Rajat insists he cares for Savi, but Anubhav dismisses him, pointing out that he doesn’t even know her blood group. Anubhav harshly accuses Rajat of neglecting Savi’s dreams, revealing that she aspired to become an IAS officer and struggled alone after her parents’ death. He declares Rajat the worst person he has ever met, highlighting how little he knows about Savi compared to how deeply she understood him. When Anubhav’s team delivers the AB-negative blood, Rajat realizes it matches his own blood type and argues he could have donated it. Anubhav rebuffs him, saying Savi doesn’t need his help.
When Isha and the family arrive at the hospital, they anxiously ask about Savi’s condition. Anubhav takes Isha to sign the consent form for the surgery. Later, the doctor informs them that Savi’s chances of survival are slim, leaving everyone devastated.
