This is fate 10 September 2023: Karan questions if they called the doctor, Prithvi ends the call assuring there is no need to be worried about since the doctor is on his way, Mona brings the glass of water mentioning she has mixed something which would make her feel better, Preeta asks her to honestly tell what did she mix in the salad that she got ill, everyone is shocked hearing what Preeta said when Mona mentions that she did not mix anything in this salad, Preeta replies that she just now accepted that she has mixed some powder in this water, Natasha also exclaims that Preeta is just making up things which Mona is saying. Natasha then mentions that Preeta is right since she is the owner of this house and if Mona replies to her instead of accepting what she says then would be scolded and now must say sorry to her if she has made a mistake. Prithvi thinks Natasha is clever since she is making sure that she is giving a good reply to the enemies as it will prove Preeta is blaming Mona for nothing and now she is even taking the side of Mona to save her.
Mona questions why should she apologize, she is clearly understanding with the way they are talking that she is being blamed for the crime which she did not commit and Preeta is lying, Preeta sitting exclaims she knows Mona mixed something in her salad that made her in a condition like this so she is going to go to her room, Preeta thinks he always says how much he loves her but now when she needs his help then he is not even offering it, she acts as if she is falling and he catches her, she thanks him assuring she can go on her own when Karan offers to help her however she insists on leaving but he takes her. Natasha thinks that she is really clever since she shot down two birds with one stone as she got in the good books of Preeta and even saved Mona.
Rakhi along with the entire Luthra family sits on the sofa, Natasha exclaims that she is going to prepare some tea for them all, Sameer also leaves mentioning he will come back. Rakhi wonders what is going on in this house since she desires to keep the family together but doesnot even know to keep herself in check, she wonders what she can do now, Karina asks her to not blame herself since all this is happening because of Preeta as she thinks of new ways to pretend in front of the family. Rakhi still prays that Preeta get better really soon.

Karan helps Preeta lie down on the bed, questioning what the drama downstairs was when she replies that it was not an act however, he must leave her alone, he replies even he doesnot want to be with her but cannot go like this, he just wants to know what she desires, and he only helped her because she is the owner of the house, he advises her to rest till the doctor arrives, she assures she can take care of herself, Karan replies he saw how well she can take care of herself since she fell on the floor, he turns to leave when Sameer comes mentioning he wanted to talk with Preeta and asks if she needs anything, she says he can take his brother away since she needs to rest, he says he is going to go by himself when Preeta replies he is constantly saying it but not leaving. Preeta thinks that she will surely make sure Mahesh comes out of the basement even if she has to put her own life on the line.
Prithvi is walking in the hall when he thinks that today Preeta has lost and he won since today everyone from the family was speaking against her, even when she always tries to prove that he and Mona are not good people, he is standing when Kritika comes explaining he is a really nice person, prithvi replies she took a long time to realize it and exclaims he feels suffocated in living here since he constantly has to prove that he is not an evil person, but now everyone found out that she is wrong, Kritika exclaims she even feels that Preeta is wrong and performing an act as Mona gave a reply to her but she has a very big ego which would have been shattered, prithvi exclaims he knows the only reason Preeta is doing this so she can prove he is wrong and even Mona is not a nice person because he brought her here to take care of Mahesh and she gives him the injections and medicines so his health doesnot deteoriate but she cannot accept it. Prithvi hugs Kritika thinking she is really innocent as he is only using her for his cause but now is the turn of Preeta.

Preeta is reading a book in her bed when Prithvi knocks on the door, he coming inside exclaims that now her truth would be revealed since when the doctor comes then he will prove that nothing was mixed in her salad and she is just doing a drama, after which all her plans would be ruined she herself said that she only came for the money but after this would be proven mentally unstable and he will have everything for himself, Preeta replies that it is his whose time is going backwards since she always knew about his intentions and will not let him take anything from her, she knows that he gave money to Mona. She questions if the floor was snatched from under his feet, she challenges that he would not be able to fulfil his plan as she came to show him his right place in this house and he is not worthy to stay in her room, she orders him to get out of her room.
Prithvi sitting mentions she can show him his place but for now said she is going to tell everyone that he gave Mona money but he will say that she needed them for the treatment of Mahesh, Preeta replies she gets money for his treatment, he replies then he will say that he gave the money for the treatment of her mother, Preeta questions what mother as her mother died two years ago from multiple organ failure, she knows everything about those who work under her and now his game is going to end so he must get out, prithvi mentions he came here to warn that Preeta’s lie is going to be revealed just as the doctor arrives and even he knows everything about those who work with him, he challenges her that she would not be able to remain as the owner of this house for long.

Natasha brings the tea for everyone, she starts serving them assuring everything would be fine, she explains the doctor is going to arrive very soon, Prithvi is sitting having the biscuit when they are shocked to see Bi jee entering with Shristhi and Janki, she greets Rakhi aunti.
Sherlin questions if they have had the cameras installed in their house since her sister got ill so they came running, Shristhi questions why is she talking like this since Bi jee came with them, she asks what do they mean that Preeta got ill, Rakhi reveals the entire situation that happened as she fell down from the chair during the lunch, Natasha exclaims that they were just the usual tantrums as Mona replied to Preeta and she fell down. Shrishti questions who has brought her into this house when Natasha questions why is she taking her every word for granted as she meant the emotions are hurt when they face something which they do not desire just like Preeta who was not able to bear that Mona replied to her so she got angry. Bi jee questions Natasha who is she and where did she come from, Natasha introduces herself as the sister of Sherlin Luthra informing she has been living with them for a long time, Bi jee exclaims it feels she has eaten the entire brain of a fox and not left any for her sister, Natasha thinks Bi jee has thought of her as some weak person not knowing what she is really capable off.
Sherlin says what have they started to talk about, Bi jee explains that it was Natasha who has started it all and only wants to know where is her Preeta, Kritika advises how they should not go since Preeta is resting, Karina also says that Preeta only rests but today would have gotten tired since she had to act about being unconscious, Bi jee asks Karina to not talk a lot since she looks nice when she is quiet, Bani Dadi questions why is Bi jee insulting her daughter in their house, Bi jee replies even she came from the house of her in law but since Karina misbehaved with her so she replied, Bi jee calls Mona asking if she knows she is, she explains that she is really strict and doesnot forgive anyone who makes a mistake when the doctor arrives, Karina explains they all should go to the room of Preeta.

Shristhi rushes to the room where Preeta tries to get up however Shristhi assures she needs to rest, Bi jee also sits beside Preeta questioning why did she not tell them about her health when they talked on the phone, Preeta replies it is because till that time she had not eaten the lunch when she had the salad, the doctor starts checking Preeta for her illness, mentioning she was told that Preeta was feeling dizzy, Prithvi informs he has a piece of information which is that Preeta feels she was being poisoned by Mona, Bi jee clarifies that Preeta never lies and she knows if she has blamed anyone then would be telling the truth, Shristhi agrees with her Grand mother assuring if Preeta said that anyone gave her the poison then would be telling the truth, the doctor says it is a big claim since she knows that the duty of a nurse is to take care of the patient and not hurt anyone. Preeta replies how she knows that it was Mona who gave her the poison, the doctor takes her blood sample ordering the assistant to take it quickly to the lab and get it tested.
The doctor informs that she is suspicious Preeta was poisoned when prithvi explains it could have been that she got food poisoning however the doctor mentions she knows what she said and Preeta was poisoned, she asks them to go out and wait, everyone leaves the room while the doctor stays with Preeta, Karan is also standing infront of her looking, he goes into the bathroom.
Mona stops Prithvi questioning why is he leaving because he is the only one who can support her, she has done what no one could do for him, she did whatever he asked and always supported him, Prithvi replies that she did it all for her own benefit and the sake of money, he is giving her the amount which she asked but she must not be worried since the doctor has come but will give them the statement since he knows Preeta is just acting that she was poisoned, he leaves assuring Mona that nothing wrong will happen.
Karan comes out of the bathroom, Preeta questions if he has not believed that she was poisoned, Karan in return questions what game is she playing when Preeta asks what is this as she asked a simple question if he believed that she was poisoned in the salad but if he still refguses to believe her then must wait till the reports come, Karan asks what is going on since she came to this house as the owner and made rules which everyone needs to follow otherwise they would be thrown out of the house, so why is she worried if anyone believes her now, Preeta replies she believed in these relations two years ago but they still refused to believe her, karan says she is the one who changed but he has remained the same and does what he feels like, he was wrong about her as he thought she cared for the family but she only desires to rule this Luthra family, she says he doesnot trust her but did she try that he trust her, Preeta replies she tried a lot to make him trust her, Karan informs she returned after two years but never tried to gain their trust and did she ever say to anyone that she missed them and desired their relations he exclaims his mother is better then her since she expressed how much she missed her but still then Preeta did not say anything to her, and the one who she wants to support her, she did not say it to him that she missed her, Ganesh comes informing that the reports have come, karan leaves but Preeta starts crying thinking she desired to tell Karan but now feels she is better alone.

Prithvi is standing when the doctor is reading the reports, prithvi thinks that soon Preeta would be proved wrong and when everyone is blaming her then he would also say that Preeta desires Mona to be fired since she doesnot want to pay her salary, and this blame would once again make him the favourite of the Luthra family, and after that Preeta would be made the real enemy of the Luthra’s as he is going to use an emotional attack with the name of Mahesh Luthra.
Shristhi questions the doctor to tell what is written in the reports but before she can reveal, prithvi asks her to wait for the person to arrive who has put the blame and if she opens it in front of her then there would not be any scope of mistake, Mona seeing Preeta requests the doctor to hurry up as she knows Preeta has blamed her since she quarrelled with her but if it is proved that Mona did not put anything in the salad then she will take legal action against Preeta as she tried to ruin her career, Karan stops Mona. Preeta sits down saying that she is also going to take hardcore legal action against Mona for poisoning her. The doctor reading the reports think how can she trust her so much, Prithvi exclaims it happens when they trust someone and she trusted Preeta but she was only acting so now should reveal the reports, the doctor replies she was wrong but not about Preeta and Mona, everyone is shocked when the doctor explains she was 99 percent standing with Mona but was also suspicious that Preeta was poisoned, Bi jee asks how can she stand with both the options, the doctor says she meant the poisoning which they suffer after eating stale food, but the poison found in Preeta’s veins is real as someone purposefully poisoned her, Karan in anger is about to harm Mona when Preeta says that she first wants them to go through the belongings of Mona, the doctor stops Preeta saying she needs to first give her the injection.
Prithvi thinks what is going on since he knows Mona misbehaved with her and she was trying to fire Mona but did she really poison Preeta.
