Jodha Akbar 1 November 2021: Murad says to Daniyal that i didnt think SAlim will do this with me, i went to him to tell him that i didnt snatch anything from him but he insulted us infront of that dancer, Daniyal says he called us step brothers, he was so close to that dancer when he is engaged to Mann, this is not right, Haidar’s uncle comes to Murad and says one building is in making in city, i need need sign o worker’s list, Murad says Salim sees all this, he says but you are next king now,
Daniyal says you should fulfill your duties, Murad says this is my duty and if my father wants then i will fulfill all duties, he signs on paper, Salim sees all this and leaves angrily, uncle says you will be a great king one day, Daniyal agrees, Uncle thinks that i will make you crave for throne, you will have thirst for crown that you will go against your brother Salim.
Scene 3
Ruks is royal bath tub, dasi says dancer Zubaida begum has come, she ask to call her in, Zubaida comes there, Ruks says you know why did i call you, tell me whats news, Dancer says Salim comes to dance bar alot, he is close to Anarkali, they are growing closer to each other, Ruks throws gold coins at her and says keep telling me news about them, Zubaida says i will not leave any chance to serve you, she leaves, Hoshiyar ask what you are upto? Ruks says you can enjoy game in two ways, either get involved in it or see it from far, i was seeing this game far till now but now i will enter this game, because of jodha, game has become more interesting, if i was Jodha,
i would have changed religion and would have made Salim next king but he is not my son, poor Salim, now a storm is coming that Jodha wont be able to handle, in fatehr and son fight, Jodha will be crushed and trust me i wont let problems get lessen for Jodha.
Jalal comes to Jodha and says i wanted to ask how to tell everything to Murad, Jodha says our relations are breaking, she ask what are my duties as queen of India, Jalal says you have to think for betterment of people, Jodha ask what duties as women? Jalal says you have to keep family intact, Jodha says i failed in both, our people are not happy with me and my family is breaking too, Jalal ask what you wanna say? Jodha says because of my religion, my people are not able to go to pilgrimage, because of my religion, my son cannot become king, Jodha says to Jalal that i want to change my religion, i want to convert to Islam, Jalal shouts Jodha Begummm.
Jodha says i dont want to hurt my people or my son, i dont want to listen that my son is being called illegal, Jalal says i told you that only Salim will be made king, Jodha says but till then it will be too late, Salim will go away from us thats why i am asking you to let me change my religion,
Jalal ask who is asking this my wife or Queen of India? Jodha says i am your wife, Jalal says then you should remember your conditions at time of our marriage, your condition was that you will never change your religion, if i didnt agree to these conditions then you would have not married me, these conditions are basis of our marriage and you want to end them? we gave 7 promises to each other and one was that we will solve problems together, now you want to me to break that promise? trust me, Salim will get his rights.
Murad says to Daniyal that i have to discuss some case with Salim, Daniyal says when he doesnt want to talk to you then what you can do, he must be busy enjoying dance of Anarkali.
Moti comes to Jodha and says i have prepared for fast and Pooja, Jodha says i will not fast this time, Moti says what are you saying? you always fast and i have invited all hindu dasies in this pooja, Jodha says tell them that i will not do Pooja, Moti says this fast is for betterment of family, Jodha says i have to do this, my son has to bear alot because of me, Jalal is not allowing me to change religion but i have taken decision that for my son, i will sacrifice my religion so tell everyone that i will not come in Pooja.
Scene 2
Jalal is in court, ambassador from country Turaan comes and greets Jalal. Jalal says i wanna ask whats message you have? ambassador says we are against Iran and we want your assistance, he doesnt accept Iran’s king but we have 1 condition, that Mughal force should help us to get area which is being taken by Iran, Maan says u dont think we have problem with this condition, we just have to wait for right time, Jalal says tell Turan’s king that our force will assist you, Ambassador leaves. minister says that Mirza have sent letter, he reads it that he has talked with some states and they want to be part of alliance, Jalal says this is great news, now i think that Iran’s king will have to pay for hs mistakes.
Jodha says to Kahna that you know i am not insulting you, i am doing all this for my son, have no way to make Jalal understand so forgive me, Aram comes and says Shama has irritated her, she calls her Haram bano, Jodha sys not to worry, Aram says what to do? Jalal comes and ask whom you are talking about, if you are talking about your mother then no one can talk infront of her, i am her servant too, jodha says if he is servant then he would have agreed to my talk, Aram says i am going, she leaves, Jalal says i listened that you are not doing fast and Pooja, i didnt allow you to change religion so you are miffed with me, Jodha says yes, i can show you to which extent i can go for my son, Jalal says what if you God punish you? Jodha says that my God understand i am doing all this for my son, Jalal says ok i am leaving.
Scene 3
Anarkali ask Dasi to keep wine placed here, i wanna know if Salim will fulfill his promise and doesnt touch it or break the promise, Salim comes there, she greets him, Anar ask what can i do, Salim says you dont have to do anything, just sit beside me, anar is wearing ghungroo, he looks at them and gets sad, he bows down to take them off, Anar says dont touch my feet, i am your servant, Salim makes her sit, he says i wanna take off ghunrgoos fom your feet and want to lessen my sin, let me take them off,
Salim takes off ghungroos from her feet and throws them away, she looks at him stunned, Salim says because of me you had to become dancer, Anar says we should not recall memoires which hurt us, Salim says only you understand me, Dasi comes and says Murad has send message that he want to discuss something with you, Salim says tell him that i am busy right now, will talk later, Dasi says ok and leaves.
Jalal is with Jodha, Dasi brings food, Jodha ask why did you bring it, i didnt ask for food, Jalal says i asked her to bring it, as you are not fasting so i thought to have breakfast with you,
its been ages since i shared breakfast with you, he ask her to eat grapes, Jodha is skeptical and doesnt eat grapes, Jalal also doesnt eat and keep hiding them, they both act as if they are eating, Jalal says i was thinking that you do Pooja for your family and if you dont do it then will anything happen to your family, Jodha says you should have thought about it before, Jalal says who will do Pooja in your place, Jodha thinks i forgot this, Jalal says i am thinking to spend time with you today, Jodha says no i have headache, Jalal says you dont eat thats why you get ill, he ask her to eat apple,
Jodha is tensed, Jalal says i was thinking that you never miss Pooja, Jodha says if you had allowed me to change religion then i would have done Pooja for last time, Jalal says i will never allow for that, if you think that i am egoistic then be it, its good that you ate breakfast, he leaves, Jodha says he is stubborn but i will make him agree, Jodha thinks what to do about Pooja, Dasi comes and says all are waiting for you, Jodha says i will not come for Pooja, Jodha thinks i lied to everyone that i am not fasting but my fast will complete only with Pooja but i dont want Jalal to know about it, what to do.
Murad comes to dance bar with Daniyal, he comes to Salim and says i wanted to meet you but dont come, Salim says i sent message that i am busy, Murad says i have important work but you keep here all the time so i had to come here, Salim says this is my personal matter, no one has right to question me, Murad says i wanted to talk about Punjab issue, Salim says i dont wanna talk, Anar says i think this is not the right time to discuss it, Murad says shut up, now a dancer will tell me when to talk? when princes are talking then dancers should remain silent, Salim says not say a single word,
Murad says to Salim that now this dancer have so much value that she will interfere in our matters, this happens when you give them so much importance, Salim gets angry and slaps him, Murad says you slapped next king infront of dancer, Salim says she is not common dancer, i will not bear if anyone talk to her like this, Murad says you didnt do good, they leave.
Salima says to Hamida that this is first Jodha is not fasting and not doing Pooja, Ruks says Jodha is right, Hamida says i will talk to Jodha, Salima says Jalal tried to talk to her but she is not listening, Hamida says she is mother so she can do anything for her son, any mother would do that, if i, you or ruks were in her place.. she says sorry ruks.. i didnt mean that.. ruks says no problem, Ruks thinks it hurts me that in some way you called me childless, Jodha didnt fast on Jalal insistence too, i will create misunderstanding now.
Scene 2
Moti ask all dasies to start Pooja, they say that Jodha always start pooja, how can we do ti without her, Jalal comes there and says to Moti that Jodha didnt come but i have fasted too so i will do Pooja, dasi says but this fast is done by women for her family, Jalal says when two people marry they share all problems and life so why women have to pray for her family, cant men fast for betterment of family? so i will do Pooja, Jodha comes there too, Jalal looks at her and smile..
Tum Ho Zindagani plays.. they share eyelock, Pundit says when you bth are here then do Pooja as couple, they sit to do Pooja, Jalal says so you finally came, Jodha says you fasted too, they both pour milk in pool alongwith other couples as part of Pooja, then do Aarti, they look at each other and recall Ghanghaur time when Jalal had seen her for first time, both pray and puts diyas in pool. after Pooja,
Jodha says to Jalal so you were acting that you were fasting too, thats my point is that how does it matter if muslim or Hindu, you are fasting on hindu occasion so i can fast on Islamic occasion too, Jalal says it matters to me, its not about hindu or msulim but its about forcing someone to leave her belief, you have dont all your duties so no one can call our relation illegal and about Salim.. he should understand that we cannot take decision by forcing anyone, ok if Mann bai was in your place, would you ask her to change her religion? Jodha says never, Jalal says so Salim should understand that he is next king, his decision can effect many so he should take decision using mind, we both have joined two religions with our marriage so we should nto change it, if you think i am right then smile, Jodha smiles shyly, Jalal says now i can assume that you wont ask to change religion, Jodha nods, Jalal says i am hungry, Jodha says who asked you to fast, Jalal says when you are fasting then how can i eat, they go to eat.
Scene 2
Moti says to Jodha that it is being said that after some months of marriage, love fades away but your and Jalal’s love is increasing day by day, Jodha smiles, Dasi comes and informs Jodha that Murad and Salim fought, Salim slapped him, Jodha says this is so wrong, he slapped next king, if Jalal gets to know about it then he will punish him, this way both father and son will rift away more, i have to talk to him.
Jalal gets to know about Salim’s slap, he says to birbal that this is wrong, i will not tolerate this, Jodha comes there, Jalal says call Salim in court, i will punish him there, birbal nods and leaves, Jodah says i have come to talk abotu Salim, Jalal says if you are here to defend him then forget it, he has done big mistake, Jodha says i am just saying to talk to him in person, not in court,
Jalal says do you even know what position Murad is holding? he is next to king and Salim has insulted that position, so he will be punished in court only, he is my son but i am king too and SAlim has slapped next king, if i dont take this matter seriously then people will not respect next king, i have to set example, Jdha says he will go away from us, Jalal says he can but i have to do justice, all criminals are equal to me, you are asking me to not do justice, with this issue, i feel that Murad is more capable of Salim to become next king, Jodha says nothign like this, Salim is angry but he won war, Jalal says everyone was with him in war, Salim has to control his anger, i am not saying that he should nt be next king, its his right but he has to get punished for his mistake, will meet you in court, he leaves, Jodha is tensed.
scene 4
Salima says to Jodha not to worry, Jodha says its not simple matter, i was worried that this politics will bring rift in family and see two brothers are fighting, Salima says we cant say who is wrong, maybe Murad did mistake so Salim slapped him, Jalal will handle matter, Jodha says i am worried if king overcome father in Jalal then he will not be polite with Salim, Hamida ask her to not worry.
Jalal comes in court, all are present there including Murad.. Salim comes there too, Jalal angrily looks at him, Salim greets him, Jalal says there is complaint against you that you slapped next king, is it right? he shouts to answer, Salim says yes its true, Jalal ask Murad did you provoke him to do so, Murad asys no i just went to talk about Punjab, i went messages to him but he didnt come so i went to him, he said he was busy but he was at dance bar, i came there and asked Salim to talk abotu matter but Salim said no, one dancer interfered in matter so i stopped her, Salim got angry and slapped me, it hurt me that Salim slapped me infront of some common dancer,
Salim asys she is dancer but that doesnt mean you will insult her here like this, Jalal says enough, not say a word, he says you next king is postion which is after king, you cant insult him like this so now i have to make you learn how to respect positions, say sorry to Murad, Salim says for what? Jalal says its my decision who is at mistake or not, you insulted a great position of government, ask forgiveness right now, Salim says if i dont do that then.. Jalal gets angry.
