Lies of the heart 5 March 2020: samrat sees Urmi text and tells himself that her life and destiny both will change because he is writing it. Urmi is getting ready as a Bride the picture breaks with Urmi and Samrat’s photo and servant calls it bad omen. Urmi’s mother gets worries as Dadi also calls it bad omen.
Previous Wednesday update lies of the heart
Barat of Samrat comes at Urmi’s door and everyone teases Urmi. Everyone dances in Barat including Samrat’s friends, ishaan and Samrat’s mother.Ishan looks for Trisha but do not find her there.
Samrat asks Ishan to look for Trisha. Ishan informs Samrat that Trisha is not there on which Samrat says that he win since he told Urmi that Trisha should not be there in marriage.
After Samrat-Urmi’s garlands exchange ceremony, Samrat’s friends create drama as there is alcohol. Ishan says against them, but Samrat takes his friends side and says its common these days. Urmi feels worried after seeing that and wonders if she made any mistake in recognizing Samrat.
Drunken guys from Samrat’s side try to misbehave with Anu. Ishan comes and saves her. Anu comes to Urmi and tells everything to her. Urmi asks if Samrat knows all that. Anu says he was not there, but he didn’t say anything to them either. Ishan is better than him. Urmi gets into thoughts and asks Anu to send Ishan in. Its 12′o clock now and Anu wishes happy new year to Urmi. Urmi hopes new year will bring happiness in everyone’s life.
Ishan finds Samrat drinking, he tries to stop him, but in vain. Anu comes to Ishan and tells her Urmi is calling him.
Urmi asks Ishan if Samrat is a good person. Ishan says there are many different kind of people. Some created drama here, but what Samrat can do in that. Urmi says she understands and again asks if Samrat is a good person and she is not making any mistake. Ishan says he’s a good guy and why she is worrying. She is so good that she can change anyone. Urmi is finally relieved and happy. Marriage rituals start and episode ends after Samrat-Urmi’s knot ritual.
samrat performs the kanyadaan nonchalantly, and urmi is filled with dreams galore in her eyes about her new life with him. All are excited and happy for the couple. the hawan ends, and the pheras begin finally.
She almosyt slips in one, but samrat holds her and makes her walk through with him. The pheras finish and the sindoordaan starts. Samrat performs the ritual, and then makes her wear the mangalsutra too. For the next ritual, while buaji and rashmi have a fight, buaji wins and makes urmi wear the jewellery on her feet, blessing her to be happy always. the priest announces the marriage to have been done and asks the couple to take the blessings with the elders. They comply, while all bless. As samrat begins to find his shoes, anu and other girls come to demand for money, in lieu of shoes, while all are amused. samrat gives in resignedly while ishaan asks anu to take as much as possible. Samrat stops at the last minute and gives twice the amount that they asked for, cheering the girls beyond belief. urmi is happy with smrat’s gesture too.
Finally the palanquin is brought in. all get emotional and overwhelmed to see this. Urmi begins the final ritual.Her mother says that now she would have to start her new life on her own and take care of herself. she takes her blessings and moves on to her father, and hugs him tightly. She talks to trisha’s father about trisha not having talked to her. He dials up trisha’s number. Trisha picks up and is tensed, to hear urmi’s voice saying that she’s leaving, as urmi breaks down into crying. Trisha too is unable to control herself. She cancels the phone. He assures her that trisha would come to meet her. Then during bidai time, Urmi is crying and meeting all her family members. At a distance, Samrat says what nonsense. It feels as if there’s some punishment that the girl is going to be meted out with. He is shocked to find ishaan crying, and asks why. Ishaan says that he wont understand. samrat says that he doesnt want to. If she wants to stay there, then let her stay here only, and they shouldnt bother giving her away at all. Mausi, trisha’s mother hears this and is tensed at such an attitude towards rituals, by samrat.
Samrat’s father tells him to drive the car slow along with the palanquin, and he is irritated with that. he gets in the car. Urmi is seated in the palanquin. She is crying incoherently, while her family members too are emotionally distraught.
Scene 2:
Location: samrat’s residence
As samrat and urmi enter the house, after the rasam of the shagun for the bhabhi and groom’s sister, which irritates samrat, but he doesnt show it on the face, and after samrat asks his father to give it instead of him himself, and his mother does the arti, and urmi does the griha pravesh, a relative suggests that they should have the Muh Dikhayi ceremony rightaway. But samrat defiantly says that they have had enough rituals, and there’s no need for anymore. Urmi is shocked at samrat’s cold and rude attitude towards these rituals, which mean very much to her..
Urmi is shocked to see samrat’s attitude towards rituals. damrat’s mother instantly comes to his rescue. Samrat too says that they are all tired espexially urmi after all these rituals. Urmi thinks that samrat actually cares for him. Bhabhi says that urmi wont come to his room, and only after the puja. samrat says that they shouldnt forget that urmi is married to him, and hence should be duly returned. Urmi is shy while all tease samrat. urmi is taken by samrat’s bhabhi. Ishaan and samrat go to their rooms, while his mother says that they would be sent tea in their rooms.
In bhabhi’s room, urmi is taken care by bhabhi who asks hher to take rest while she gets something for her to eat. Her husband comes in asking her to take care of herself. Urmi is happy to see such concern between the couple. She eyes them as he gets to tending to his expectant wife. He asks urm to take care of her, so that she rests which she duly requires.
she is apalled but urmi says that her husband is right tht she shuld take rest in such a delicate condition. She finally agrees, and asks him to leave so tht she and urmi can take rest. Afer he leaves, she narrates how he takes care of her always. Urmi says that she’s very happy to see this. She says that when you get a loving husband, then half of the problems are solved thereof.
Later, shashi is veru upset seeing such less stuff from urmi’s place. Her family cribs at her behaviour seeing urmi’s stuff. they advise her not to behave like that. Meanwhile, rashmi’s mother is excited seeing the stuff, but shashi again goes onto find fault in everything, saying tht its not upto their level, and starts lemting on urmi’s family’s miser behaviour. As Urmi’s bhabhi comes in excited to see the stuff, shashi doesnt leave her and engulfs her too in this story. But she is turn is excited to see and compliments them. shashi’s complaints are endless, while they start getting irritated and tensed. She is tensed that she would have to spend the money from their side, to give gifts to their distant relatives. they try to calm shashi down, saying that they soent more than their level. but shashi doesnt listen to anything, and says that she wont tolerate this.
Scene 2:
Location: Urmi’s residence and samrat’s residence
Devishankar is talking to the loan sharks, who after the marriage, have come to get their money back, and asks for ten days, by which he would return the money, and if not he can take twice the amount. He asks gaurav to leave them out. After he is gone, saroj comes in and finds him tensed. she asks what happened. He tells her everything. She is tensed, but he is happy that urmi’s marriage happened successfully, without any deficits.
In her room, anu gets nostalgic seeing the emoty cabinets in her wardrobe where urmi’s clothes used to be kept. she gets upset seeing her pic with urmi, and remembering old times and their fun together. she runs and goes onto hug aroj, saying that she;s missing urmi. saroj too gets emotional. She says that how she was looking forward to having the entire room to herself, but now that she’s gone, she doesnt like the room at all. saroj comforts her. Granny and masi too come and compsoe them asking them to be happy for urmi’s happiness, and not cry and be tensed. Anu wants to call, but is stopped by her mother saying that it wouldnt look decent. But masi says that they cn but noone should cry or else she too would feel bad.
urmi takes their call, and happily chat, while anu says that she misses her badly. Saroj too asks how’s she and if she is happy and okay there. Meanwhile, urmi is called for another ritual, and saroj hearing this, says that she would talk later, and cancels the call.
urmi comes down along with others, and shashi is very disturbed when she sees expensive gifts being bestowed on urmi, when she is full of complaints with what came from urmi’s side. Shashi goes onto say that this suits as she is samrat’s wife after all. Samrat too finally descends down. he again starts complaining about the rituals, when she tells him about a ritual. He is told tht this is the last ritual. He comes and sits beside urmi for the rasam. samrat’s bhabhi tells him that he would have to play the game of finding the ring in the milk, along with urmi so that they can determine that who would have the say in their relationship, being the dominant one. samrat says that where he is, only his opinion matters, and noone else’s. Urmi is shocked to hear such a statement, while he says that he doesnt need this game to find that out.
