Why did starlife series stop showing?
It is all due to the Covid-19 pandemic that has stopped productions all over the world due to lockdowns and social distancing. All of the series still need to be translated from Hindi into English with their respective subtitles. Since the voice over artists can’t come to work due to the shut down, starlife had to fill in the time slot with already synched series even though they have been aired before.
The series will be back Pending on when the lockdown is released and people can get back to work. Starlife series such as Made for each other, Geet, Kulfi the singing star, The inseparables, Family affairs, A perfect lie, etc were all affected. The series were replaced with Chasing my heart, forever yours and the crossroads.
This situation also affected Zee world series such as Jodha Akbar and Ring of fire. They were replaced by twist of fate and Gangaa respectively.
Viewers should please bear with the network and hope for the best. The series will be back on air when everything stabilizes and we can all breathe freely again.
