Lost in love 24 November 2023: Sai tells Satya that he is going through a tough time and along with exercises and medicines, his strong will power is important. Sai says they should get his another MRI to get more clarity. Satya says as she wishes. Sonali notices Mohit walking out in formal clothes and asks where is he going. Mohit says he is going for a job interview. Sonali says why shall he do a job, they can mortgage this house and start a new business. Bhavani says she will not let his house mortgaged. Sonali says Bhavani trusted strangers than dear ones. Bhavani says she made a mistake but will not take loan on this house. Sonali says she is thinking about everyone. Bhavani asks why don’t she take help from her parents. Sonali walks away fuming.
Virat takes Vinu to Sai’s hospital for his project and thanks Dr Survase for his permission. Dr Survase says Vinu would become a doctor and join their hospital. He asks nurse to show hospital’s administration to Vinu and introduce him to all docs. Sai walks her for work. Vinu meets her. Sai asks with whom he came here. Vinu says with baba for his project. Virat walks to them and asks about Satya. Sai says he is better and thanks Virat for understanding her situation. Nurse calls Sai for patient checkup. Sai asks Vinu to call her if he needs help in his project. Virat says she can call him if she needs his help. Sai thanks him and says she will manage. Virat says she is already mananging a lot and is a super strong woman. Vinu hugs them both saying his aayi is a super strong woman, his baba is a super cop, and he will become a super strong doctor.
Sai notices Satya on his wheelchair and asks what is he doing here. Satya says she suggested him for an MRI, so he came here with Maddy and thought of giving a surprise to her but got a surprise for himself. Virat leaves with Vinu. Satya asks Sai why is Virat here, if he left a police job and joined hospital. Sai says he brought Vinu for a project. Satya asks why didn’t Satya come last time, he would have sent some other family member along. Sai says Virat is Vinu’s baba and can come with him. Satya says Virat is trying to get her back at any cost, she should open her eyes and understand Virat’s evil motto. Sai says Virat will never do that, so Satya should stop thinking all this and trouble himself. Virat hears their conversation.
Virat reaches office and asks inspector Kadam about yesterday’s domestic violence case. Kadam says husband thinks wife is having an affair and hence physically tortured her, they should keep husband in a lockup for a few days. Virat recalls accusing Sai of having an affair with Satya and feels guilty for mentally harassing her, he thinks Sai is into this situation because of him and he should stay away from her for her betterment. He messages Sai that he can understand the difficulties she and Satya facing, so he wants to stay away from her to avoid any more differences between her and Satya. Sai reads his message. Serial’s title track plays in the background.
Virat returns home. Ashwini tells him that Ninad’s health doesn’t look good as his BP is high after factory sale, so she wants him to take Ninad to Sai’s hospital for a checkup. Virat says there are many other hospitals. Ashwini says Sai knows Ninad’s history well. Virat says Sai is already tensed due to Satya’s condition, so he doesn’t want to increase her problems and would take baba to some other hospital. Savi notices a few boys flying kites and requests to let her join them. Boys say girls can’t fly kites. Savi calls Sai, who is busy performing Satya’s exercises, and asks her to teach her kite flying. Sai says she will tomorrow. Savi says she will ask Satya. Sai says even he can’t, she will teach her tomorrow.
Savi calls Sai and says she needs his help immediately to learn kite flying as her friends think she can’t. Virat asks her to come home, he will teach her kite flying. Savi says she wants to learn in front of her friends. Virat thinks how to go there when he promised Sai not to meet her again. He tells Savi that he is busy today. Savi requests to bring him a kite and thread at least. Virat agrees. Savi sayas she will wait for him. Sai performs Satya’s foot exercises and says with more efforts, he will start moving his legs again. Satya recalls about Sai supporting Virat.
