My desire 17 October 2022: Ahana meets Rudra and Preesha in jail. Rudra asks why did she come here. Ahana says she came to inform what his wife Mahima is doing, she has taken over whole company and became its MD. Rudra says she will take over everything soon. Ahana says she has already done it and if they don’t stop her, she will kick them out of their house, so she wants to help. Preesha asks if she will help her. Ahana says not her, them both; she knows their thinking doesn’t match, but right now her family is everything to her; she wants to stop that cunning and venomous woman and not let her touch their family’s single penny; she would be most happy seeing Mahima being kicked out of house. She extends hand and Preesha holds it and thanks her.
Ahana says they are not yet out of papaji’s murder trauma and Mahima is ruining everything. She then confronts Rudra for killing his father and asks how could he, papaji was their family’s anchor. Preesha informs that Rudra didn’t murder Balraj and doppelganger did instead. Ahana is shocked and asks who brought doppelganger. Preesha says Mahima akka and explains in detail.At home, Mahima gives instructions to cook. Mishka walks down and orders him her menu in her weird way. Mahima thinks of showing her place and makes her fall. Mishka confronts her. Their argument starts and Mishka warns to call Ahana.
Mahima says she is letting her and her sister stay here for free, so they should stop their tantrums. Mishka asks who is she. Mahima says she is owner of this house. Mishka says she will regret soon. Mahima drags her and pushes her out of door. Mishka stands shocked. Ahana is shocked to hear Mahima’s deeds and says she helped Mahima, but she was a serpent who bit them, she will not spare Mahima now and will also inform Sharda about Mahima’s deeds. Rudra asks not to inform Sharda as Mahima will get alert, they have find doppelganger first and prove himself innocent. Mishka calls Ahana and informs that Mahima kicked her out of house literally dragging her out, so Ahana should come there right now and teach Mahima a lesson.
Mahima informs Rudra and Preesha that Mahima kicked Mishka out of house, she will not spare Mahima now. Preesha says she will accompany her. Rudra asks Preesha to be careful and not let Mahima know about a doppelganger.Ahana with Preesha returns home calling Mahima. Mahima warns to dare not shout in her house. Ahana asks if she is the owner of this house. Mahima says she is the owner legally as papaji transferred his wealth in Saransh’s name and since he is a kid and she is his legal guardian, she is the owner of this house. Ahana says she knows how she did it and tries to reveal when Preesha stops her saying Sharda will wake up. Sharda comes down and asks what is happening. Ahana says Mahima kicked Mishka out of house.
Sharda says Mishka is part of her family and will not go anywhere. Mahima says she respects Sharda, so Sharda shouldn’t interfere in her issues. Argument continues. Ahana says she will challenge Balraj’s will as Saransh is no one to him. Mahima says Saransh is Balraj’s grandson. Preesha and Sharda try to stop her, but she continues and says Saransh is Rajeev and her son. Ahana stands shocked and asks what rubbish. Mahima says Rajeev wanted divorce from Ahana as he loved some other girl and she is that girl; since Ahana didn’t divorce him, he left her. Ahana reminisces the incident. Mahima says Ahana stopped Rajiv, but couldn’t stop her husband’s evidence of love Saransh, Saransh is Rajiv and her son, so Rudra adopted him to give him family rights; even Balraj included Saransh in his will as he knew that Saransh is his grandson and his own blood.
Ahana asks Sharda and Preesha if they knew that Saransh is Rajiv’s son. Mahima says everyone knew and warns that if she and her sister try their oversmartness on her, she will kick them out of house. Ahana walks to her room shattered. Preesha and Sharda walk behind her.Mishka walks to Ahana and asks if she is fine. Ahana asks her to leave her alone and breaks stuff at home. Preesha enters next. Ahana asks if she knew that Saransh is Mahima and Rajiv’s son. Preesha says she knew it from before, Rudra also found out and married her to adopt Saransh. Ahana says now she realized why Saransh is mad behind Saransh, he immensely loved Rajiv, so he adopted Saransh.
Preesha describes the remaining events. Ahana says she now got one more reason to punish Mahima; what was wrong with Rajiv, how could fall for Mahima, good he died before finding out Mahima’s truth. Preesha says they need to find doppelganger first as he exactly resembles Rudra. Ahana says if that is the case, Mahima would have taken to a plastic surgeon and got his plastic surgery done.Ahana tells Preesha that if fake Rudra’s face completely resembles real Rudra, she is sure Mahima would have taken him to some plastic surgeon.
She continues that knowing that devious woman, she is sure she would have taken him to city’s best plastic surgeon; says she knows her friends who get plastic surgeries done for cosmetic reasons. Preesha thanks and hugs her. Ahana thinks she is helping her just now and after clearing Mahima, it would be Preesha’s turn, she will not spare even Saransh as he will remind her of Rajiv and Mahima’s relationship and Rajiv’s betrayal. They both meet many plastic surgeons who deny doing fake Rudra’s plastic surgeon. Ahana says there is only 1 doctor left now. Preesha says let us go to him.
Sharda sees Saransh sitting sadly and asks reason. Saransh says he is missing Rudra, he shouldn’t have given evidence against him, but he had to as mamma taught her not to tell lie. Sharda says he did right. He insists to meet Rudra. She says he can’t. He says he will go with tata patti, Ahana, Mahima, Preesha or if they all deny go alone. Sharda agrees. She takes him to police station after taking special permission from inspector. He rushes to Rudra. Rudra gets happy seeing him and says he was praying god to see him. Saransh says he shouldn’t have given evidence against him. Rudra says he did right as he said what he saw, but even he is not wrong as he wasn’t the one there.
He hopes the real culprit who killed Balraj is caught. They continue sharing emotional bonding. Rudra asks him to take care of himself and Daadi. Sharda cries hearing their conversation.Preesha and Ahana finally reach the doctor who did fake Rudra’s plastic surgery and showing Rudra’s pic ask if he did his plastic surgery. Doctor nervously denies and insists them to leave. They both realize he is lying. Preesha walks out. Ahan asks why did she come out as they both know he was lying. Preesha says he will not tell truth, so she has made a setup to catch him red-handed. After sometime, they enter and Preesha asks why did he order his receptionist to delete 2 months’ files.
He asks how does she know. She reminisces cloning doctor’s phone via a device and listening to his phone call made to his receptionist. Out of flashback, she tells doctor that he is a good surgeon but a bad liar. Ahana says they found out that he did fake Rudra’s surgery, so he should accept it. Doctor says its unprofessional to share patient’s data. Preesha says even she is a doctor and knows about it, but its a question of someone’s life. Ahana says let us call police. Doctor says he didn’t do any crime. Preesha says his patient murdered Mr. Balraj Khurana and helping a criminal is also a sin. Ahana says let us inform police. Doctor gets afraid and says he is ready to help, Mahima had come to perform fake Rudra’s surgeon and he got greedy when she offered him a huge amount.
Preesha asks him to give them evidence against Mahima, and Ahana asks not to leave the city till they say.They both then reach police station and inform inspector that they found proof to prove Rudra’s innocence. Preesha says they found a doctor who performed fake Rudra’s plastic surgery and agreed that Mahima forced him. Inspector says Mahima may threaten doctor and force him to give false statement, so they should catch fake Rudra and bring him. Preesha says he is right, Mahima may kill doctor. Rudra says she can as she already killed 2 people Gautam and Arjun before. Inspector asks them to hide doctor till they find fake Rudra. Preesha asks where will they hide doctor from Mahima.
She has her father’s house which no one knows about, they can keep doctor till then. Preesha agrees. Inspector walks out. Preesha asks Rudra to remember where he was kept after being kidnapped. Rudra says he really doesn’t know as he was hypnotized with injections, but remembers they used to give him chole bhature. Ahana says let us catch fake Rudra.Preesha returns to Saransh’s room and sees him waking up afraid. She rushes to him and asks what happened to him. He says he dreamt about Rudra being hanged.
Preesha consoles him and says nothing will happen to Rudra. He asks her to promise him. She says only god can promise him and takes him to Gurdwara to pray god. After prayers, they receive prasad and she gets happy seeing chole bhature and reminisces Rudra telling about being given chole bhature always. She returns to Rudra who asks if fake Rudra is caught. She makes him sit and asks him to have chole bhature. He takes and says it like any other chole bhature. She asks if they taste same which he was fed when being kidnapped. He tastes them again.
