Pragya doesn’t allow the Lawyer to meet Abhi, she insists on him creating some point and getting a bail for Abhi at any cost. Abhi was brought to the court. The defense lawyer applies for bail for Abhishek, the case is about the accidental death of Simonika. The prosecutor says Abhi was arrested from the hotel room and Simonika died by falling down from the same window.
Abhi claims he only wanted to save her and she jumped because she wanted to save herself from being caught by the police. Abhi must be sent to a remand to find the real truth behind this death. Abhi might use his influence to tamper the proofs and witnesses against him. He demands to keep Abhi in judicial custody for three days. The defense lawyer says Abhi has a clear track record, he can’t be blamed until any proof is found against him.
The prosecutor argues that a clear track record doesn’t include someone’s murder; everyone can have a first time. The judge inquires the police officer, he demands three days judicial custody of Abhi as well. The court sends Abhi in three days judicial custody and rejects the bail application.
Pragya was broken and cries while Abhi was taken by the police. The media stops Pragya and questions her about her view on the bail rejection. Pragya replies that her husband isn’t the culprit. Simonika’s death was an accident and even if it was planned, Abhi didn’t plan it. The media insists it was a murder because Abhi was the only one there with Simonika in the hotel room. Pragya was emotional, and forbids anyone from calling him a murderer because he isn’t proven yet to be one. She narrates the whole planning of Simonika against their family, and that Abhi had only followed Simonika after the police was unable to capture her.
The media questions Pragya on how she can call him innocent when he hasn’t been proven innocent. Pragya says trust turns a stone to God, she as a wife trusts Abhi. As she turns to leave, a lady slaps Pragya hard on the face. Abhi, Purab and everyone else turn around to see who it was. Pragya recognizes her as Simonika’s mother.
Dushyant’s mother slaps Pragya and blames Abhi for having illegitimate relationship with Simonika and killing both Simonika and her unborn baby. She asks the media not to call him rockstar and tells that Abhi hired her without taking an interview. Abhi is shocked and taken away by the Police. Dushyant’s mother tells that Pragya was having objection with the baby and that’s why she got them killed. Pragya is shocked.
Media tries to question Pragya. Purab takes her in his car. Dadi, Dasi and others watch the news that Simonika was pregnant with Abhi’s baby and that’s why he killed her. Tanu says Simonika might be right. Pragya tells her when you can trap him with someone else’s baby, then why can’t Simonika? Mitali says you have slapped her right. Dadi says you did right. Pragya says she trust Abhi and will bring him back. Disha says once the eclipse goes, everything will be clear. She says you have drank poison and now, you will drink amrit (antitode).
Pragya thinks about Dushyant’s mother accusation and goes. Purab runs after her. Aaliya tells Tanu that you should be slapped daily.
Pragya asks the driver to take her to Dharavi. Purab says I will also come with you. Pragya tells Purab that everything is planned by someone, and tells that this affair angle has been prolonged. She tells that Simonika’s mother hasn’t come for the trial, but she came in front of the media. Purab says who could do this? Dushyant’s mother tries to close the door. Pragya asks where is Simonika? Dushyant’s mother accuses Abhi for killing her daughter. Pragya tries to go inside, but the woman stops her. Purab tries to stop her. Pragya runs inside the room.
Dadi and Dasi comes to meet Abhi in jail. They feel pain seeing him on the floor. Abhi gets up and comes to them. He says I am fine. Dadi says your condition got bad in a day. Abhi says she likes me this way or else, I would have been clean shaved. He asks where is Pragya? Dadi and Dasi are emotional. Dadi says I will get the Priesr to see your horoscope. Abhi says fuggi will find something to say to that. Dasi says she is handling everyone. Abhi says she was scolding me and asked me what to say and what not to. Dadi says she is a miser to express her pain and cries.
Dushyant’s mother threatens to call Chawl people (a shanty or a hut-inhabited by indigent people-mostly). Pragya tells Purab that Simonika is not inside. Dushyant’s mother blames Abhi for impregnating Abhi and calls him monster. Pragya asks her to stop talking nonsense about her husband and says she can also say something about Simonika. Dushyant’s mother threatens Pragya. Pragya searches for the proofs. Dushyant’s mother curses Pragya and says your husband will be separated from you. Pragya recalls their separation.

Abhi says I don’t hope anything from you both, and asks them not to go against Pragya. Dadi shows Abhi a tiffin (a light meal, especially lunch). He says gajar ka halwa (carrot-based sweet dessert pudding) and says he wants to feed it to his new friends in jail. Dadi says once you come here, then I will send kadai here.
Dasi says Pragya reminded us of how to make it. Abhi says she is a super woman and doing so much, and asks them to make sure that she doesn’t land in any trouble. Dadi kisses his hand and leaves.
Pragya and Purab comes to the hospital, but they are denied of showing them the body. A Nurse asks her to go and refuses to show the dead body to her. Pragya says she will get legal permission. The Nurse says Simonika’s dead body will be handed to her family and until you bring the permission, before you’re allowed to it. Purab talks to the Nurse and tells Pragya that they can see the report. Pragya asks her to show the body.
The Nurse says you started again and goes. Pragya tells Purab that they have to see the body and says we didn’t see the scars, and so on. They check for the body, but couldn’t find it. The Nurse comes and asks what are you doing? Purab checks the report and asks the nurse to help them check the finger prints. The Nurse checks and says it is Simonika’s finger prints. Pragya goes out silently. Purab requests the Nurse to show them the dead body. The Nurse shows them the dead body. Purab is shocked.
Abhi talks to the constable about Pragya. He reminisces her and the moments spent with her. The Constable gives him tea. Abhi says you have won my heart. He gives him food made by Dadi.
The Constable says I am your fan and asks about him? Abhi says he thought that his life is perfect, but it was perfect when his wife came into his life. The Constable says I will call you romeo rockstar from now on. Pragya walks on the road in trance. Chadariya song plays…
Pragya is walking aimlessly on the road and recalls her moments with Abhi. She sits on the bench. Chadariya song plays… She recalls Dadi’s words and thinks she can’t accept defeat and will save him anyhow. A car stops at the signal. Pragya looks at the woman as she is talking on her mobile. She is shocked to see Simonika. Purab comes out of the hospital and thinks where is Pragya? He sits in his car. Pragya is still shocked to see her in modern avatar.
She thinks I knew you were alive and promises to send her to jail. She’s determined to expose her. The Car starts moving when the traffic signal turns green. Pragya runs after the car calling her. She stops a biker and asks for help. He refuses. Purab comes there. Pragya tells him that her doubt was right, I saw her, but she didn’t see me. Purab asks who? Pragya says Simonika. She says she staged her death and tells that they will save Abhi. They leave.
Aaliya tells Tanu that Abhi doesn’t want to meet her and talks only about Pragya. She says why doesn’t he see that I love him and can’t see anything wrong happening to him? He asked me to support Pragya, she says my foot! She says I don’t know when Abhi will be separated from Pragya.
Tanu says this day will not come and asks her to just accept it. Aaliya says Abhi suffers because of Pragya. Tanu says I have stopped getting angry and asks should I get you a cold drink? Aaliya gets angry and goes. Tanu thinks she’s strange.
