This is fate 19 October 2023: Karan mentions her name is Anjali Ahuja and the person he was talking on the phone is Nidhi Ahuja, Karan exclaims he is going to his house but Anjali explains he cannot go like this to his house but the doctor stops him mentioning that he is still his patient and in the clothes of a patient so would be allowed to leave if he permits it, he asks Anjali to find out details about the hospital, she hands him his cheque book on which he writes it explaining this is a blank cheque and he can ask the owner to fill any amount that he desires, he takes the lab coat from a doctor explaining now since he is in the clothes of a doctor no one can stop him at all.
Karan walks out of the hospital where he asks Anjali to hand him her mobile since he needs to call the doctor, she herself instructs the driver to bring the car outside the city hospital, the doctor explains that he must be kept under observation otherwise he might not be fine since he is not stable, Arjun questions where is the driver to which she informs that he was not able to find a parking spot so would have gone somewhere else, he turning questions what does the doctor want now, Anjali assures they can leave if he desires but what if he stay here for a little longer then they would keep him under observation, he is tensed because of the past, the doctor explains he might forget the past. Karan informs the doctor that his past should always remain in his memory since it is the most important, Anjali asks if this means he has agreed to stay in the hospital, he warns the doctor of severe consequences if anything happens to his memory, Arjun walks back inside the hospital so Anjali starts calling on her mobile.
In the morning Preeta suddenly wakes up when she thinks about how karan would tease her when thy got married, claiming that it was his cushion. Preeta after a while realizes that it was just a dream, she walks over to the windows when Rishab questions if she has seen his mobile charger, Rishab notices she is still tensed so stands beside her exclaiming the weather is nice, she exclaims Rakhi maa said whatever the Pandit jee says is always true, she remembers how he said that karan is still alive and he saw Karan with her when Rishab exclaims Karan is still alive, she is shocked but he reveals that Karan is alive in their hearts and dreams, even in the conversation as he would always remain alive with them in their thoughts and mind, he even talks with her.
Kavya comes sitting on the bed saying that she doesnot want to go to her school, Rishab asks the reason so she reveals she ahs a stomach ache, Preeta mentions they would have to call the doctor and he is going to give her an injection. Kavya immediately explains that she is fine hearing which they both start laughing. Rishab starts making her wear the school dress but Preeta informs she would not wear it over her causal clothes so leaves to get her dressed.
Mayank enters the room with a bouquet, Arjun comes out of the washroom questioning what is he doing here since he was fired, Anjali enters thinking that she is the one who called him for his help, she thinks that she called him last night and advised that he must bring some files that would make sure Arjun gets busy in his work since then he would not think of remembering his past as it has hurt him a lot, Anjali explains she is the one who called Mayank and he helped her a lot last night, Arjun informs that he is not going to give him the same designation, Mayank would have to earn it and until tat time he would remain on Probation. Mayank is about to hand him the file which Anjali stops him from doing but then Arjun exclaims he would do whatever he feels like doing, he keeps the file and thinks that Anjali thought about keeping him buried in the business so he doesnot remember his past. H however thinks he would do whatever he feels like, Arjun sees the photos of Rishab and Preeta from the folder, he mentions that he had this file even when he did not remember his past but now knows they both are his enemies.
Karan is standing in front of the Luthra Mansion, he exclaims that he has returned and is really frustrated, he walks away seeing the guards.Anjali entering the room is shocked when she is not able to find Arjun there, she doesnot know where he could have gone and so calls Nidhi who is in the business meeting, she is frustrated with the team questioning if they thinks this is the business model with which they should work, she scolds them all saying it would have been better if she had hired a team from Canada and not them all, she has realized her mistake, Nidhi answers the call of Anjali explaining she is going to call her back but sends everyone out of the conference room, Nidhi informs Anjali how she sent her to India so she can control Arjun and convince him to come back for their marriage but if she is not able to do it then she herself is a failure. Nidhi warns her to not call her again as she must learn to handle her own problems just like she is doing in Canada.
Karan walks in the Luthra Mansion, he is stunned to see his own house just as it was five years ago, he hears the voice of a girl calling her father so he immediately hides, Kavya says that her mother would not be able to catch her, Preeta calls Rishab jee for help and he catches Kavya, they both are really happy with Kavya, he instructs the driver to not drive fast as if there is a single complaint against him then he would be fired. Rishab leaves mentioning he is going to office while kavya must leave for her school, Preeta wishes him before leaving with Kavya, Karan is standing behind the pillar and is really tensed.
Rakhi in her room is really tired, she thinks she cannot share her grief with anyone as Mahesh jee is not here and Rishab is always busy in the business and doesnot have any time for her, she thinks that now no one even comes after her, when she used to get angry then her younger son would come to calm her down, she recalls when she got frustrated with Rishab for planning such a big business trip so karan came to her when he managed to calm her down, she would always forget her anger seeing him but this never meant that she has forgiven Rishab, Rakhi is crying when Karina comes calling her but Rakhi turns back taking the name of karan, she exclaims he was just here a moment ago when Karina informs karan has left them all, Rakhi gets tensed.
Karina inform Rakhi that Karan is not in this world and has left them all, Rakhi replies he has not left them and is still amongst them all, karan cannot leave them like this and she knows he is around here somewhere, Karina replies he is actually alive in their memories and so cannot leave them, Rakhi mentions he has died but was just beside her, when he tried to console her so she doesnot scold Rishab, Rakhi while crying questions how can he leave her, Karina requests her to stop crying asking if karan would feel nice seeing her cry like this, Karina is consoling her.
The driver stop the car when Kavya asks him to first open her door since she cannot open it herself, Preeta instructs Sanjay to open it, she thinks that this girl Kavya has the same attitude as karan and wants the attention
of everyone, Preeta also stops Kavya as she tries to leave, Karan sitting in the car is stunned hearing the name Kavya, she recalls when he was with Preeta and explained that she wishes to have a daughter by the name of Tara Karan Luthra, Preeta asks why does he aways feel like having a daughter since what is his fascination, Karan explains he is deciding the name since he would go to the tournament and in the meantime she would even start playing the cricket, Preeta replies that he must not be so smart since the child would not grow so quickly since he is going for a few months, karan explained that the child is his so would be really fast, she starts smiling. Preeta questioned if he is a Jotish since he is so sure that they would have a daughter, karan explained he has a feeling and they are never wrong, Preeta agreed with the name Tara, but she mentioned how she desires that the name should be with the same letters as his name, he then revealed the name Kavya hearing which Preeta felt as if they were correct so she agreed with a smile.
Karan sitting in the car thinks Preeta not only murdered him but also his desires since he thought of giving this name to his daughter which she bestowed on the child of Rishab. Kavya kisses Preeta on one cheek for her father while on the second for herself, she once again does the same because Preeta made the lunch and then for her father, Preeta questions why did she kiss her twice, with her fathers name at which Kavya explains the first time was from her and the second is for Preeta to give her father hearing this Preeta says that she has gotten really naughty and so she will come in the evening. Karan sitting in the car exclaims that she has stabbed him in the back which has hurt him in the heart and he cannot bear it anymore.
Preeta is standing when Kavya meets her friend and Preeta greets her mother, who asks if she went to meet the principal informing how she was really praising Kavya, Preeta gets a call from Rishab but declines it saying she is going to meet the principal of Kavya. Preeta is walking inside when karan in anger drives off the car really fast. Preeta is walking in the hall when karan is following her, she bumps into a girl causing her to fall, Preeta immediately sits down apologizing for what happened as this was her mistake, Karan is weeping when she stands turning so he also turns back, Preeta then walks away but feels as if someone is following her, Karan hides wondering why did he do it since this is wrong. Karan thinks that he has returned and now this time he would try to find out her real truth.
Preeta enters the office of the principal, she explains that she is really amazed with the performance of Kavya as she has the ability to grasp things really well and would surely achieve the top position, Preeta replies she is feeling really proud being her mother, principal explains that she also wishes to complain about her misbehavior since Kavya just yesterday pushed a girl and her parents were really furious so they came to lodge a complain in the school. Preeta apologizes explaining that she did not know anything about it and assures her that they would correct this behavior, Principal mentions how they all know that her husband Mr Rishab Luthra is a very sorted person and everyone knows about his personality, even the teachers in their school talk about him so she wishes that Preeta should consult him, as if he tries to talk with Kavya the matter can be sorted. Preeta agrees with her that Rishab Luthra can surely make anyone understand anything by saying it once and would not have to say it ever again. Karan standing outside the office thinks how he heard Preeta praising both Sameer and Rishab for their personality but she did not understand how karan is like that since he never understands anything even when she says it a lot of times. Karan wonders why was he not able to understand it before so tries to leave but Preeta notices that he is the same person she saw in the hall, Preeta tries to check when the principal questions what happened, she explains that she has understood it all and they would talk with Kavya.
Preeta rushes to follow the person when she accidentally bumps into someone, karan seeing the opportunity rushes into the store room to hide, Preeta feels that something is wrong and so she also enters the store, Preeta is constantly looking for the person when karan seeing her thinks that he feels she should remain trapped in this store as this is what she deserves and she needs to suffer after what she did to him, Preeta feels as if she has sensed the aura so thinks that it is the truth what people say because she can sense the aura of karan.
She is searching for him but he keeps hiding, the worker in the meantime locks the door before leaving, Preeta tries her best calling him but he doesnot listen because of the earphones, Preeta starts calling for help but no one responds so she starts panicking, Preeta searches for a window when she notices that someone is with her in the store.
Anjali is furious questioning how can they be so careless as they do not know that one of their patients is missing, the ward boy requests her to calm down. Anjali is shouting and the doctor also comes asking what happened, she replies that she thought they would take care of Arjun but they are really careless and she thought he would be kept under observation but the staff doesnot know the meaning of it. She rushes out of the office threatening to sue if anything wrong happens.
Preeta calls the person to come out since she knows that he is with her, she warns him of severe consequences if he doesnot reveal his identity as her entire family would come outside to find her. She is constantly calling him, karan thinks what is the true identity of Preeta since he has now managed to see the truth about her.
