he do this with me and cries.
Malhar and Kalyani are in the jeep. Malhar is driving it. Anupriya thinks why Sarthak wants to do this with me. She says if I have done something wrong that he is doing this with me. He says she can’t talk to Malhar also, and doesn’t know if she was close to him.
Malhar is still driving the jeep and says I understand that you are upset with me due to your abortion, but don’t trust that man.. He says that man is not right, I understood at first meeting. Kalyani holds the wheel and says you had said that you are ACP and made me sit in the jeep. She asks why did you start the personal talks. Malhar puts the sudden break and the jeep stops. He looks at Kalyani upset.
