Imlie 22 march 2024: Agastya washes Imlie’s hands and thinks Ms Johri’s eyes remind him of someone. He goes into flashback where in his childhood, he meets a girl at a temple who sells halwa prasad for her living, he likes her halwa and buys all hall packets.
Imlie thinks it looks like she knows him from before, he is a bulb and she is a lamp and there is no comparison between them. Agastya gets conscious and asks Imlie to continue her work while he sits outside. Imlie thinks soon Agastya will find out truth and kick her out of chef’s job.
Noyonika searches for Agastya’s shop to meet him and over phone informs Daadi that she can’t find the shop. Daadi asks her to wait right there as she will ask Agastya to pick her up. Agastya looks at Imlie and thinks Ms Johri is beautiful, religious,and respects elders. Noyonika bumps on a flower carrying lady, helps her, and touches her feet. At home, Bulbul searches Imlie’s cloth trunk and finds Ashu’s medicine scrip. She tells Pallo that she will get 3 lakhs with this scrip. Imlie returns home and asks what is she doing with her trunk. Bulbul says she was searching her mother’s sari and will not put her stuff back in the trunk. Imlie gets angry on her. Pallo interferes and asks Imlie to go and serve food to Ashu.
Bulbul message prescription photo to Amrit and requests him to send 3 lakh rs for her nephew’s treatment. Pallo says 5000 rs is fine, rich man will not give her 3 lakhs. Bulbul asks her to just wait and watch. Amrit reads message. He gets nervous seeing Sonia watching her and lies to her that he is making accommodation arrangement for his NGO’s new girls. Sonia says she feels guilty that she can’t spend time with him and says it has been years since they are married, so she is thinking about having a baby. Amrit says he doesn’t want baby right now seeing the situation at home. She gets convinced.
He messages Bulbul that he will pay her 3 lakhs in exchange of her private performance. Bulbul agrees and tells Pallo that Imlie will perform and they will get the money.
Pallo serves food to Imlie and tells her that she is worried for Ashu and hence arranged Imlie’s private performance for a rich man who will pay her 2 lakh rs. Imlie asks why don’t she send Bulbul instead. Pallo gets angry and asks her to decide if she wants to save Ashu or not. Imlie agrees to perform for Ashu’s sake. Agastya notices Amrit leaving house at night and follows him. Amrit stops at a temple and prays for Agastya’s better life.
Agastya feels guilty for doubting Amrit. Imlie gets ready for her performance. Amrit recalls seeing Agastya following him and how he fooled him. He reaches the house to watch Imlie’s performance. Imlie gets angry seeing him and walks towards door. Amrit stops her and asks her to perform first.
