My heart knows 2 September 2022: The Episode starts with Kalyani pushing the handcart to take injured Anupriya to the hospital. The cart steps on the footpath and Anupriya is about to fall, but Kalyani holds her. She asks Anupriya not to lose strength and says they will reach the hospital soon. She reaches the hospital and calls ward boy. She says nothing will happen to Aai. Malhar and Sarthak come there. Malhar says nothing will happen to Maayi. Sarthak calls Doctor as Kalyani faints. Asawari calls Moksh and Gungun to come and asks why are they upset, as she has failed their plan. She tells Gungun that she wanted to take her out of the house, but your Aai will go to crematorium ground now. Moksh and Gungun shout asking her to stop. Gungun pushes Asawari.
Kalyani gains consciousness and asks Malhar about Anupriya. Malhar tells that Maayi’s operation is going on and asks her to rest, till he enquires. Kalyani gets a phone call from Moksh. Moksh asks Kalyani that Asawari Aaji is troubling them and asks her to save them. Kalyani gets shocked. Moksh and Gungun go to the room. Asawari says I will not leave you both. Moksh mixes something in the bucket and hangs the rope on the curtain pipe. Asawari comes there and the thing falls on her. She gets ready and is about to beat them with the stick. Kalyani comes there and asks why she wanted to beat the kids. Asawari tells that the kids troubled her. Moksh says you are untrustable.
Kalyani asks them to say sorry to Asawari. They say sorry. Kalyani prays to God and asks Gungun and Moksh to pray for Anupriya. Kalyani, Gungun and Moksh pray for Anupriya. Asawari says happiness can’t come here as I will change into sorrows. She walks towards the diya and puts water on it, to set it off. She then says that inauspicious thing have happened? Kalyani worries. Malhar and Sarthak come home.Kalyani asks Malhar about Anupriya and asks her operation is successful. She asks did you see her? She goes to the hospital and asks about Anupriya.
Doctor says operation was successful, but. Kalyani hears Anupriya telling a guy that she will not give her baby. The guy asks her to give the baby. Kalyani sees Anupriya walking towards the electric wires and stop her. She stops her. Anupriya calls Kalyani as Aai and says my Aai came now, complains to Kalyani about them. Kalyani sees toy in Anupriya’s hand and is shocked. Malhar says there is a toy in her hand. The guy says sorry and goes. Anupriya insists to go home. Kalyani says we will go home.Sarthak holds Gungun and Moksh’s hand and says your Aai can’t come here for now. Moksh says we can go and meet her.
Sarthak says not now. Moksh and Gungun insists to meet her. Sarthak asks them to sit quietly. Asawari asks Sarthak not to shout at them and make them meet Anupriya. Sarthak says how, Anupriya’s mental condition is bad. He goes. Asawari says I really don’t care with whatever happened with your Aai, but I want you both to go. She gives them an idea. Sarthak sits in his car and crying. Moksh and Gungun are sitting in the car decky. Anupriya acts childish and tells that Aai will take us home. Malhar asks Kalyani to understand and tells that Maayi needs treatment and doctor. Kalyani says Aai needs me. Doctor says she needs to be treated here. Kalyani says I promise to take care of her very well at home. Sarthak says Anupriya will stay here in the house.
Kalyani asks him to listen. Anupriya says I will go home. Moksh and Gungun come there. They call her Aai. Anupriya pushes Gungun and asks who is she? Kalyani comes there and the kids get afraid and hug her. Anupriya asks them to leave her Aai and cries. The ward boy and nurse holds her. Anupriya takes the knife and walks towards Gungun and Moksh, asking them to leave her Aai. Malhar snatches knife from her hand. Gungun and Moksh hide behind the chair. Sarthak says that’s why I asked you not to come here. Malhar says that’s why I said that she shall be treated here. Sarthak says she shall be treated in the hospital. Anupriya cries calling Kalyani. Kalyani cries.
Kalyani coming to her room balcony. Malhar comes there and asks her to have tea. Kalyani refuses. He says I can understand your worry. Kalyani says you can’t, I try to be strong infront of kids, but I am not that strong as even I need my Aai. Malhar tells Kalyani that he can’t be silent and tells that kids shall stay away from Maayi, especially Moksh. Kalyani asks what he wants to say. He says our son was about to lose his life because of Gungun and we can’t tell anything. Kalyani says what you can say, she is a little girl. Malhar says I am Moksh’s father and will think about him first. He looks at Gungun. Gungun runs from there. Kalyani follows her and asks her to stop. Gungun says she is very bad and needs to be shifted to orphanage, she tells that she doesn’t need to be here. She says Aai will send her to orphanage.
Kalyani says it is not like that and asks if she knows about Aai? She tells that God made Aai as he can’t be everywhere with us. She says Aai loves us a lot, take care of us, forgive our mistake and encourages us to do good things, she can’t be upset with us for long time. She says when she returns then she will be happy to see you. Gungun asks when she will come? Kalyani says very soon and asks her not to cry.Anupriya plays with the toy and says Aai will come and take us home. Kalyani tells Malhar that she is going to hospital to meet her Aai. Malhar says Kalyani. Kalyani says nobody can stop me. A ward boy comes to Anupriya and asks if she wants to go to her Aai, I will take you.
He keeps his hand on her shoulder. Anupriya recognizes his bad touch, bites him and runs out. Ward boy also runs out. Kalyani comes to the hospital and asks where is my Aai? Nurse says I didn’t know. Anupriya calls Aai on the road. Ward boy tells Doctor that he has seen Kalyani helping her mother elope. Kalyani says I will call my husband, and tells that he is commissioner. Malhar comes there and tells that he got info about missing person on wireless. Doctor says anupriya ji is missing. He says ward boy saw her with Anupriya and said that Kalyani helped her to elope. Kalyani says it is a lie. Doctor asks Malhar to take her from here and tells that hospital is filing official FIR against her. Malhar says come with me.
Kalyani says I have to search my Aai. She snatches gun from his pocket and aims at him. He asks her to give the gun. Kalyani runs out. Malhar asks her to listen. Kalyani asks him not to come near her and throws the gun in the car. She runs again. Anupriya is also running on the road. She comes to the park and tells that they will sit on the swing and wait for her Aai. Just then her doll went into the drainage hole. Anupriya cries. Kayani reaches there and asks Anupriya not to cry. She says I will take out your doll.
She injures her hand while trying to get the doll. Anupriya thanks Kalyani with a hug. She tells that she wants frock like her. Kalyani says I will get many good frocks for you. Malhar comes there with ward boy and Doctor. He scolds Kalyani for taking his loaded gun and asks ward boy to take Anupriya to hospital. Ward boy holds Anupriya and touches her inappropriately. Kalyani finds this and slaps ward boy, asking if this is the way to hold the patient. anupriya tells her that he held her inappropriately. Kalyani is shocked and asks how dare you to touch my Aai. Malhar asks Kalyani to stand quietly. Anupriya pulls his hair asking him not to shout at her Aai. Doctor gives her injection. Anupriya faints. Malhar asks Doctor to take her. Kalyani warns them not to touch her Aai. She says I will take her home.
Kalyani is sitting with Anupriya at her bedside. Doctor tells Kalyani that she needs to take care of her. He asks Malhar to be careful as Anupriya gets angry seeing him. Sarthak asks Kalyani if she can takecare of her Aai. Kalyani says yes. Malhar gets angry and goes out. Kalyani comes behind him. She asks him why is he not understanding her. Malhar asks her to promise that her attention will not be diverted from Moksh. Kalyani couldn’t promise him. Malhar gets upset and goes. Asawari smiles.
Moksh and Gungun make the cards for Anupriya. Malhar comes there and asks them not to go to anupriya’s room. He reminds about whatever happened in the hospital. Moksh says ok, I will play with Gungun. Malhar says no, last time you was locked in the drum while playing with her. He takes Moksh with him. Gungun gets sad. Kalyani comes to her and tells that they will play together. She takes Gungun to her room. And asks her to wear the dress. Anupriya wakes up and calls her Aai. Asawari asks how is your Aai? Anupriya says she is beautiful. Asawari says she will take her there. Kalyani and Gungun wear modern outfit and dance. They take pic. Asawari takes Anupriya to Kalyani’s room and asks her to see what her Aai is doing with Gungun, leaving her. Anupriya gets angry.
